This review is long overdue, but Luna Luxe Nail Loft truly deserves praise. Since I started coming here, my nails have never been healthier. Previously a nail biter, gel manicures would barely last a week before Id start picking at them. However, the thorough nail prep during each visit has made a significant difference. Now, I dont see that lift until after two weeks, prompting a return for a fresh manicure. For non-nail biters, Im confident it could last three weeks or even longer. The salon has a relaxed vibe, and the staff are fantastic. Its a place where you can escape from the hustle and bustle and enjoy chatting with other fabulous ladies.

Hands down some of the best artists in south Florida! Hailey absolutely killed it with every set she has done for me! I didn’t think I could get Pinterest worthy sets with short nails but Hailey’s work speaks for itself! I will never go anywhere else!

I have a major allergy to specific products and the salon was quick to assure me they use hema free products and explain so much about what was causing the horrific reactions I was having prior to finding them. ❤️ for the first time in years I had a experience that didn’t result in weeks of healing my hands. They’re gentle and use no harsh techniques. Highly recommend against traditional nail salons!! Nilkki is a absolute doll and I love her work!

As a Mama who tries to live that low-tox life as much as possible, finding Luna Luxe has been a dream!!!I’ve tried a few different places in the area and always stressed about getting my nails done because I AWLAYS got hurt by that battery grinder thing 😵‍💫. Not only that but I would walk out semi disappointed in how my nails turned out. 😒Let me tell you something….that has NEVER been the case since finding Luna Luxe 🙌🏼They don’t use that awful grinder thing, it doesn’t smell of awful chemicals, my nail tech Jayme has walked me through the best things for my nails to get them back in a healthy state, AND I LOVE my nails every time I leave!You get what you pay for and I’ll always choose a low-tox, no stress, great quality, positive energy environment like Luna Luxe! Updating my original review - the first time I came I rated LLNL 2 stars as my gel x came off within a week of my appointment and no tough use. The manager invited me back promising they can do better and Hailey did an amazing job on my nails! They looked just like the reference picture I showed her and it’s a month later and the nails are still going strong.

I’ve been getting acrylic on my nails for the last four years. I didn’t know there was another option until I visited Luna Luxe Nail Loft! They don’t use any acrylic or harmful chemicals, and there are no drills involved. All of the nail techs were sweet and friendly and the owner is amazing also! I wanted to try a new nail salon and can officially say that I am staying here. I got my nails done by Valentina today and she did a great job! I showed her the design and she did it perfectly! I’ve had them for 12 hours and have already gotten so many compliments. The salon was very welcoming and you can see how much everyone loves working here.

My favorite spot in town! Ashley has done an amazing job with Luna Luxe because the girls are always so sweet and it is such a nice clean atmosphere, that doesn’t have any of those harsh chemicals from acrylics.I always either get a gel pedicure or manicure or switch it up sometime for just a regular pedicure. All services are always excellent and no harsh chemicals. My favorite is the hydration pedicure plus the gel manicure!My go to for my nails is Hailey. She is great and love my nails! A must visit and love being able to book all of my appointments in advance online and having that access and also being able to call should I need to change anything. They’re super accommodating and always either have coffee, water or even a mimosa ready for you once you arrive.

Hidden gem!!Found this place last minute to get nails done in time for a wedding. I wanted to find a place with knowledge on gel x since I had to get mine removed for regular gel and I’m so glad I found Luna Luxe Nail Loft. I was greeted and received nail services by owner Ashley and she is THE BEST. Was so nice and knowledgeable about her work. It was so fun to talk with her while getting my nails done. I was on the fence about what to get and Ashley recommended I tried chrome and it came out great! Great price for the quality of work and amazing nail techs. Highly recommend this place to anyone as this will be my new regular salon to get nails done ☺️

Morgan went above and beyond to make sure that my nails looked amazing and my pedicure was perfect.The vibe of the salon was welcoming and fun. The music was a wonderful eclectic mix of songs curated by the staff to create a blend of music that was interesting and appealing across generations.The nail technicians were friendly and kept the conversation lively and professional. There was no pressure to participate in the conversation. If you want to quietly get you toes and nails done, that was definitely an option. However, my friend and I enjoyed the chat as well as the amazing services.Morgan did an outstanding job on my toes and nails. After using dip on my nails for over two years, my nails were in pretty bad shape, but by the time I left the nail loft, my nails (and nail beds) looked healthy and beautiful. The picture attached does not do it justice but it is the best my photo skills could muster.Highly recommend the nail loft and Morgan!

