From the moment I walked into VIVIFY, I felt so welcomed by the staff. I originally went to inquire about a lip lift. Dr. B and Jessica spent over an hour discussing my options with me. They were so kind, warm, and personable. Dr. B really took the time to get to know me as a patient and person. After much consideration, I decided to work with Michelle, the NP, and go with lip fillers. I was a bit nervous, but Michelle, Alex, and Gia were SO amazing! They made the procedure completely seamless. Michelle was so caring, warm, personable, and fantastic! I can’t speak highly enough of her! Alex used a distraction technique on me while Michelle filled my lips and stopped multiple times during the procedure to see how I liked the result. Gia checked in on me both during and after! It was seamless from start to finish. My lips look completely natural even with after-procedure swelling. I am so excited to see the final result, and can’t wait to book more procedures in the future. If you are contemplating a plastic surgeon / med spa like I was, LOOK NO FURTHER! VIVIFY is the place!

I trust like 5 people in total in my life and I’m 34 years old .If you are like how I was searching and looking and going back and fourth googling looking up images trying to get quotes and so on and so fourth like where do I go or who do I pick . …ahhhhhhhh . Just stop STOP RIGHT NOW . I did IT I did all of it I did the hard annoying time consuming work for you TRUST ME . 100% Absolutely with out a doubt LOOK NO FURTHER this place and these people will literally be your instant family .When Michelle did my lips I felt like I was at my aunties house for lip filler and we were going for brunch after . . In the same breath her classiness and Attention towards me filled the room .(You know if you know ) you will love the color orange the minute you enter VIVIFY and it’s funny cuz that’s not a common “most liked” color but now it’s my favorite. The actual location and the details in their space you can’t explain in words but if I want to try they would be classy , edgy, calm, relaxing, inviting, beautiful, elegant, chill . Suffice to say I was honestly nervous to ever try again. I decided to book with Michelle when I moved to Tampa and give it another shot. I am so glad I did! Michelle does my Botox, fillers and very soon will be doing my microneedling for scar treatment. If I could give Dr. B a 100000/10 I would. Dr. B and his whole staff team are the absolute best! Do your research when picking a doctor or surgeon, but trust me when I tell you that you will NOT find anyone better than Dr. B. He’s the best in Tampa for a reason. I typically only write reviews if the service is appalling; however, Dr. B deserves the recognition and praise as he’s a stellar doctor and person.My story: I have a lot of medical trauma and anxiety about surgery. I had breast implants put in May 2022 by a different surgeon. Less than 6 months after surgery, I was in constant pain and my breasts did not look aesthetically pleasing. I talked to Dr. B about the results I wanted to achieve. He suggested adding internal mesh (something I’ve never heard of) to help with some of my issues. He gave me a solid game plan of how he was going to correct the first surgeons mistakes and told me he would work with me after the fact to achieve the results I want. Dr. B’s surgical scheduler Jess worked with me on doing a pre surgery tour to help alleviate some anxiety I was having prior to surgery. Day of surgery, the entire office and team was SO supportive and helpful in preventing a panic attack and feeling safe and comfortable before surgery. I came home from surgery and less than 12 hours later and felt AMAZING. I was in very little pain and just knew this surgery went so much better than my past one. Dr. B’s team called me the following day to ensure everything was going well and I was healing appropriately. Dr. B gave me his cell phone number and personally texted me to make sure I was okay. The level of support him and his team are willing to provide is absolutely mind blowing to me. They really make you feel cared for and apart of their family. The whole staff is very personable and hilarious! I HIGHLY recommend.

Michelle is an excellent practitioner who helped me tremendously to improve the texture of my skin. I suffered severe acne about 10 years ago, and I have had many painful treatments to improve the scarring in my face since then. Very little results achieved; however, Michelle has been the one who really helped me by doing HALO laser on my face. Results were about 70% which were documented in photographs before and after each treatment. I highly encourage anyone who has had a similar story like mine to come by and see her.

Dr Buchanan is a top notch board certified plastic surgeon and Michelle, his Nurse Practitioner, (that’s right, an ARNP!) Is incredible and proficient. The whole staff is great. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you walk out. I had bad acne scars from my teenager days, and nothing ever worked. With Vivify, the micro needling was first rate and I saw immediate results. Due to the intensity of my scars and some aging lines and issues, Vivify recommended Morpheus, and that was also highly effective. Just last week, I had the HALO procedure and it was truly incredible and immediate improvement is ongoing and significant. Nobody does it better than Vivify! Highly recommend!

I having been seeing Michelle at VivifyMedspa since 2020. I first started with basic Botox and fillers. However in an attempt to combat aging and reverse sun damage, I progressed into some of the rejuvenative non invasive procedures that Michelle offers. I started with Morpheus and microneedling combined with a regime of medical grade skin care products. Most recently I discovered the Holy Grail for anti aging. I had a combined laser treatment of HALO and BBL on my face and Skin Tyte to treat the lumpy crepey skin on my thighs. These lasers are a game changer. The HALO did require a little downtime (few days of swelling) but the results are amazing. My skin is brighter, more tone, even and my sunspots have disappeared. I definitely feel more confident going out without any make up on.The Skin Tyte is relaxing. It feels like a hot stone massage. Zero downtime and I had noticeable improvement after just one treatment.Michelle is wonderful. She continuously checked to be sure I was comfortable while explaining what she was doing during the procedures.I highly recommend Vivify Med spa. Michelle and her staff are all extremely pleasant and professional. As far as the HALO & Skintyte, I plan on doing my entire body / it’s literally that AMAZING!! Do yourself a favor and book today. Ive been coming to the medspa for over a year and my skin looks amazing! The skin treatments Ive received, including morpheous and skintyte have improved the texture and elasticity of my skin, along with correcting hyperpigmentation that even years with a dermatologist could not fix. Michelle Buchanan and her staff are just a delight. They explain every step of all procedures, and the atmosphere is stylish, friendly, and warm. I always leave smiling and cant wait to return. The best part is, unlike other practices, they do not make you feel old or ugly. They do not push suggestions on you, or try to convince you to do more than you want. They are caring, down to earth, and always make me feel valued and special. I drive an hour or more one way, and there is a spa 10 minutes from me that provides the same services beacuse I have rhe utmost trust in the quality of their work, their follow-up after care, and the overall experience. Anyone in Tampa Bay or surrounding that desires to freshen their face to improve their skin should look no further than Vivify.
