    Ive been coming here for almost two years now and had great experiences with several of their nail technicians. Lily Ha is my new favorite as she always does great work and is careful, caring, and meticulous. The facility is relaxing, extremely clean, well organized, and designed functionally between a central area of manicure stations with a long row of lots pedicure chairs that surround the them in a U-shape. There are two separate rooms for waxing and other more intimate services. The restroom is immaculate. Unlike some other salons that have rows of TVs or loud music playing, they have one dedicated TV in the center to watch which plays music videos but is not overwhelming or distracting -- a great compromise. You can make appointments by phone, or try an an app called Fresha (search among other local salons that participate) for very easy scheduling and managing of appointments. They do charge a premium if you pay by credit card (as many businesses are doing these days) but you can avoid this by paying in cash instead. Luxx has a reward program so be sure to sign up for loyalty discounts for repeat customers.I dont usually recommended personal services like these until I have been a customer for an extended period of time, but they have steady management and deliver great service. Highly recommended.

    Kate and Lamb are amazing nail technicians! They take their time, are meticulous, friendly, and can create real nail art instead of just using stickers. They’re my favorites whenever I visit the shop. I love coming here because the staff always makes me feel well cared for.

    Whenever I get my nails done I make sure to come here, if I go anywhere else I regret it! Lily did my manicure and pedicure today and did a PHENOMENAL job! Kind, attention to detail, wonderful to chat with, and even recommended a color I ended up loving when I couldnt decide what I wanted! Ill definitely be booking with her for my future appointments 10/10. Overall the salon is always clean, spacious, and relaxing.

    I have gone to Luxx Nails several times for a manicure and have been very happy with the results. Even when I accidentally cut my nail while replacing a window screen, Luxx Nails repaired my fingernail at no charge! Great clean place with friendly staff!

    Love!!! Yay, I finally found a nail place that I love! I’ve tried out pretty much all of the places in carrollwood/citrus park and I’ve never found a favorite. Typically, I get overwhelmed getting my nails done feeling trapped with tons of loud people around and hospital like lighting. Luxx Nails was so stress free and quiet! I could have also hit them during a slow time. I showed up about 5:45 pm today with no appointment. They got me seated right away and helped me figure out what type of nails I wanted because I truly had no clue… it was super fast and easy for a full set and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you and I will be back!

    This place is wonderful! I always get my nails and toes done here. Whenever I go somewhere else I regret it. I work with my hands and the gel full set still lasts me 4-5 weeks. Ken and Kate are amazing at what they do but if you get a different manicurist there, they will be awesome as well!

    Got pedicure and gel manicure with design done at the same time then eyebrow wax— ALL in 1 hr! Kate was the best! The silver on one finger was a little too dark for the pastel green Easter color I picked but she saved it with a great floral design to brighten it up and give me the Spring look I was going for! Definitely surpassed my expectations!

    My full set was done by Katy and I absolutely loved it!! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Clean and inviting atmosphere! Look no further for your spa needs as Luxx Nails is the best in the area!

    First time customer and I will be a returning customer. Kate is phenomenal. She was professional, friendly, kind and fast. I can’t say enough good things about her. I went there in the morning to get a full set and wax my eyebrows and I was out in no time. She did such an amazing job. I don’t think my nails have ever looked this good or my eye brows. I’m very impressed. I loved it so much I went back in the afternoon and got a pedicure from Kate. Again she is amazing. All the staff members were nice. Everyone had a smile on their face. The nail salon is spotless and open. I’m very happy because they are less than five minutes from my house. I highly recommend this Nail Salon.

    I highly recommend SCOTT for nails, he was super fast and attentive to details, my acrylic fill with gel looked awesome! MIKE gave me a pedicure and did a great job too. They will definitely be my regular place and technicians now:)New management recently renovated this place and it looks so much better! Calming blue and gray with beautiful and comfortable pedicure recliners. The music is nice chill house, the door was closed (not sure why so many nail salons leave the door open in hot Florida) with good AC and it’s very spacious. It feels good in there.

    This place is the real deal! I’ve been going here for about a year and Ken is without a doubt the best of the best. I like my nails a certain way, like a lot of us do, and he gets it right every time! I have also gotten quite a few pedicures by a lot of the different team members and they have been wonderful as well. Highly recommend them all and their services!

    Scott was very patient with me as I chose a color. He took his time and didn’t rush me at all. My nails look and feel amazing! The foot massage was so relaxing and he took his time with my pedicure. Will definitely be back. Best nail salon I’ve been to in a while.

