    I got a pedicure here with my aunt one week ago and came back today for a full set of acrylic nails. My nails were done by Johnny and I absolutely love them theyre beautiful. They were very patient with me as I had them redo two nails because I didnt like the second coat of the glitter. Its very clean and chic inside very great environment. My absolute only complaint would be that the nails are a little too thick which I suppose I should have asked them to thin out more but Im shy. Theyre all so not even in thickness the left hand does look better than the right hand and a few of my nails are a little bumpy, again maybe I should have said something otherwise a great experience

    As soon as I walked in, I felt I was in the right place. Welcoming and professional. Normally, I have a difficult time making the nail tech understand that I dont want my nails force filed into the shape of the current fashion. Virginia, Sarah and Lee were all wonderful. Ill be looking forward to returning to a salon that respects my nails! I dont like using a dremel and Lee totally got that. He could see the ridges and dents left from the last manicure I had 2 months ago. Great spot & I sent a text early, got an immediate reply. 👍🤗 my nails are dipped. Post review: my fingernails tend to swing up as they move toward pinky. Disregard the angle of the photo! Thats3my natural nail, not a tip.

    Love this place! Im from Virginia and I wish I could bring the salon with me! Very professional and relaxing. Lyn and Chelsea were awesome!! Cant wait to come back here in my next vacation!! Also huge selection of gel colors, and they have actual beeswax that they dip your feet in. Very cool, very clean. Thanks yall!

    Just had my 2nd visit at this salon and just like the 1st time, the service was awesome! Consistency is KEY in my book! Ive never seen anyone do ombre like Angela and now I dont want anyone else do it...shes an ARTIST! And I still want the recipe to that Sangria!

    Lynn and the crew are amazing. From the minute you walk in the door they are catering to your needs whether its hair, hands, toes, eyebrows or massage. Oh, and you get a byo bonus. They do great work.

    So I’m fairly new to the area and I had been looking for a nail salon to go to hince the others around weren’t so great. So today I decided to stop in and I’m very pleased that I did so. From the time I walked in the sevice was stellar 😍. Never have I EVER been in a nail salon that greets , speaks well, offer drinks and follows through with AMAZING fast service ! The owners hubby started my nails and I was worried that he wld file them too hard like most ppl do but he was gentle as ever. Angela finished them and did a outstanding job .. she was a DOLL😘 I’ve never been so impressed. I’m MOST CERTAINLY going back.

    I’ve been getting my nails done for 6+ years and I have never found a place like this one! The team work, cleanliness, the great work! There’s great music playing of all genres, variety of beverages (including sangria), and more! The owner does not hesitate to step in and do work. She was helping out the whole time I was there. While I was getting my pedicure she stepped in and made a recommendation for my nail shape and I LOVE it. She holds all of her workers accountable and everyone works together. The work is so nice and they get it done QUICK with the team work. I loved this aspect because sitting in the nail salon for hours is the last thing I want to do. Just do yourself a favor and go here! I drove 30-40 minutes for this place and it was well worth it!! This will be my permanent place

    Just visited the Nail shop for the first time and I’m obsessed. I wouldn’t write a review for a place I didn’t absolutely love. Got a full set within twenty minutes and the outcome was amazing. Normally when I go to nail salons to get waxing I never like the outcome but I love the way she did my eyebrows. Pricing for each service was incredible, compared to most places. The experience was spa like and very relaxing. The owner, Lyn, along with each employee are all very welcoming and respectful. The salon itself is beautiful and very well decorated. There is a hair salon attached with great pricing as well, my mom came along and ended up having her hair done, which says a lot for someone who only does their hair herself. Already recommended this salon to my cousin and friends! If you’re looking for a good do it all salon, this is the place to go!

    Ive been to several other salons, but this one is the absolute best by a mile! Very welcoming, friendly, and customer-oriented. In other salons, the gals all chat among themselves, making the customer feel like an outsider whos intruding. Not here! Here, they are just as happy to chat with you as they are to just let you relax and be. They always offer (and then refill) sangria, iced tea or water in chilled tumblers, and theres always those amazing massage chairs at the end of your experience. Its the best. And the prices are very reasonable! Destiny did my pedicure this time and she was fantastic--gentle and meticulous. Ive had a French manicure here, too, and they did a gorgeous job (and it lasted 2 full weeks!) I love coming here!

