    Highly recommend! They are so welcoming and loving and their techs do an amazing job in a timely fashion. Today I got my nails done on New Years Day and they had a whole catered display for their clients to enjoy. This just shows you they go above and beyond for their clients and truly care about them.

    Another great experience today. First and foremost my natural nails always look great and they last. I used to go to Julie, she owned the salon but had to sell it. I now see Kim, she’s friendly, on time and does a great job - I definitely recommend her. I’ve not noticed any changes to this salon since Julie left, this is a good thing. Also the salon is upfront about pricing when I get a gel pedicure there is always an additional charge for gel (this is also clearly labeled on their website). The prices shown when you select a pedicure are for regular polish, gel is extra, this is standard at any salon. Please don’t believe any reviews about ripping people off, the prices are clear, the people are being upfront and if a customer selects an upgrade the customer should expect to pay. Great place highly recommend!

    I took my daughter here yesterday and loved it. The people here are very friendly, nice and they provided excellent service. They offer free drinks such as water, soda, and wine. Her nails came out perfect. Loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness and the decorations. Highly recommended!!!

    There arent many places that have mail techs who are PRIDEFUL in their work. Julie is kind and knows what she is doing. Each time I have been there Julie works hard to make my nails look great and how I want them to look. She focuses on shape, color, design details and it always turns out picture perfect. She is a perfectionist, has attention to detail, QUICK, and GREAT at she does!! Thanks Julie ☺️

    My first experience when I walked in this establishment, I was in pure amazement as it feels like you are in a luxurious retreat. You are welcomed by the friendly staff, you get pampered and given the upmost of customer service. They have complementary water, coffee, and wine to offer their clients. They have the Ritter machine to disinfect all their tools. They also have an extensive array of nail polishes With brands like OPI and Essie and scented foot spa products. I went for the full set gel nails, the organic lavender scented foot spa with foot massage and eyebrow waxing and threading. I was very impressed with the quality products they used, the cleanliness, and overall wonderful service that I received. I will definitely be coming back! Make sure you ask for Julie, duke, or Kevin.

    I visited this salon today for the first time. I got a manicure with gel polish and a design, and a pedicure. Julie took her time on my nails and she did a perfect job. Most definitely earned a 5 star review. I typically do them myself since I enjoy it as a hobby. I’m very picky and it’s been a very long time since I’ve trusted anyone else to do my nails. I’ll be back for sure.

    I havent enjoyed going to the nail salon in a long time, it always seems like a chore. Since Covid and wfh, I havent had the need to keep my nails done on a regular basis. But my husband and I wanted to treat ourselves since we were unable to travel this week for spring break. We just happened to be in the area for something else and thought wed give this place a try. Boy am I glad we did.This is their 2nd location and just opened about a month ago. The inside is very nice and clean, including the restroom. They have plenty of nail stations and pedi chairs although it wasnt very busy so just a handful of nail techs were there. My husband and I splurged and got the enhanced pedicures.They also offer water, soda, coffee or wine. I had some Cabernet and was so relaxed, I actually felt like I was on vacation just for a little while. I am usually very picky about my nails and they did a really good job. I am so picky about red wine and actually really liked it. I know it was inexpensive but it was a good one. The owner is doing a good job with enhancing the experience between the ambiance and amenities plus a really nice staff, they are doing a great job.Prices are typical for nail salons in this area and todays climate. My only regret is that I live in Brandon and wont be able to visit this salon regularly but I will make it out there as much as I can. Just FYI, I guess for the grand opening they have a banner outside that says now open 20% off, however its 20% of what you spend now will go on a gift card for your next visit.

    I love 5th Nail Lounge 2. Ive been going here for months. Recently I got my nails done by Julie for Christmas/New Years. She did a great job. Very clean and beautiful nails! Its best to make an appointment cause they can get busy.

    Wonderful new addition to Carrollwood! I walked in with no appointment, they got me in right away and did a wonderful job. They have complimentary drinks while you get services. I was pleased with the selection of OPI gel colors.They use a hot towel with regular pedicure --which was amazing. They play very relaxing music, it was perfectly accompanied with the massage chairs. They even have the cutest little pedicure chairs for kids featuring The Little Mermaid and Frozen (Olaf) :) It is beautiful inside! I am looking forward to returning and bringing my daughter.

    Best service ever! This is my second time here and they were spectacular! They worked with my price, they gave me amazing service, great conversation, and my nails look, absolutely phenomenal!     Amanda is AMAZING!!! I am pretty difficult at first… and she was very very patient with me! I showed her a design I wanted with dip and she nailed it!!!     10/10 RECOMMEND! Ive been getting my nails done for about 9 years now and I can confidently say this is one of my favorite nail salons. Not only does Julie do AMAZING work, but the hospitality and friendliness from all the staff never goes unnoticed. Also, they have techs who speak Spanish if you have that language preference or need. If you havent tried this salon before, you definitely should!

    I have been coming here for about a year now just about and it is the BEST nail salon I have yet to find. I waited so long to review it just to make sure the service and consistency stayed the same over time before I just recommend to anyone. So for me to write this review it really speaks Volumes to the business. I have always used Julie! There is nothing she can not do, and she is so personal and caring. I HIGHLY recommend her, you will love her as much as I do. The environment is amazing and it is always CLEAN!

    It was my first time going to this salon. It was very clean and well maintained. Making an appointment same day was easy and I was quickly seen upon arrival. Hanna did great work, I got a gel mani/pedi, and despite my appointment being after work near closing she still took her time to ensure each step was perfect. I will be going back to see Hanna for sure! Love that they are open till 7:30pm weekdays!

    This place is very beautiful and wonderful. When I first walked in I was greeted by welcoming voices and a breathtaking set up. I got a gel pedicure done with Naila. The was very detailed and gentle. She offered me a complimentary drink as soon as I sat down. She asked questions along the way to make sure I was getting the service and treatment that I wanted. It was an overall very pleasant and relaxing experience. My nails look amazing and I definitely will come back here often.

    It was my first time going but I’ve tried tons of salons in Tampa and have never found one where they care about attention to detail. Well, Kate at Nail Lounge has changed that. She is so kind hearted and she is meticulous when it comes to cuticle care, nail shape and color. The finished product is perfect nails. I am very excited try gel with Kate as I’m sure she will remove the gel in such a way that my nails won’t be damaged!

    I initially came here a few months ago as my previous go to place wasn’t cutting it for me anymore, and I have been back about 4 times since! The staff is really friendly, the salon is clean and beautiful AND best of all my dip powder actually lasts almost a month without breaking or chipping. Definitely recommend!

    I have been seeing Hannah from the 5th lounge location off of Gunn Hwy for more than a year now. Her and her team just recently switched over to this new location and nothing has changed! Excellent service, amazing quality nails every time I leave, and such a great staff that always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Julie, the manager, is absolutely wonderful and ensures that your experience is always 100%. I love my ladies and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