    I believe I just found my new nail spot. I went in for a gel manicure and classic pedicure. The atmosphere was amazing and very beautiful on the inside. Mike did my manicure and pedicure, and he did a wonderful job. I even messed up my big toe after he did my pedicure, and he was extremely patient in redoing the polish. The prices are reasonable as well. I really look forward to coming back.

    They were very very nice and the environment wasn’t awkward at all. I sat down and the nail lady and I had a nice conversation so that it wasn’t just boring. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I got acrylic nails and they came out exactly how I wanted them to. It was worth the money and the visit. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

    The best experience EVER!My wife has been going to Julie for years to get her nails done and they always look so beautiful. When she opened this new location, I went with her to get a pedicure and was truly amazed. Julie and her staff provide such warm friendly service and make you feel right at home. It is a place of peace for those who want to just relax and enjoy the services, but also smiles and laughs for those who want to enjoy good company. They treat my wife like a queen and Julie always colors a special nail for me. One of her other staff members completed my pedicure and I was completely impressed. As a pharmacist I frequently have tension in my lower legs and feet, and she really helped to relieve all of the pains. Totally relaxing and worth every penny of it! She was not only very good at what she did but made me feel that I could get high quality services in a good amount of time. Julie and her team are the BEST that Tampa has to offer!

    I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Cici is my nail tech and I adore her! We always have a lot of fun. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You are greeted right away and asked if you’d like a beverage while waiting. I have my mom, best friend and sister coming to this salon now. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. The salon is super clean and open.

    I don’t usually bother to write reviews but after today, Luxx Nails is definitely deserving of a raving review. I’ve been coming here on and off for years now. Very inconsistently, as I’ve not been living in Tampa the last couple of years, but I’ve always had wonderful experiences here with both the people and the outcome of my manicures and pedicures and so I make sure this is where I go whenever I’m in the area. Back to today.. I called at the last minute for a fill and was seen right away without delay. I’m also six and a half months pregnant. I’d been running around all day with house chores and out shopping and had not yet stopped to eat anything. I had HG my first trimester and I have low blood pressure issues. I’ve been fine mostly but have to take it real easy. Today of all days ended up a bad day for me. While doing my nails, I had a terrible dizzy spell, got really hot and get faint, not once, but TWICE. These lovely ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and taken care of. Despite not feeling my best, I was never once rushed. My nails were never rushed. I tried something different for me, got a tiny little design, instead of just my normal plain gel polish and they came out beautifully. The service here goes above and beyond polite professionalism. You can tell they care and aren’t just there “to do a job”. Love love love this place. I’m now finally back in Tampa and can not wait to be coming back more regularly! (After being well rested and having eaten a meal during my pregnancy, of course!)

    Olivia is my nail tech and has been for about 4 or 5 years. I was very impressed with the salon when I first walked in. Everyone is super nice and they all try to please you. It is a little more expensive then other places I’ve been to in the area and over the past few years. But I’d rather pay the extra $5 or $10 for good quality and service then to cheat myself and go to “cheap” route to save the extra dollar. The owner is so sweet, and her stories are like no others (in a good way). My only suggestion would be to have the techs that are good at doing toes, do toes. If they aren’t good at doing nails, or don’t feel comfortable doing them just have someone else do them. Even if it means waiting a little longer. They have techs that are really good at feet (my mom has experienced as I use Olivia) and then they have techs that are good at doing nails. You just have to find the one that you like, and make sure to make your appointment. As said before, I would recommend this place with no doubt. Just find the tech/techs you like and stick with them.We had an issue at one visit and I advised the owner of what happen and she was very apologetic, even said if she knew she would have taken over.Try it out. You won’t regret it.

    If I had to use one word to describe my experience at Luxx it would be: Amazing. I am huge on customer appreciation and they definitely appreciate every individual that walks through the door. It doesnt matter who you get, as they all are awesome. The decor is beautiful, the place is very clean and sanitary which is extremely important.I had the pleasure of having my relaxation experience with John. He is very funny! In addition, really compassionate about ensuring that you are comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied. Best part, i love my nails and feet! This is my second time, and I am going back! Every 2 weeks! :)If you are looking for not only a place where you will be satisfied with your results, but also a place that will truly show you what relaxing means...then walk in or call and make an appointment at Luxx Nails and Spa.