I had a wonderful experience here. It was important for me to find a nail place that prioritized the health, hygiene, and care of my hands, feet, and nails after a prior bad experience at a nail salon that led to the development of a fungal infection. I hadn’t gone to a nail salon since a little before COVID hit because of it. But, I had been wanting to get my nails done and I had a wedding so it was important for me to find a place where I felt safe getting my nails done. I did my research and found Luxe Nails and it was everything I wanted. I read the reviews and Morgan’s name popped up a few times so I made my appointment with her and she was so incredibly knowledgeable about how to take care of your nails, hands, and feet which I’ve never experienced before. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and does it incredibly well with attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness. She’s also a hoot, and very funny and entertaining. I’ve already made my next appointment :)

I went in 3/7/24 with my mom and grandma to get pedicures for my grandma’s birthday. I chose this place because of the safety and cleanliness process they follow as my grandma has gotten sick after a pedicure in the past. I can attest that not only is that true but the prep they put into the nails and the quality of polish they must use that my pedicure lasted until this past weekend and only because two nails chipped and it was driving me a bit crazy. I’ve never had a gel pedicure go so long without any chipping. I got a gel manicure the week before last and that is still as good as the day I got it. The ladies and atmosphere are also nice and calming. Highly recommend.

She did a fabulous job especially with my toes (getting those pesky ingrown nails too). Morgan is super knowledgeable and you can tell she’s been doing nails for a long time (12 years to be exact). The owner of Luna Luxe (Ashley) was super amazing as well. I’ll definitely be back!!

IM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE! It is hard to find a place that is just absolutely AMAZING! Veronica and Ashley are amazing. You really feel at home here and the decor is so beautiful, esp the added perk of Mimosas! . Best nail spa ever and ALL the ladies are soo talented and FUN, and they makes you feel like you are sitting down with one of your longtime friends. HIGHLY recommend!

Phenomenal experience! The place is super clean. They provide a comfortable atmosphere compared to your standard salon. Blueberry, açai mimosa was amazing. The owner Ashley greeted me at the front. She and her entire team made you feel at home. Yessica was pedicurist. She took her time and made sure every inch of the process was perfect. Not to mention, they utilize products with as few chemicals as possible. I’m not sure how it gets any better. One thing to note, they do not have the standard massaging pedicure chairs. Instead, they have comfy, cushioned chairs like you would find in your home. Giving even more of that comfortable, warming, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be going back 🤍.

I’ve had awful experiences at salons since moving to Tampa, so I was excited to walk out without being cut, burned, or scarred (not exaggerating)! Nina did a fabulous job, very clean lines and even shapes.All of the technicians seem very relaxed, a comfortable, clean building. I’d say the only thing I didn’t like is they do not have the massage chairs. They do have very comfortable chairs, but they definitely have the sit in the living room feel, not relax and get the knots out of my back feel.It seems like the kind of place that you really get to know the people working there and you go back for the conversation.

The vibe in the salon is inviting and comfortable. I like the setup for getting a pedicure. The chairs dont massage, but I was okay with out it. I felt more relaxed and comfortable in their chairs. They had a wide assortment of colors to choose from. My technician did a great job on my feet. Brendas massage was very relaxing. You could tell that they have regulars and I understand why. Its my new go to spot from now on.

I had a great first gel pedicure with Erica yesterday. I told her my feet were sensitive & she was really kind and understanding about it and still did a great job while being really careful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing without that salon smell & workers yelling over each other. On top of that they are being super clean with sanitation procedures and sticking true to their hygienic beauty promise - which is what makes this salon stand out. Luna luxe is most definitely not your average chop shop and is worth coming to, I will be coming back here regularly. Thank you to owner & staff for running such a great business.

Y’all I’ve been searching for years for a good nail place in Tampa and let me tell you- BEST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TOO. My sister and I got our nails done there for my wedding and it was a great experience. Everyone who works there is so nice and it was like hanging out with a group of friends while they were doing our nails. Our nails looked amazing and we got so many compliments on them all weekend. Ladies- don’t walk- RUN there. 10/10 cannot recommend more

Love the beauty standards of this nail salon! I love using hygienic and vegan friendly products, so this is the only salon I have been to since moving back to Tampa Bay. The shop is always clean and they have an amazing color selection. The technicians are always so thorough with cleaning my nails and I am always so satisfied with how they turn out. Customer service has always been great at each visit and whenever anything has gone wrong, the manager/owner always made it right. Thankful to have found this environmental conscious shop!

Such a great experience! Hailey was kind and followed my lead in how much or little conversation I wanted. I was kindly welcomed and offered a beverage. The salon was clean, the staff was nice, and the service was great. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Originally I selected a nude color but noticed that Hailey had her nails chromed and she was able to give me a gel manicure with a pink chrome. I look forward to returning.

Absolutely fantastic place! Ive gone here three times now and I always leave happy, satisfied, and with gorgeous nails. The salon is clean and chic, and the service by the staff is great. Morgan is my preferred nail tech and shes absolutely wonderful- funny and easy to talk to and does a great job with nail designs. Shes very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Id recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go to get their nails done.

