Sydney was great!! We talked about the Aerolase and she listened to me talk about my concerns and what I’d like to focus on. She is very knowledgeable. The whole spa is clean spacious and just a good vibe! Would highly recommend this place to anyone Espcially for the pricing of the Aerolase for the Tampa area; you can’t beat it!!

Amazing experience!! Went for my first laser session and I was nervous because I’ve heard horror stories. Courtney and Jeilene were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. The laser was basically painless and so fast, can’t wait to go back!!

Today was my 9th session for my underarm treatment with Brianne and my best one yet!! Up until this point, I was working with Kathia. I was nervous to try someone new as I was already off to a rocky start.. but Brianne exceeded any of my past treatments and Im so excited she will be finishing out the process. My sessions prior had always lacked communication and I was worried this process might not get to the point of actually working. Brianne put all my worries aside, confirming we would up the treatment levels and make sure by the end of the process there would be no more hair! Her whole energy was great from the start of meeting her. Im actually looking forward to the rest of the process now and potentially getting other areas done in the future!!

I had the customized facial with the buccal massage add-on and it was the BEST facial I’ve ever had, which says a lot because I get facials very often around the world. It was the perfect combination of pampering and therapeutic and exactly what I needed. I suffer with chronic migraines and TMJ so this is the best monthly treatment to help with facial tension. I’m super excited for my next one!

My absolute favorite self care treatments are thanks to Silk Med Spa! Im a busy working mother of a particular age and always try my best to take care of myself in all the ways one needs to. When it comes to skin care treatments, I need results without scary or high maintenance recovery side effects. Silk Med offers cutting edge laser treatments that dont require down time while still producing results. I dont have time to research what the latest treatments consist of and what side effects each has. Silk Med takes all that off my plate. And it goes without saying that the staff are amazing in every way; knowledgable, friendly and professional. Customer for life!

I just had my 2nd round of full body laser hair removal with Sydney and she is awesome! She has made me feel so comfortable and is very knowledgeable. The appointments take a little over an hour and are surprisingly pain free for the most part. Im very happy with my decision to go to Silk Med Spa and I highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this spa! I needed a facial last minute and they were willing to fit me in. From the moment you walk into the place to the time you leave everyone is attentive and caring to your needs. The facial itself was an Aerolase laser facial and it was sooo relaxing, I experienced little to no discomfort and Sydney was very thorough and got every nook and cranny. They offer high grade skincare products and not to mention the space is beautifully designed!Can’t wait for my next session, highly recommend.Thanks again :)

I booked the Buccal Lymphatic Drainage Facial with Courtney and it was THE BEST facial I’ve ever had! As someone who tends to clench their jaw when working, this facial released tension in parts of my face that have never been massaged. It was so relaxing and Courtney really took her time making me feel amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Wow is how I will describe how I feel after every facial. Silk is a hidden gem for skin care in Tampa. They offer a variety of services and types of facials. My personal favorite facial is the Oxygen RX. It leaves my skin soft and a nice clean look. Great ambiance and the use good quality products. The entire team is so friendly! Shout out to Ashley who just did my most recent facial. One of the best facials I have ever had while being relaxed.

Had an amazing cocoa and marshmallow facial with Ashley. The facility itself is just beautiful, so zen! The staff were so warm and welcoming, they offered me tea or champagne upon arrival. The facial room was such a vibe and my service was top notch. It was the most relaxing, best smelling, and left my skin looking and feeling so amazing! They have a monthly facial club, which is a cool idea, so I joined immediately! Can’t wait to get back to Silk.

They are thorough explaining anything you have questions with and all around very caring about your time with them . The staff was friendly and professional, immediately putting me at ease for my first session. I had no clue on how it all worked but Ashley and katia were super helpful in explaining everything.Not only was the atmosphere stylish and inviting, but the rooms were clean and well-maintained - something that is extremely important to me. Before my session, Katia took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of my questions. And the laser hair removal was painless!I also have done a few facials to help with sun damage, Ashley is truly a pro. She took the time to do a skin evaluation and make some recommendations. I had a few signature facials and felt such a difference in my skin. I also got a few Zo products like the growth factor and have seen a 180 difference in my complexion and skin damage.I highly recommend silk to anyone looking for laser hair removal or other aesthetic services with a VIP feel. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This place is AMAZING!! Front desk girl was so nice and so helpful! My appt was so great! I had bikini and armpit removal session, my first time ever and the girls explained everything the room was so awesome the vibes were great the music was even awesome ! they greeted me with tea and chocolates and the facility is so clean and so nice and the whole process was so quick and easy no pain I felt a little tingle and that was it I cannot even wait to go back for all the rest of my treatments I absolutely love them!!!! Seriously pain free… if any other place tells you it’s pain free I promise you it’s not compared to the laser here. I was blown away by the level of comfort since I was expecting the discomfort I experienced at CoCoBella. The room is extremely clean and they make you feel beyond comfortable!I’m already seeing amazing results and am excited to complete all my sessions here and finally be free of hair :).Highly recommend.

Both Courtney and Lorena are absolutely amazing and kind ladies who KNOW what theyre talking about! Immediately I wanted to be best friends with them. I was a little hesitant my first time going in because friends who have went to other places say it hurts like heck, but this type of laser is so painless! After 3 sessions now weve been able to amp up the settings to pretty dang high and it still only feels like someone is lightly dragging a fingernail across the skin. You can feel it, but it doesnt hurt! The first time I didnt even know it was turned on, and saw results immediately!Highly highly recommend.

This is an honest assessment, I hope people benefit from it, I am 46 years old, I have dark skin and I have a lot of hair, it would be better if I had a lot of hair, I have been waxing all my life since I was 18, I didnt dare to shave because the next day my hair was coming out stronger... I tried laser hair removal 20 years ago in Europe, but it wasnt for dark skin, it hurt me, and if they lowered the intensity it wasnt cash.Tired of waxing every 15 days, I decided to give laser hair removal a second chance, I did my searches, I called many places, I compared prices, I made inquiries... until I discovered SILK LASER HAIR & SKINCARE, from the second session I began to notice the treatment, today was my eighth session, and I dont shave between sessions, I dont need it, I tolerate it very well, I dont notice any pain, and above all the person who treated me He realizes that it is Ashley, he appears to be professional and friendly. I really wanted to share my achievement that I no longer have to wax or even shave, it is a huge peace of mind, people who are affected or shave very often will understand me, in my case I paid for a package of 12 sessions that is reasonable of price.
