Genuinely had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment here. Julianna walked me through everything and made me feel as if I were family. Not only did she explain and draw pictures of everything for a visual representation, but she also gave me great answers when I asked silly questions, which is very much appreciated. She was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. I had been so nervous about laser hair removal before coming in, that I had brought a friend for moral support. Then whilst there for my consultation, my friend decided to get a consultation as well because of how open and helpful the staff was. It is truly amazing how kind and thoughtful everybody is in the office. Jennifer was the tech who did the lasering and she was SO kind and helped me get rid of my nerves. Little did I know, I had nothing to worry about! She was very patient and did everything in her power to make us both as comfortable as she could. I 100% recommend coming in and at least getting a consultation if you are hesitant like I was at first. It was so quick and painless, I can’t wait to go back for a full session! Thank you guys so much for being so kind! 🤍

Julianna was so helpful, and extremely thorough which i appreciated so much during the consultation. I went in with a friend just to support and was so hooked i ended up getting a consultation myself. 12/10 recommend coming here if you’re interested in getting laser hair removal, Julianna was amazing and the tech we hand Jennifer was an absolute angel and made me and my friend feel so comfortable.

When I say THE BEST I mean just that, THE BEST!! First of all the office is super cute, decorated well and has a welcoming feel. Upon entrance you will be greeted by the sweetest ladies on staff. They are polite, knowledgeable, personable and tackle any questions you may have. As an african American woman I had reluctance due to my previous experience with another laser hair removal place, also knowing every laser isn’t for my skin type. When I sat down to find out pricing and more about what approach they used I was blown away. I had also did some research the night before. That laser is fantastic and it’s multi functional. I’ve had no issues with discoloration, as a matter of fact my hyperpigmentation is improving. I’m half way through my sessions and have seen a world of difference. Honestly after session 3 there was a noticeable difference. During the process it’s little to no discomfort. If you do feel anything it’s only for a second. Kennedy is amazing, efficient and quick! It’s the best decision I’ve made. I’ll definitely be back for more areas. Apparently I’m on my way to being a hairless cat lol. Thank you Semper laser!!! ❤️❤️

This place is awesome! The ladies were all super sweet and I felt welcomed from moment I stepped in the building. Aliyah was my laser tech and she was super quick with all the areas I got done. I got my full legs, lower arm, chin, and happy trail area done. I am so far super happy with the results and I can’t wait to see the results after all the sessions are over! This place is also super affordable! The price is worth the lifetime supply of free touch-ups.