    This was my second time here and I love this place! I find a lot of nail shops to be generic and interchangeable. But the vibe here is so fun. Not your typical nail place with with cheesy decor and boring “spa music.” It’s very high energy and they aim to get you in and out. I’m not a fan of nail places that take two hours to do a pedicure and manicure... both times I’ve been I’ve been out in an hour and ten minutes for a full set or fill with gel and a pedicure. If I want a long service I’ll take a spa day. You get all the perks (leg massage, sangria - even to go!) without taking half your afternoon! They work as a team here with people making sure your sangria or tea is filled and when it comes time do do your nails for gel they double team you so you’re in and out! The owner Lyn is always walking around making sure clients are happy. Prices are comperable and again love I’m not spending hours getting my service done but still walk out feeling pampered!

    I just moved back to the Tampa area and after trying two other local salons and not very happy, I decided to try this one. I’m so glad I did! Their professionalism and knowledge is just amazing. They have the best packages for pedicures and love how my nails last for more than 2 weeks! They always make me feel welcome from the minute I walk through the door. They greet you right at the door help you pick a color and then get you a delicious drink (sometime sangria) The salon is also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this salon!!

    Until I found the Nail Shop, I rarely had my nails done... Everywhere else invariably drew blood. But at the Nail Shop I consider it a real treat now! The owner Lyn is awesome! All the nail techs are really great too! They are very organized and friendly. Theyve expanded to facials and hair now too.

    This nail/hair salon is amazing. Everyone is very nice, chill and very clear when speaking to them. They gave me tea which was delicious and such a nice touch to the experience. My deluxe pedicure was originally$35 and I wanted the add on of parafin wax for $5 but Im absolutely paying for quality. I will for sure be coming back here. Shout out to Bella for making my experience great and bringing my feet back to life.

    Hands down the BEST nail salon in town!! My girlfriend and i are very loyal customers who go every 2 weeks for nails/toes. We recently switched to this salon and will never go anywhere else! The moment you walk in you are greeted by Lyn who is awesome and doesnt make you feel like a burden like other salons. You are truly treated like a queen the entire time you are there!! The wine is always cold and yummy and the pretzels and peanuts are a nice hit too :) Very very very clean and always so friendly. I highly recommend!! Anyone who leaves a bad review for this place is crazy.

    I absolutely adore this spa. Lyn was super accommodating. Her husband fixed the slaughter house nails I was given at another salon, and her niece did my pedicure. Both of which turned out beautiful. Lyn was very honest and let me know everything I needed upfront. I love that I can actually have a conversation with them. The atmosphere is beyond amazing. You walk in and immediately feel relaxed. They seriously go above and beyond!Hands down the BEST I have been to in the area.

    Hands down the best nail salon Ive been to. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and offered a complementary drink. The staff is all very friendly and the owner is dedicated to customer satisfaction. No other nail salon has catered to me like this one and offered free drinks (with refills!) and nuts and pretzels. Ill definitely be back.

    Today was my 1st time coming to this nail shop. I walked in and it was such an up beat positive energy! I was greeted by the owner. Her energy and customer service was top notch! Took her time to talk to me to see what I needed to get done. Didn’t feel rushed and she was happy to answer my questions. Took my drink order while I waited for a nail tech, which was not even a 5 min wait. My drink was waiting at the nail station for me. While sitting and getting my nails done. I got the pleasure of watching the owner take her time with this older lady to make sure she was happy and to help with her service. Was great seeing real customer service in a nail salon, it’s really hard to find that! I felt very well taken care of. The nail salon design is super cute! Huge price WALL so there’s no confusion about what you’re paying for. Prices were a little higher than what I’m use to but tbh with the service I received I would’ve gladly paid more! Loved my experience and I love my nails. Looking forward to going back in 2 weeks. Thank you Nail Shop for a great experience!

    This place is unique, upbeat, relaxing, amazing. When you first walk in you think to yourself how different the place is to every other nail salon you visit. You will be greeted cheerfully first thing when you walk in. You will notice the wall detailing all of their prices, not the small sign all nail salons have showing their services. Once seated, Ms. Carol will offer you something to drink, and yes they do offer wine. While you get your nails done, a movie will be playing, or someone will definitely will talk to you trying to get to know you (because they care). They all help each other out. If someone else is done with their job, they will help the other person get you pampered. They remember their customers and their names. They will make you smile, laugh, and everyone will thank you for visiting their shop. Everything is clean, sanitary, organized. And you get to seat in a massage chair after youre done with your nails. This is what taking care of yourself should equal to when you decide to go to a nail salon. Nothing better than a family owned business that is genuine.