I booked here for the first time since I was in a hurry to get my nails done for vacation. I liked the experience I had in the solan, my nail tech was friendly and did my gel-x good. The rest of the ladies were friendly. During my time here, I noticed she never used a drill to blend in the edges of the gel-x nail but I didn’t say anything since I noticed none of them won’t using it. After seeing on their instagram, they don’t use this because they are “dust free”. Nothing wrong with that, I’m just used to other solans using a drill and I wasn’t aware of it. Overall, I still have my gel-c nails still on even after 2 weeks.

Wow! Completely blown away by this salon. It’s clean and as I was waiting for my appointment I could see them taking great care to clean their stations in between clients. I had Ms. Morgan do my nails. I loved how she put me at ease she explained the whole process as she was doing it and educating me on gel extensions. She help me choose a shape for my nails and she knocked it out of the park. She is super funny very talented and I felt like I’ve known her forever. Looking forward to going back for my next set!

I LOVE it here. The inside is modern and simple. The girls are so nice and down to earth. They take their time with you and I have never felt rushed out. The salon is genuinely FUME FREE and clean. The prices are a bit more than your average nail salon, but for the quality and service that youre going to receive is totally worth it. Each time I go, I let them do whatever they want and they never let me down, theyre so creative with their nail art. I highly recommend!!

Ive been to the Luna Luxe Nail Loft twice and have been more than satisfied each time. I drive from Safety Harbor which is about forty minutes away, but is so worth it. The first time I went I had Erica as my technician and left saying this is the best gel manicure Ive had in my entire life. Today, I had Sophia as my tech and she exceeded my expectations yet again; this time with a cool design! I cant wait to make my next appointment.

I scheduled a same day appointment for a Pedicure. When I arrived the salon was very clean. The environment is more like a spa than a salon, but much more reasonable with pricing. I was offered a drink; water sparkling water or a mimosa. I opted for the strawberry lemonade mimosa. Was delicious 😋 Erica did my pedicure. She was polite and a good conversationalist. I brought a red color which can be tricky. She did an incredible job! They were then able to squeeze me in for my brows to the waxed and tinted. Veronica did my brows. She was great. Very thorough. Best brows I have ever had. The other thing I liked was the owner was present and involved. The staff seemed to be genuinely happy. Best hidden gem in Carrollwood!

I love this place but unfortunately the prices just have sky rocketed. I didn’t mind paying because the place is clean and Joy is awesome. But the pricing has gone up significantly and I get inflation has made everything go up. But… $18 for French lol ? That’s crazy.. on top of $65 pedicure. With a tip it’s definitely over $100. I guess it just has gotten out of my price range and that’s my problem I get it but still I just don’t really think it’s justifiable I’ve been coming here for like atleast 4 years never complaining about the constant raises in prices and was very loyal but I will have to find a new place. Sucks because Joy is the best tech there and I will have to find someone new.

I love this place and I almost dont want to tell others about it cause I want it all to myself.This isnt your typical nail salon by any means.....They are top-notch without the snobbery. I know this place will succeed because they care unlike your normal Chop-Shop nail spot. Also did I mention they cater to healthy-minded people who dont want to breathe in the toxic fumes and have VEGAN Friendly polish and products.One last thing the prices are very competitive for what you are getting. My husband found this place on a whim for a little “self-care Saturday” for me and I’m so excited that he did. Besides the fact that my pedicure looks amazing, the vibe was low key, clean, fun, and professional. It was nice not having to smell the typical toxic fumes of a nail salon. My pet peeve from most other nail salons is seeing the technicians wear masks to protect themselves from fumes while the patrons get to breathe it all in. Don’t have to worry about that here! It’s definitely my go-to spot from here on out without question!

The salon does not offer acrylics, which as a healthcare worker, I’ve never had, nor do I support having or want to have to sit in a salon smelling those fumes the entire time. Today was my first day going to Luna Luxe and I can honestly say it was the BEST nail experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done since high school. This shop is about 40 minutes away from me and is every bit worth the trip. The shop is very clean and organized and don’t get me started on the smell... I’ve never walked into a shop and not smelled acrylic and acetone!!! I’m almost 8 1/2 months pregnant and very sensitive to smell not once did I smell the nail polish or the acetone that was used on my own nails. I would hands down recommend Morgan (the GOAT), but you have to book ahead with her -- she books up fast -- but their online schedule system makes it easy to find a day and time that works for me. The only caveat I have is they dont do acrylic services -- they wont do any services that ruin the structural integrity of your nails, period. Thats the tea, yall -- though Luna Luxe mimosas are to die for!

Outstanding service and amazing group of gals! This is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been in. Samira was absolutely fantastic and did a great job. I’ve been to a few different nail salons, but I didn’t feel judged at all being a male in this salon!
