    I have been coming to HBL with nail tech/ owner, Yen for years now. As a Tampa native, THIS is the only spot to go for nails and lashes! Truly ever nail tech (Tiffany, Charlene, Nancy, Bianca, Dani, etc) are truly masters at what they do. The vibes in the salon are always on 10, the girls are truly so kind and true girls girls. The attention to detail is truly impressive and I have NEVER been disappointed with my nails.

    I have been going to this salon for over a year and I LOVE IT. I love everyone there! So kind and personable. They also do such a great job. One of the few places I’ve found that does Builder Gel and it’s a game changer! Extremely talented girls when it comes to nail art. Check them out!

    I recently had the pleasure of getting lash extensions with Yen, and I can honestly say its been a game-changer! From start to finish, the experience was amazing.Yen was incredibly professional and took the time to discuss my preferences—whether I wanted a more natural look or something bold and voluminous. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.I was super relaxed throughout the process, and the results were absolutely stunning! My lashes look full, fluttery, and so natural—like I’ve just stepped out of a photoshoot. Plus, the lashes feel lightweight and comfortable; I can barely even tell I’m wearing them.I’ve received so many compliments, and the best part is they’ve lasted for weeks! The retention has been fantastic, and I haven’t had to worry about them falling out or losing shape.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the lash service.     I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Everyone is friendly and talented, all my nail designs are incredible. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. They also do lashes, I havent had mine done, but everyone I see that has them, they all look great.

    I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 3 years, and they’re hands-down the best in the business! I always get GelX, and the quality and attention to detail are unmatched. The team here is so talented and friendly, making every visit feel special and relaxing. My nails always turn out flawless, with long-lasting results that look amazing for weeks!!!     I have been coming to HBL for my nails since about 2 months after they first opened, I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet because I absolutely LOVE this place.I never really used to get my nails done much because of how often they chipped, but ever since they HBL girls introduced me to builder gel I have been IN LOVE. I go 4 weeks and not a single chip, my natural nails are also longer than they’ve ever been.Kimme has been my nail tech (also loved Faith when she was there!) and she’s so talented at what she does! When I used to work out of state I would have to fly back to see the HBL girls because I couldn’t find anyone who provides the same quality of work. The atmosphere is always very welcoming, they always have a great playlist going and the best part is that they remember the small details that you share with them! I’ll never go anywhere else 🫶🏼

    First time here after a few people recommended. The place seems very clean and friendly atmosphere.the nail art done by FAITH was the most beautiful plant art on nails ever. Very great person and so talented. The owner was also really nice and involved - welcoming to everyone inside. Two of my nails chipped and she fixed it right away which was nice.I recommend this place for beautiful nail art or just any nail services. :) faith was very detail oriented and amazing . The owner is also very talented, I seen some of her work while I was there and she does cool things too.

    Highly recommend seeing Faith at heights beauty lounge! I know all of the staff is talented but Faith does a fantastic job on my nails. She educated me on the dangers of using acrylic and completely fixed my nails which were atrocious when I went to her. I had acrylic for years and she switched me to Gel X on my natural nails. Now they are strong and healthy again. Highly recommend going here!

    Love HBL! The girls are all so talented, and Yen the owner is so kind and welcoming! She really puts her heart into the salon and cares about how the employees and customers are treated. I’ve been going there for 2 years and Yen suggested I switch to Gel X with Builder vs Acrylics and I’m so glad I did. My natural nails feel healthier and I love the look 10x better. This will be my forever salon!

    I have been a customer since June, 2021. The salon was recommended to me by two completely unrelated sources. Yen and her team are amazing, and always put their clients first. I live 30 minutes away, and the drive is worth the service and relationships.