    I got a fill here and I must say it was the most enjoyable nail salon experience I’ve had ever. Everyone was so nice and professions and really made you feel comfortable. The price was a little higher than what I’m used to but my nails look way better than normal. Apparently, all my nails looked crooked before but now I can tell that they are straight and seem as though they’ll last a while. Not to mention the sangria was fabulous, but I didn’t want to mention that before because obviously I was there to get my nails done first and for most. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I believe I’ll be going back regularly. I was in and out fast which is what I need because I do not prefer to be sitting in a nail salon all day but the atmosphere here wouldn’t make me mind sitting there all day anyway. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

    This place is amazing! Ive been bouncing from place to place for the last few years, but Im definitely going to be coming back here! Super nice, I love the way my toes came out, I truly felt pampered. I have already begun recommending to my friends, & cant give enough stars! Do yourself a favor and check it out!- **UPDATE** Ive been coming here for nearly a year now and the experience is as great as ever! They really work hard to make sure everyone has a fantastic experience. And they do way more than nails. Ive done manicures, pedicures, eyebrow & facial waxing, eyebrow & lash tinting and have enjoyed all of the results. Can not recommend enough.

    Im not sure there are any words to truly express my gratitude to Lyn and the rest of her staff. I have only been in Tampa for 3 weeks, but I am SO incredibly particular about my nails. I absolutely dreaded having to find a new place to go because normally there are 3 or 4 train wrecks before I find somewhere I like. However, we walked in to schedule appointments today and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately upon entering the shop by several people. I explained to Lyn, the owner, how nervous I was about getting my nails done. She comforted me and asked me what made me nervous. They dont take appointments on the weekend, but she told us to just come back when we were ready. She was so upfront about pricing and the process that everything went through, so you knew exactly how much you were going to pay. From the pedicure, to the beeswax dip, to the sangria, to the nail shaping... every single thing was perfect. I absolutely LOVED the experience. In fact, going to the nail shop IS an experience. My nails have never looked better, and I have never felt better. All I have to say is GO! You wont regret it. Every single person was charming and personable. Im honestly ready to go back, and we just barely left. Not to mention, my mother hadnt had her nails done in nearly 16 years and left beaming. She was so happy, and I was so incredibly grateful for the entire team that made her feel so special. Thank you SO, SO much. Cant wait to see you all in 2 weeks!

    This was the best experience at a nail salon I’ve had. Move down from New Jersey two years ago and have been to countless salons and this one I will stick with for all my necessities. Every employee was professional, quick, wonderful. I was given a delicious drink as I got my pedicure, which made the experience even better. I got a gel mani pedi along with waxing and every service turned out 100% amazing. Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family. Love this place!!

    This place is amazing! My friend told me about it since I had moved and needed a new spot. You can tell as soon as you walk in, you will be well cared for. They greet you immediately and ask what youd like from their HUGE menu of services (not just nails!) The owner is high energy and keeps that place efficient. She walks around to check in every client and talks to everyone as if theyre a good friend. They offer all kinds of drinks to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage chair after your service is such an added plus! Theyve also got cute little items for sale in the front of the shop...which during Christmas, they gave away small candles with any service. So nice! Ill continue to go here and bring my friends with me.

    Love this salon! I drive from Land O Lakes to get a pedicure. The entire staff is great- so friendly and personable. They go above and beyond for their customers. Bella, Johnny & Angela are awesome!! Sangria is delicious!! The owner is amazing! She really cares about her customers- shes runs around constantly making sure everything and everyone is taken care of!

    So I’ve been meaning to review this place of business for a while. I’ve been coming to this nail shop since January of 2019 and I LOVE THIS PLACE. The manger is a very hard worker and pays attention to all of the important details. They exceed in customer service, and that’s an understatement.     This salon is unlike any I’ve ever been to! The staff is phenomenal and the work is just as amazing. I came in with my bridal party (8 girls total) and Lynn and her staff were so accommodating and friendly. They gave us add ons due to the group size and she covered part of my bill because I’m a bride. They really take care of their patrons like nowhere else I’ve ever been. They offer complimentary sangria and Chinese tea and they NEVER let your drink get even half empty unless you tell them not to bring anymore. I will never go to another salon again!

