Super clean, beautiful salon. The staff is all fantastic, they never rush or cut corners. They are truly artists. No matter who does your nails, they will be fabulous. Pedicures are always magical, and the massage chairs are the best ever. They do get very busy during peak salon hours, so don’t plan on walking in unless you are flexible on time, otherwise call first and make an appt. The level of service is worth waiting for, in my opinion. This is a small family owned business. They offer many thoughtful touches that show how customer-focused they are. The owner will most likely come out to offer you candy while you’re there too! This is one of the best salons in the area, if not THE best, and definitely 5 stars.Please tip them well, these ladies work their butts off! -

I had a mani / pedi and was very impressed with how very clean Five Star is. Most nail salons I’ve been in are clean but not SPOTLESS clean. The employees are so very friendly and professional and are not pushy! Also, this is definitely an ADA Handicap Accessible facility. The people here truly do care about persons with disabilities and want to make sure they are accommodated and happy with the services. I am disabled and was very pleased. Thank you Five Star Nails for doing such a wonderful job.Please tip the staff well because they are totally worth it. They all work so very hard! When you’re having a mani or a pedicure you are so very relaxed ! 😍 -

My husband had a barber appt next door, so I decided to do a alk in and have a pedicure. They are absolutely amazing; Ive seen a lot of bad reviews, and its mostly because theyre too busy and dont have enough personnel.Holly and Camry did an amazing job with my nails, and Im very particular about my nails. I tried the dip powder and Camry did an amazing job. This will be a regular place for me and Im so happy Ive found a place. Thank you to everyone! -

This was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted by Camry and the client she was working with raved about the services and assured me I would love it and she was right! Holly did my pedicure and brow wax and she was so friendly, caring and made sure I was comfortable. The massage chairs are the best I’ve ever sat in!!! Camry did my manicure (dip) and went above and beyond. The place is so clean and staff is super friendly. It’s worth the wait if you ever get there and they are busy! During my time there, many clients that came in were repeat customers! I will definitely be back!!!! -

This nail salon is fantastic, and it will definitely be my go-to salon from now on. The location is super convenient for me, and the store was very clean. The best part about the experience was the staff! Everyone is kind, attentive, and talkative. They truly made me feel special. I would give 5 Star Nails SIX STARS! -

Best dip and pedicure in Northdale! Camry and Holly are the best! The wait is worth it!! Make an appointment if you can. But walk ins are welcome in between the appointments. I always love my nails and enjoy my time here. -

I showed up just before they closed they said no problem all very kind. Camry did my pedicure and she was awesome great massage on my legs and she actually asked if I wanted a deeper massage on legs I said yes of course..I’m going back and asking for Camry when I get my brows done. Very happy and glad they are open in our neighborhood. Thank you Camry see you soon. -

Amazing! We live just a minute walk and the location is perfect. The staff is so personable and friendly we always have a good laugh when we are in. Could not recommend them enough- this is the only place I will be getting my nails done from now on. Check them out- you wont regret it! -

The ladies explained my charges and I sold. I definitely got what I paid for and more.