    THE BEST NAIL SALON IN TAMPA BAY!!! I have been a loyal customer of Charlenes for over 3 years now, since before her sister Yen opened this salon. Once she started working here, I happily replaced my 3 minute drive for the 15 minute drive because they are worth it!! Yen has thoughtfully and slowly added nail techs, ensuring they are all up to HBL standards! The space is super cute, the environment is friendly, and they do the best nail art for the best price youll find. I constantly get stopped to ask where I get my nails done :)I used to do dip but switched to Japanese soft gel upon Charlenes recommendation about a year ago and absolutely love it. It has the durability of dip but is more flexible like gel to prevent nails breaking.Just note that HBL is appointment-based only! No walk-ins. And I highly recommend you plan out your visits and book in advance (especially if you want Charlene or Yen) because the girls have a loyal customer base and book up quick! Booking is easily done through the link on their Instagram. If you want to double up and get a pedicure, I always book Nancy (Charlene and Yens mom)!

    I got a gel-x manicure with nail art by Sara for my wedding. I had such a great experience with her, she was super nice and her work was gorgeous! Definitely the best, cleanest nails I’ve ever gotten. I’m on week 3 and they’re still going strong, with no lifting or anything. I will absolutely be returning!

    I loved my overall experience. I am new in Tampa, and finding a nail tech was challenging. I have been going to the same nail tech for so many years. The idea of sitting with anyone else was overwhelming.I found Charlene here. She is wonderful, funny, and loves to learn new techniques and products. Ive always done dip, and she suggested a soft gel. She gave me the run-through of the benefits. She made conversation with me and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend.It looks like, towards the end, my appointment overlapped with her next appointment. That might have been my fault since I did not include a soak off service for the original work I had on my nails. She had her sister do the design on my nail. I was nervous at first. I booked with Charlene, and I expected to have everything done by Charlene. However, I kept an open mind and was not disappointed. Her sister was detailed and precise. I loved the end results.I also had a pedicure appointment, which was done by Nancy, the owner. She has been in this business for over 20 years, and she gave special attention to my toes during the massage. So good! She also used a scrub for exfoliation prior to the message. That type of stuff is usually extra $$$ anywhere else. My toes look great!The place is small. There are 4 tables and 4 pedicure seats. However, its a whole vibe. Theres a cute sofa and floral decorations here and there. I found it rather cute and cozy. I would recommend a dusting on the ceiling light fixtures. There are webs here and there. Also, a fixture for their UV equipment that gets stacked on the floor in a corner. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to actually see how they cleaned their tools, especially for the pedicure. Those types of things do stay in the back of my mind.The staff is very diverse and is allowed self-expression. When I sat down, the tech in the table next to me was talking about her religion to a client who, of course, asked her about it. Regardless of whether I agreed or not, I thought it was great that the employees here can do things like that. A client also brought in her 4 month old, very well-behaved German sheperd. It literally just felt like a day with the girls.There is a bathroom and the prices are pretty standard. There is plenty of parking space as well, and it is handicap accessible.I want to note that Charlene opens her schedule every 3 months. However, I am confident that the other techs are just as great as she is. I will definitely be coming back!

    I have been going here for a few years now and the girls really take care of you AND each other! The place is very clean, laid-back and super cute! Nobody there disappoints. You can also earn points for cash off future visits. Location is perfect as well. There are breweries, restaurants, convienent stores, hair, dental, grocery, bus stops and parks near by. 2 thumbs up for these ladies.

    I have followed Sara since December of last year. I love my nail tech. Every two weeks I get great service, new design, and a great person to talk to. The nail techs in the shop are the best in the Tampa Bay Area trust me I been to a bunch of them and there the best. I love the shop and really it a one stop shop. You can get waxes, lashes nails, and feet all in the same place and all worth every penny. So trust me come out to the Height beauty Lounge and be all the way pampered.

    Best nail salon in Tampa - especially for nail art and at a reasonable price. Everyone at HBL is super nice and the community LOVES them. I recently started seeing Sara regularly after I chewed up my nails from anxiety and she is helping me heal them in time for my wedding and really cares.The salon is always clean, cute and welcoming.     Just got home from probably the BEST pedicure that I have ever had with Nancy at Heights Beauty Lounge. Opted for a premium pedicure *aloe with $ extra massage minutes and her massage was better than reflexology massages that Ive purchased elsewhere. I feel 1000xs better then when I walked in the door. Also, great vibe in there! Massage chairs in excellent condition and the staff is awesome, great energy, beautiful spot.Thank you so much. Ill be back soon!