    I love this place. They are always so fast and courteous!! They offer cold water or tea while they work on you. Pretty much every time Ive gone there, Angela has done my nails. They look great even until they grow out. Never had an issue with breakage or noncoverage. I work at a movie theater doing ushering and constant physical work so high quality nails are a must. Angela is always an absolute pleasure. Kind, funny, and hardworking. Shes great at relating with her customers and is totally genuine. Love her and Nail Shop!

    Lynn and her family/team are incredible! I found Lynn as a recommendation from my sister in law years ago and never went anywhere else after that! I brought my whole bridal party to get pampered the day before my wedding and she made it so fun and comfortable for us! My step-daughter and God daughter were so excited to be big girls, bridal party was so impressed with the work, and I felt like a queen here! Everyone is so professional and fun! The salon is impeccably clean and Lynn runs a tight ship so you’ll never be disappointed! Well done everyone!!

    Lyn & her staff are amazing!! I stumbled across this driving through the parking lot & walked in to be totally surprised. It is so clean & very modern. They have the newest colors & techniques. It is a full service salon from nails, waxing, hair, eyelashes. You name it they have it. Everytime I come in they remember me & how I like my pedicure. You should definitely try it... oh yeah & did I mention FREE tea, coffee, WINE.... yep you heard me FREE WINE!!!

    My sister and I just received the best mani and pedi service I have had. Very professional, polite, courteous and enjoyable staff and owner. Chelsey did an awesome job and Lyn the owner was great stepping in and helping when needed. From the time we walked in the staff was very accommodating the fresh drinks and snacks were great. This place is a one stop shop from getting your hair done to nails, makeup, facials and massage. We loved the service and will be return customers.

    I took my wife to the nail shop and we enjoyed the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. You are greeted immediately and offered wine, tea, or water.     This shop is very classy and the team sure pampers you from the moment you walk thru the door. You are greeted immediately and taken care of right away. The last time I got the gel and spa pedicure and it was so relaxing and the gel lasted more than 3 weeks! I found my new home! ❤️ I can’t recommend one team member because they are all fantastic!

    Lynn always makes me feel like a family member she hasn’t seen in decades! From the friendly smile as I enter, to the easy to understand explanation of options, to the friendly and competent staff; to go here is to be pampered.I was blessed to have Stephanie perform my pedicure.     This place is awesome! I just discovered it about two months ago & it’s this only place I go now. Staff is super friendly, they offer cold drinks and snacks. Better music than all the other salons and usually have a good movie on. Comfy seats and lots of options for different types of pedicures. I always leave there happy and nails always look on point :)

    I came in for my first time today and got a pedicure I got the upgraded $55 one and it was literally the best most enjoyable pedicure / experience Ive ever had it smelled so nice inside not strong of nails at all the atmosphere was so chilled and laid back everyone was so friendly! The wax after the message with the Chinese oils ughhh to die for! Ive never had that before! As soon as I came in I was offered a drink and they got started right away! I talked to a women next to me and she had only amazing things to say about this place as soon as Im ready to get my full set on Ill for sure be going back!!! Angela was so helpful in telling about the nail shop and so honest definitely a beautiful family owned business! Veryyyy pleased to have finally found a great nail shop! Ill see you soon !

    I tried a few different salons before I got to this one and My search is over. They are very attentive and professional and I love it. And the green tea they have is awesome. Bella “Harry Potter” is my favorite! But everyone is amazing and they all go through salon specific training to be sure everyone provides top service.Love love love

    Ive been coming to the nail shop for years. Everyone is always so accommodating even the few times I havent been able to find a sitter for my daughter, the owner was nice enough to watch her while I got my pedicure. This is a great place to come and get some me time and get pampered at the same time!

    This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to. The staff is always so friendly and hysterical - I crack up laughing every time Im in the salon. Theyre so personable. They do so many services at this place! Mani, pedi, waxing, hair cut and color, bees wax dipping for your feet and the list goes on and on! I completely understand why the owner, Lyn, is strict on not bringing children into the salon. Its not a daycare and I do not want to go in there when there are screaming and crying kids. I go there to relax and have wine. I cannot do that when the kids are crying the entire time. It ruins the experience for everybody in there! (Trust me, its happened before and everybody was miserable because of it.) If you cannot find a sitter for your kid that day, please find another day to come when you can get a sitter and you can relax and enjoy time to yourself.

