I was taken care by miss Lam, and she did an amazing job on my hands, yes not only beautiful nails... she gave me a massage on my hands offering advice on how to Fix dry skin from the cold weather, and apply moisturizer lotion, it was a Tuesday when I called for my appointment and even she couldnt say no open on Tuesdays she came with one hour notice... She is amazing and I recommend her, thank you Miss Lam.

I love it here! They take their time on you and are very affordable. They can do any design and they spend time actually trying to get to know what you like for the next time you come! I pay $100 (not including tip) for mani pedi with gel toes & dip powder fake nails— where other places charge me $170+ for the same thing or less quality.Definitely recommend this place! Everyone is incredibly friendly and gentle with your skin so great experience all around.

Omg!! Lan is the best!!!! I’m from New York and when I’m in Tampa best believe I’m seeing lan! I get really bad ingrowns and she gets in there deep! No one does it like her, not even my peoples in NY. The best in Tampa bay. And her new team are awesome!! The girls are so sweet and really care about the clients I laughed so much. lol 100% recommend.

Always a clean and fantastic experience.Lynn was very nice, caring and professional. She did me and my nieces nails with dip powder. Our nails are natural and they look great. Everyone was really nice and they are reasonable in price. I also loved that it didnt have a strong chemical smell like most other salons. We will definitely go back here.Update: A few months later and Lynn is still holding us down. I love it here!

I visit this nail salon now on a regular basis. Yula does an excellent job every single time. Her talent, attention to detail and caring are admirable.The only recommendation I have for the owners is to continue expanding their selection of colors especially OPI.On the picture you can see a gel manicure done by Yula. The color is OPI Blues for Red.Love it!

I absolutely love this salon. LAN is the new owner. I have followed her in her journey to provide the best service to her clients. It has led her to purchasing her own salon. She completely updated the inside quickly and it looks great. Clean, friendly and inviting. They truly care about the service the provide. I could go anywhere for nail service but I choose to have my nails etc done here. Tons of polish options. VERY reasonable prices. Your time would be well invested to visit LAN and her team at Orchid Nails.

Love my toes!! Such a relaxing experience and my feet look wonderful. I also get my eyebrows done and they always look great. Not too thin and are even in shape. The owner is super nice and friendly and will do anything to please you. She is also currently making and selling face masks for just $4.00. I have bought several for my staff, myself, and my family. They are beautiful and well made! I highly recommend Orchid Nails.

My new favorite salon! I moved to Citrus Park from Clearwater in June 2019 and since I’ve moved, I haven’t found a nail salon. I went in today on a last minute decision after visiting the Urgent Care next door and I loved the service I received. The owner was so sweet and kind hearted. She did an amazing job! I am so happy that I found my new favorite salon near me. I can’t wait to go back. ❤️

Very clean salon with welcoming, serene atmosphere. Everyone is so polite and non-pushy. They do an amazing job every time. The owner is so sweet, very caring about her customers. She is also a very skilled tailor and I come to her regularly for alterations as well as pedicures.

I have been going here since the new owner purchased it. I have not had any complaints. She greets all of her customers in the same friendly manner and she tries to make sure that you dont wait long. They also do a pretty good job here. Some times one of the guys just doesnt use enough acrylic.

Orchid Nails is a beautiful newly-renovated nail salon. I love it here! By far the most nicely-kept salon I have ever been to. This shop has a massive selection of colors, I come every two weeks and always have a hard time deciding between all the beautiful choices. Their nail techs are so sweet and very skilled. I have come in multiple times with requests for more complicated designs (marble/crystal, ombre, cat-eye). They can do it all.Before the new owner took over, the shop was filthy and had a very non-welcoming atmosphere. I dropped in a few times because of the convenience of location in relation to where I live, but stopped coming because I just couldn’t get over how poorly the place was kept.A few months ago, Lan Stuart bought the shop and she has transformed it beyond recognition! It feels brand new, everything is gorgeous, and thankfully super clean! I have been here even after close (because they are always so welcoming and accommodating, Lan has stayed after hours, and even come in before opening hours to service me), and I see how thorough they are in making sure everything is clean. On top of that, Lan has a cleaning crew that she hires to come in every other week for deep cleaning.The atmosphere is calm and everyone is very polite and takes their time to do a job well done. Their service is so personalized, I cannot stress this enough. The owner always offers me coffee or tea, and there have even been times when one person would run to pick up lunch or Starbucks, and they always would bring something for me too.Lan cares so much about her customers. I remember one time several months back during the grand-opening, I dropped in and the shop was very very busy. A new girl worked on my manicure since Lan (my main nail tech) was overwhelmed with customers. Lan came to look at the work the other tech did and insisted that I would not pay that day because she was not satisfied with the result. She told me I could come back any other day so she could personally fix the mistakes she saw and would not charge me (the other nail tech no longer works there). That’s what sets this nail salon apart from the others--they care more about the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty than making an extra $5 here $10 there, so you don’t get that pushiness to spend more that a lot of salons give off.Please do not pay attention to anyone who says this place is “dirty”or the owner is “rude”. Both of those statements could not be farther from the truth. The place is sparkling clean and the owner is a sweetheart.As for the reviews from people who complain that they speak Vietnamese and that makes them “uncomfortable” PLEASE I encourage you to find a nail salon where they don’t speak Vietnamese. Good luck to you. There’s no need to feel uncomfortable, that’s simply their native language--it’s the easiest way for them to sometimes explain what the customer wants, and otherwise converse. If you aren’t doing anything that would cause complete strangers to want to talk bad about you, why are you so worried about what they are saying? Are you afraid they’re calling you fat? Trust me, as special as you are, they have way better things to talk about than just you. But if you are being rude, catty, or otherwise giving strangers a reason to gossip about you, I can assure you they will do it in any industry, not just at nail salons. If you really are so uncomfortable at Vietnamese-speaking salons, I recommend you finding an All-American salon and enjoy those jacked-up prices while you’re there.I cannot speak highly enough about Orchid Nails. It’s a wonderful salon, I will continue to come here as long as Lan Stuart is running this place.