    Tiffany is my usual but everyone here is so sweet and the crew seems so close-knit. I always leave with perfect cuticle care along with any type of manicure which has been so crucial for me as I used to pick at my nails/around the edges so bad. Getting soft/builder gel here seriously helped me curb it, and I then worked my way to gel and now regular polish without biting thanks to the cuticle care detail here! Also got my wedding nails done here :).

    I absolutely love this place! It’s cute and clean and in a great spot on Florida ave. Everyone is so nice and even though they are super busy, it’s easy to book online and keep a consistent appointment. I’ve been going to Sara for soft gel/gel c for almost a year now and refuse to go to anyone else! She’s the best. I’ve had a few pedicures from a few different providers here as well and they’ve all been great. Highly recommend!

    Charlene has been doing my nails since July and I was super excited for her when she told me she was moving to Heights Beauty Lounge. She is incredibly talented, does manicures that never chip or break and is probably one of the most kind people I have ever met. I have also gotten lash fills and pedicures from the salon and received excellent service. The salon itself is beautiful and fairly priced and all of the staff is amazing. Definitely recommend and will be returning again in the future.

    I’m so happy that I found this place and that they’re right in my neighborhood! They did such a beautiful job on my nails and were very professional and accommodating! I told my manicurist that I was getting my nails done for wedding pictures and she was able to do the French gel manicure I wanted even though I didn’t book enough time. So sweet! I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends!

    This place is the best and appropriately priced in the area. They have a high standard for cleanliness and professionalism which is especially appreciated during a pandemic. Charlene does a fantastic job at dip, nail art and is so friendly. My favorite part though has to be the pedicures. This nail salon is the only place in Tampa that actually MASSAGES YOU FOR 15 MINUTES during a pedicure. Nancy does a fabulous job at relaxing and pampering you. I walk out of every visit more than happy with my new nails.

    Needed a place quick and found Heights Beauty Bar on Google. Had the best reviews so I took a chance. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment! Was in and out in 10 minutes, very clean and pretty location. Employees were nice. Prices were awesome, $10 for a basic eyebrow wax. Will definitely be back!

    Best nail salon in tampa perioddd! Everyone here is so talented and super friendly so you can’t go wrong no matter who you book with!! I’ve had everyone do my nails and I can’t pick just one! Jenny is my girl tho, super friendly and will make good convo if you want or stay quiet if you don’t feel like talking! Nancy KILLS my pedicure everytime!! If you have rougher feet or like to walk barefoot like me, she’s your girl! She will scrub and buff every imperfection off your feet, I feel like I have brand new feet everytime I leave!! Overall vibe of this place is also magnificent!! Highly recommend but they are usually pretty booked up so not the place for walk ins, book ahead and you’ll be good to go!!

    Yep, as others have said, great place! Have driven by this old plaza a zillion times - well this is Old Seminole Heights, everything’s old! - driving to south Tampa to get a real spa pedi… whatta dope! (smacks forehead) The “old” ended at the front door as this shop is pristine and well appointed in a soft eggshell white with features of farmhouse rustic wood sliding doors & black iron cage pendant lights - everything matching, new & functional! Living in this neighborhood, I can’t tell you how relaxing it is just being in a place that’s NOT in perpetual renovation!Relaxing 😌 is the atmosphere. Lam, my excellent technician, was kind & friendly but neither too talkative nor mute, checking with me to see if I liked what she was doing. The whole shop was happy - not hushed & fake zen like the spas or tvs blaring like the big cheaper shops. They laugh a lot, & Lam truly focused on my arthritic, diabetic, hammer toed feet - NOT EASY- & made them pretty. *Painlessly*Do yourself a kindness -try “The Heights”.