    My husband and I are from Ohio, our ritual since our honeymoon is enjoying pedicures together. Celebrating our first year anniversary, this place made sure our experience was amazing. Great hospitality and customer service!!!!! This place makes sure the customers are TRULY comfortable and satisfied. Would definitely return and recommend this salon when in Tampa!     Love this place! The prices are amazing especially when you take into consideration the amazing service they provide. You leave the place feeling so pampered. Their wax is amazing, I have sensitive skin and when they did my eyebrows I was so happy that it didnt hurt and that my skin wasnt even irritated afterwards. My nails and toes looked great too.

    Loveeeee this nail salon! Weve gona as walk-ins twice and theyve always taken us. They also take appointments. They do get busy so an appointment may be best but if you decide last minute to go, then totally do it - you wont regret it! The cleanliness is top-notch, the people are extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The first time we went, we just got regular pedicures for 35$ and the next time we went we got spa-pedicures for 45$. Both of great qualities. Soooo relaxing. The massage chairs are great too.     I never get my nails done, but wanted them done for vacation. A friend recommended Nail Shop to me and I had a great experience. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that. Both the women who did my mani and pedi were sweet, attentive, and personable! The rest of the staff was friendly as well. The price was what I was expecting and what I think is average for a nice mani/pedi. I even messed my toe up in the parking lot and went back in and they happily fixed it!     I came here for the first time today and will be making it my regular salon. At other nail salons, I feel so awkward walking in—it seems like all the technicians glance up at you but are all too busy to help, even if you have an appointment. Here, they have a hostess who gives you the VIP treatment as soon as you walk in the door. They ask if they can get you anything to drink and go over the service menu with you to make sure you understand all of your options. Also, the shop is extremely modern and clean—they give each customer a brand-new kit for every nail service. The Nail Shop technicians do great work at a wonderful value: for $45, I got a pedicure which included a lengthy leg/foot massage, paraffin wax treatment, nail shape/color, 10 minutes in the body massage chair and a full bottle of wine!

    Just left salon! This salon is incredible! They are taking the virus very seriously in order to protect people coming in to the salon! Do not be worried to come out and get your nails done because they have out done themselves in preparing the salon for this virus! A group of seven people were trying to come in while I was getting my nails done and did not want to be disinfected. Mind you, they were just in Australia. They were cussing out the owner when she is just following the law and keeping everyone safe!So if you are in need of a nail appointment or a relaxing day at a salon, this is the place to be!

    This wasnt just a trip to the nail salon, this was an experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and offered a hard choice of all sounding delicious beverages. I opted to try the sangria which was delightful, but I preferred to have a full glass of the detox green tea, delicuous! Then it was time for my pedicure which I thoroughly enjoyed. The beeswax treatment was really neat. Then I got my gels done. Once I was all dry, they sat me in a FULL BODY MASSAGE CHAIR. Omg, that chair is LIFE!!! The ambiance was perfect. The staff are all not just GORGEOUS, like stunning...but they all wore smiles and genuinely cared for me while I was there. I had a great chat with the owner who I now LOVE! Got my eyebrows perfectly arched and then regrettably had to go on with my day. This experience is one all people should have. Cultured environment and overall 5 star plus!!!

    NOT ONLY NAILS. I come here for pedicures and they are the best I’ve ever had. However the real star is Nicole. She is the hair stylist here and does an amazing job. She does my hair (men’s difficult cut and color) and she does all of my friends hair. I stumbled across this diamond one day while shopping and cannot get enough. My two female friends come here and both of which have had horror stories when it comes to their color. Nicole is amazing and their hair is better and healthier than ever.     I came here for french tips on my toes and hands. on top of the great atmosphere, unlimited sangria refills, and perfect music playlists, the boss lady proved to be running great business. as she finished up with her tasks, she helped out where she saw fit with some of her employees. i work in a call center, where supervisors walk up and down the isles acting as if they care about the pressure were under.... so to see that she stepped in where she saw she could help was amazing to me! that shows that she appreciates the helping hands in her shop, and for that, i definitely recommend stopping by for a service!

