I have been coming here for almost 2 years and i absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Lynn is the absolute best. She always makes sure that my manicures and pedicures are perfect. There have been times when i didnt like the polish I chose and she could tell so she would do it all over with no complaints. The salon is clean and the equipment is up to date. I cannot say enough good about this place.

Wonderful service every single time! My girl D is the only person to ever give me a perfect pedicure out of all the places I’ve been to in the area. My nails are always nice and the way I want. Highly recommend this shop!

Peter filled my nails today and I am LOVING THEM! I originally went in after seeing their reviews and was a little weary because some were pretty bad, BUT Peter worked miracles with filling my acrylics, which were horrendously done somewhere else the first time. I will not go to anyone else ever again!😁

Cindy is my go to! She makes every nail look perfect - She is Highly Recommended!!! Any nails, gel, tips, acrylic never lasted on my nails, but here with Cindy I get Acrylic Tips and they last me a month, leading me to a fill in :) not cheap but definitely recommmend nail image!

Manny and Frances are one of the best technicians my mom and I have encountered to do our pedicures. They take their time to make sure that we are enjoying the services and the results of their work is phenomenal. I felt like I was valued and have came back every time since then. Got a filling and it’s probably one of the best fillings I’ve ever gotten done here!! Frances was absolutely amazing…she takes her time and makes sure that everything she is doing is done with care.. even though she isn’t the fastest at doing nails, that didn’t bother me at all.. the quality of work she puts in is top notch ❤️ I’m super satisfied with her work and I’ve officially found my new nail tech 😊… Thank you again Frances!!

Wow this salon is spectacular. The new management really pays attention to customers satisfaction. Best manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten so far. Very clean making the salon feel very safe. Nail techs and front receptionist or very polite and friendly. Great location with plenty of parking. Ladies if your looking far I little relaxation from a stressful week I highly recommend Nail Image.

I love coming to Nails Image & Tan. Tracy does my nails and she is amazing. I constantly get compliments abt my nails. Sometimes I cant decide what color I want and she helps me or if I bring in an idea she makes it come to life. The salon itself is neat and clean. I feel very comfortable coming here, when its a ladies spa day I always suggest Nails Image & Tan.

My Experience was Amazing. The young man who cared for my feet was attentive to my needs and extremely delicate with my feet. I am Type II diabetic and so I explained my podiatrist said; I need to use a nail salon that sanitize their equipment.Everything was clean and came in the sanitized packaging. Again Excellent Service from entrance to exit... Thon the owner is Great!!!

I’ve gone to Peter once before to get my nails filled from a different salon that did a horrible job. I went in for a fill but He had to redo my entire set and didn’t charge me. He was quick and so kind. They came out looking perfect and exactly what I wanted. It’s been three weeks and they barely look like they need a fill. Great experience and definitely going back again.

The owner is so nice and pleasant. I am vacationing from CT and needed a pedicure on a Sunday and after reviewing a few other locations in the area. image and tan turned out to be the perfect spot. It’s beautiful inside and the staff are welcoming. Will come again next time I vacation in Tampa Florida

Second time going today. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me and they were just so good with her. The atmosphere is very laid back relaxed and family orientated. All the girls were amazing and kind. It is a little pricey but, you get what you pay for. Ill def be back :)

Nice quick pedicure. The woman who did my nails seemed a little upset that I didn’t pick the more expensive one however, and she seemed to rush through the pedicure, as I was done way quicker than my friend. I believe her name was Tracy. She was friendly, nonetheless.The downfall for me is that there were no drinks offered, even though I could see that there was a mini fridge with coke products. Most of all, there was no wine option. Apparently it was taken away because of COVID? I believe that in order to be a competitive salon, there should be a wine option and an offer for beverage at the beginning of service in general.

I took my 80+ y/o grandparents to Nail Image today. Let me say it was 5 star service. The staff were patient, kind, funny, and overall helpful. The manager helped them to the car. The nail technicians listened to every specific need due to their physical and cognitive limitations. We will be returning. Thank you!

I went for the first time on Thursday and I wont go anywhere else. The staff members are very professional, patient, and kind. Lynn did my toes and she took her time and really catered to my feet unlike other nail salons that do a pedicure on your feet in 20 minutes. Lynn is fantastic, both Lynns are lol. If you are looking for a rush, in and out service then this place is not for you. They cater to your needs and they are very detailed oriented. Peter did my nails with an acrylic overlay and gel nail polish, he did a good job as well. I love that when I asked him to fix a 2 or 3 nails(polish wise), he didnt hestitate.

I took my man for a surprise pedicure! We are new to the area. We had a great experience.As a business owner I dont feel as though initial negative reviews help the livlihood of others. I do believe brining your concerns up at the time of the services not posted for all to see. Leaving a negative review isnt a professional way to be address by the consumer UNLESS the issue cant be rectified and management or owner cant or refuse to resolve the issue.We had a great experience and will continue to visit. If an issue comes up we will address immediately at time of the visit.Some Negative feedback is good bcuz a business owner doesnt always know something is wrong til its too late and thats when consumers like you and I have trashed the business for all to see online.Communication is key- Support your locals!