    This is my absolute favorite nail spa in Tampa. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past year and a half and they never disappoint. They have a variety of pedicure packages for all budgets and needs, some with masks, and hot stone massage! And my nail tech Haley is always down to try whatever new thing I find on Pinterest that week. They always offer you water or your choice of wine on the house. 10/10 recommended this salon for everyone. Great atmosphere, and great service all around!

    Very clean, open, and fun atmosphere. Ive been with almost every tech there and had a great experience with all. They have a huge selection of polishes, gels, waxes, etc... It takes me forever to pick a color because i see too many pretty options. My nails always last a long time and I always have great conversations with everyone.

    I have been coming to Luxx since I moved to Tampa three years ago. I get both manicures and pedicures, and alway walk out feeling so good. I have natural nails but see the great work they do with powder and acrylic. Thank you to Sandy. My go to girl!! She gives the best pedicures I have ever had.

She was really nice and took her time. My 1st artist was great too, the 2nd one rushed the entire time...so it’s better to make appointments here. Overall great place!     Without a doubt the BEST nail salon in all of Tampa!! Ambience is relaxing, decor is classy & the staff is highly skilled. I love that the nail stations are far more private than any other salon Ive been to. Julie is who does my nails and she is beyond talented!     Luxx Nails is DEFINITELY the place to go to get your nails done! The place is clean and sanitary and its hard to find a nail salon that is. They never use the same scrubber or nail filer on your toes! Julie is absolutely amazing. I drive 40 minutes just to see her because she does such a fabulous job on my nails. Any type of design you want she can do! The staff there is hospitable and friendly. They honestly treat you like family. I recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family!

    I use to get my nails done at Luxx all the time when I lived closed to them but when I moved further away I had to find another nail salon. 2 years later and I still have not found a nail salon as great and clean as Luxx. The 40 minute drive is absolutely worth it. I even took my husband who had layers of dead skin on his feet and they took out the time to care for his feet properly and advised on the best package to treat his feet and even gave him tips for home care. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere and energy is great, and it does not smell like chemicals all throughout the salon! Luxx is the best I have found in Tampa!

    This salon is the cleanest salon Ive ever been to. All their tools are in sterilized pouches and I got handed my pumice pad, filer and buffer after my Jell-O shot pedicure so I KNOW they didnt use it on someone else before or after me. The staff is super friendly and truly love all things nail trend, love watching them talk about new nail products and the exciting of trying new things 😍

    Tree is absolutely amazing! I am NOT an easy nail Goddess, but he manages to listen to me, and tell me how My ideas will look nice and when they won’t. He gives the best pedicure and my nails are always on fleek. Couldn’t say nicer things about this place.

    I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done and the eyebrow waxing was absolutely normal. But I 2 days ago I went and had eyelash extensions put on and it’s been a disaster. They hurt when I sleep and 2 of the pieces fell off today when they’re suppose to last weeks.

    Beautiful place. Soft music/relaxingI had a pedicure done, the Luxx Pedicure. If uve never had hot stones rubbed on ur legs then the luxx pedicure is for u. They r kind of expensive(if ur on a fixed income). But they do amazing work. But i wont be going back...i cant afford it. My sister paid for it.Its a nice place though💖

    The best nail spa in Tampa!!!! The salon is beautiful, the workers are super friendly, and their work is so neat! Julie and Jojo are my girls!!!!!! I drive all the way from Wesley Chapel to get the Luxx nail spa experience and to enjoy the company of Julie and Jojo!

    1st time client. Came in with my 7 year old for pedis. I am pleased with the pedi, the ladies were very nice and did a good job however we planned on having 2 ladies working on our pedis, instead we had 1 lady working on both of us which made the process very long. Also 4 other clients came in and our pedi lady left to go start another clients pedi so we had to wait for another tech to finish my pedicure. Even after the other tech came to finish my pedi she kept getting up to help other clients... understaffing i think is the issue... I wish i would of had more attention at a luxury salon.

    CiCi is the BEST! I only let CiCi do my nails, feet and eyes she is such a sweetheart we aren’t only clients we are friends on the outside you just don’t get that type of service these days but you do from CiCi! Luxx Nails has went through different management but it never fails here...love Luxx Nails.

    Can’t express how well my first time here was , not only were they open on Thanksgiving but the service was great , I got a polish change and a basic pedicure and they went above and beyond compared to others . Cindy killed it and I will be returning ! Thank you Cindy !!!