They carry a wide array of color selections and are even sweet enough to sit down and personally help you pick out a color that will suite the style you’re shooting for.After selecting your color, you are offered a drink. Complimentary Chrysanthemum tea (SUPER refreshing) and water is served daily, with an addition of Sangria on the weekend (yum). Youll typically have the pleasure of seeing Lynn (the gorgeous owner) each time and you can tell she runs a very tight and efficient ship where quality is key. Angela is my go-to Nail Tech, but honestly -- conversations are always fun with anyone and you really get to know all the members of the staff while you’re getting your set done.I’m typically always rough on my nails (as I am pretty active and in-and-out of water weekly), but their work really holds until I am due for the next fill. I was shocked at the price increase since January for the same services that I have received for more than 5 years. I understand a price increase but over 30% is a bit excessive. Add on services that were previously complimentary are now an additional surcharge as well. I did question the bill and the gentleman said they no longer offer combined mani/pedi discounts. I am hoping this was an error as he typically is not responsible for check out. In addition, it was a disappointment that my pedicure tech could only speak/understand a few words in English. I fell in love with this place because Lyn always made sure her staff spoke English or were in the process of taking English lessons and trying their best. Im not sure what has happened since January 10th when I was last there, but I hope they return to the shop that I have recommended to so many others.On the bright side, it was refreshing to see ANGELA and BELLA again!!!     This place is absolutely AMAZING! Actually writing this review from the parking lot after my experience because they were worthy of an immediate applause. Great atmosphere! Family owned and operated. Super friendly fun staff! I got dip nails (from Angela) and gel pedi (from Sarah). They close at 6pm on Sundays, but had no hesitation in getting me in for a mani/pedi dip/gel when I showed up at 510pm. Plus, they have sangria! How can you say no to any of the above! Thanks so much ladies (and gents, you didn’t go unnoticed, I saw you working hard too), you all are the best! Looking forward to returning soon. :)

    Let me start with WOW!! The shop is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly the second you walk in the door. I didnt have an appointment but I was looking to see about getting my hair cut and colored. The stylist Nicole was available for a consult. She looked at my hair the horrible grow out of color I had from a box dye and my dead ends. She asked how much have I paid in the past for services. I told her I used box dye but if I went to a salon about 200. She was shocked. She gave me a price. A set price mind you. Not it will be XX.XX and then if we need to add more color it will go up in price. Mind you I have long hair to almost my butt. So I know it takes a while for myself to be in a salon. I was there about 2.5 hours. With full color, letting the dye sit, wash rinse, and she blew it out. OMG my hair is never been more beautiful. Shiny and smoothe. Sleek and healthy. The stylist was never in a hurry and the owner checked in along with other staff making sure I was good and had plenty to drink. I felt relaxed and truly enjoyed myself. I love what she has done and I cannot wait to go back again. Thank you ladies!! And gentleman!! They truly care about what the customer is looking for and wanting. Also making sure its done right. Nicole is my new stylist for life!

    Went to this shop for the first time today and I must say I was very pleased. I moved to Florida from Dallas in February and just couldn’t find a shop to call home. This will for sure be my go to place while I’m in Florida.Super organized, clean, staff are perfectionist, management is on point, sangrias are really good, and the vibe is definitely a place toGo to have a girls day.     Awesome nail shop! Very efficient and fast. Clean, friendly and nice environment. Came in for a gel mani and pedi and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a really nice lady who helped me pick a pretty color, also offered me some tea.     I decided I wanted to get my nails done on my lunch break. When I showed up to Nail Shop, it was not like any other nail salon I have been to. I was instantly greeted by a hostess who showed me to a seat and explained all of my options. With 50 mins- I was reassured I could get both a gel manicure and a pedi. I was unsure if this was possible, but agreed. I was then offered wine (with a refill) while my services were provided. I was even given a straw so I could drink my wine while both hands were occupied during my manicure! Everyone there was super accommodating and friendly. My services were done in 50 mins, as promised. Not only quick, but very well done. I not once felt rushed and was still able to relax. after I was able to sit in their special massage chairs- they massage your arms, back, legs, and feet. I have had a lot of manicures, but this was like something I have never experienced. I would recommend Nail Shop to anyone. It is my new go to nail spot!

