    Beautiful nails & excellent pedicure! Excellent customer service! They are very nice, friendly, professional and accomodating. Always timely and courteous of customers time. They will call you to communicate if theyre running behind and to fit you in their schedule at your requested time.

    Kim and Tommy are so hardworking kind. They give the best pedicures ever! I bring all my friends and family and they always love it. Kim is the ONLY person I trust to wax my eyebrows. She gets the shape perfect every time.

    Ive been going to first tip nails for 13+ years. I have tried other nail shops throughout the years only because of location purposes, But I always end up back here because They are the best!! They are worth the drive. Kim and Tommys customer service is impeccable, theyre super attentive and kind. They always find a way to squeeze me in when I need them the most because my schedule is so hectic I continually wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment. Their prices are at the lower end of the spectrum and very fair for the wonderful quality work they do. Foot massages are amazing and no one can shape my nails or do my eyebrows the way Kim can!I highly recommend them to everyone!

    Kim & Tommy are the best! They mostly book appointments and are amazing!! Been coming here for 8 years and would not go to another nail salon, the pedicures are wonderful!

    I was recommended to this salon by a friend. When it comes to my nails I am quite particular about how I want my nails specifically with the shape. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in regardless. The wait wasn’t long at all for a Saturday. Once I sat down Kim asked and listened to what I wanted...and she delivered! She was very careful and detailed with the shape and color of my nails. I was very happy with my nails. It’s a small and simple chic nail salon wth absolute great customer service! As if that wasn’t enough they address their clients by their first name which is such a personable touch and they make you’re visit fun and enjoyable. The owners, Tommy and Kim, love to laugh and joke with their clients once they get to know you. I absolutely love this place.

    I have been going to First Tip nails for 14 years now... I have ALWAYS gotten my eyebrows waxed here. Kim and Tommy are the best!!! Today I just took 3 of my daughters to get their nails done for the first time and they loved it!!! They have always treated my children and I like family. I live about an hour away now, but theyre worth the drive everytime!!!

    Three words, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im so happy I found this place. Kim and Tommy own the shop and they both make you feel so comfortable and relax. The price is reasonable and the quality of the work is really good. The place is clean and the massage chairs are comfortable and new.

    Great customer service and affordable. I highly recommend them, the owners Kim and Tommy are very accommodating. They maintain a high awareness of appointment times and let you know of any delays which is infrequent. Kim and Tommy are very knowledgeable and thorough as well as very personable and attentive. Your satisfaction and comfort is their highest goal.

    I would highly recommend going here!!! They are very personable and talk with you about your life and just about anything. I have tried going to other nail salons near my home in Pasco, but I never feel as welcomed as I do here. This is also the only place I go to get my eyebrows done because I know Kim will do it just how I want every time.

    Its been many months since my GF 1st convinced me to come with her to get a pedicure. Tom & Kims conversation and professionalism made for a great experience and now we go all the time. We really look forward to our talks and pedis...see you in a few weeks guys!

    I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm and was met by the very friendly owner, Tommy who gave me the best pedicure ever. No waiting time at all. would recommend the pedicures here. They are the best

    Tommy and Kim are FANTASTIC! I drive all the way from Tarpon Springs to have them do my manicure, pedicure and waxing.They are a high quality salon and take appointments only making your visit a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend them! :)