    My first time here today and I was so impressed! Overwhelmed with excitement to be there and experience THE experience. Not only do they do mani and pedi, it is a full service spa(nails, hair, wax, lashes, facials, massage) From the moment i walked in, I was greeted by the owner(I later found out ) she asked what do I need today, I told her pedicure, I must admit when she told me the price I was a bit surprised , it was more than what I typically pay for a pedi but soon I will find out why it’s a bit pricey. She went over the details of the different pedicures and add-ons , explained that first time customers get to receive a complimentary add-on of my choice. I was then explained about the complimentary snacks and beverages (detox tea, water, coffee, or sangria) they offered while you are given a service. I loved the detox yellow flower tea as I received my pedicure. My nail tech, Lee, was very friendly (everyone working was) and strong when it came to the foot massage. I loved every aspect of the service. From the meet and greet, to the pedicure, to watching the flat screens and listening to various genres of music, to the honey beeswax pariffen dip, to the 10 min massage chair at the end! I really felt like a pampered princess. This is not just a pedicure it is a EXPERIENCE.. A Spa Experience. The environment is relaxing yet upbeat and hip, classy and chic I will definitely be back! You get what you pay for and I paid for an awesome experience! So glad I found this Nail Shop! It will be my escape once a month (:

    I came in with a group of 8 girls and Lynn ran everything super smooth! I got French tip nails and didnt realize till after they were done that I should have gotten the white thicker because I didnt like the way my nail bed still showed. Lynn fixed it with a very beautiful design (for free!) to help blend it in and they turned out beautifully! I live in Lakeland and would definitely make the trip out there again, this place is awesome!

    Astounding place!!! If only I could give them 1000x stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Where do I start, when you first walk in your immediately greeted, the place is very modern looking, and diverse. Their English is perfect and they don’t speak in their first language to eachother so you don’t feel as if their talking about you. They offer drinks and this amazing detox tea while you get your service or waiting but the great thing about it is the wait is NEVER long, they work as a team and do a great job. I go back faithfully every two to three weeks for a touch up, fill in or just because I want to change the color and I live about 40 minutes away! I’ve never had to go back for any problem, I’d recommend this place to any and everybody im taking my mother there for her birthday 😊😊 Shout out to my girl BELLA !!! She’s does my nails and I love our talks while I get my nails done and conversate about the movie that playing in the back ground or just anything, she’s really cool.     I have been looking for a nice nail saloon in Tampa for a while and the THE NAIL SHOP is it!!!!! Everyone one here is so professional from the second you step inside the door till you leave . I had Johnny for pedicure who was very kind and accommodating the entire time and Sarah for me nails . She did an amazing job with the SNS. This is a drive i will make every month.

    I love the nail shop lets start off with that ive been going to the nail shop for about 8-9 months Lyn is a ingrown toe nail master so if you have problems she will help so that service alone is priceless & free with my pedi which should be its own service in itself...JS thats how good it is...Customer service is on another level of perfection they treat you like family... a real a** family... my go to person when I get my nails done is Johnny relationship is important to me and he just knows what I want and talks to me just enough we catch up first 15 mins & my head phones go in and Im in another world his work is incredible and I only go to him and if johnny isnt available LEE is good as well.. I also bring my whole entire family.. my sisters are 3,6,9 they all get a service & are all very well behaved they allow children just not bad a** kids crying & shiddd its a relaxing environment no1 got time to worry about your child running around. Lyn is real and very loving she treats you like family no doubt. She knows everything and remembers my family, why were coming what we need & all. The food snacks and Sangria is to die for I wrote alot lol my point is the nail shop is by far a 10/10 if you want to feel like royalty its so good!!! The pricing doesnt bother me because Im a strong believer you get what you pay for simple as that. Also I love Victoria because shes just so cute at the front desk & always so helpful with anything I need coming in & also leaving I will never go anywhere else and ill need lyn in my life as long as she can be for my ingrown nail service LOL

    I am from New Jersey and finding a quality place around here is slim to none. Quality meaning the staff is on point, their service is phenomenal. Ive been doing my own gel nails for a couple of years now and by second week my nails are in rough shape.     Me and my mom had a little date night and she took me to this nail salon to go get a mani/pedi. I never get mani/pedi’s because as a man I never really feel comfortable or that I belong when I walk in a regular nail shop. however, this isn’t your average nail salon. as soon as I stepped in i was taken care of right away, detox tea was served to me, and the owner lynn welcomed me with open arms (literally gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek) and made me feel like I was home not even 5 minutes into me being there.
