    My sister and I went here on over the weekend , it was very nice and relaxing. Many colors to choose from and pedicure options as well. We went on a Sunday around 2 pm and there was no wait. The pedicure i got was phenomenal! Very clean and organized place. Almost everyone was very kind and sweet.. I do have to say there was one lady that was just a little too pushy. She was doing my sisters pedicure and kept trying to upsell her on a more expensive pedicure. And she was rushing us to pick a color. Wasnt very please with her. But other than that we had a great experience. Would recommend!

    Jenny is the most amazing nail technician!!! She does the BEST job!! I’ve had other people there that I have not been happy with but Jenny knows exactly what I want and she does the best job every single time! I will literally wait hours for her!     I love this salon. I’ve been going here for about a year now after discovering it. I don’t have to worry about which person I get as they all do a great job. I get acrylic nails and the gel stays put every time until my next appointment. I usually do walk-in and have no wait. The salon is very large and atmosphere is nice.

    First experience at this salon and I loved the service. I was a walk in but they are Very professional , making sure things are correctly done and proactively checking in for customer’s satisfaction during the service. It was definitely nice to try a different salon than my usual . I will most definitely be making Polished Nails & Spa my new go to.

    Wonderful experience!!! Greeted and sat immediately. Offer refreshing drink upon arrival. Super cute candy cane design! They did a better job than what I requested!!! They excelled my expectations-and if you read my other reviews, Im hard to please. They did incredible!!!

    Very nice nail salon, they give beverages (magaritas, champagne) while you get your nails done. I was very impressed by my tech, she was awesome and very professional. I got ombre and she took the time to go over the different methods to achieve the look I was going for and recommended the best option. I think her name was La Ma....(sorry did not want to butcher) . I also went back for a pedicure and that was good to. I will say they market their higher price pedicures even though they can do a lesser price one. The prices I thought were fine but maybe compared to other salons nearby they might be considered pricey. My experience and expectations are high for a salon and I would say they were met.

    I came in with a design in mind for my 21st birthday and my nails turned out sooo cute, i’ve been getting compliments from everyone. tina was great and the whole place was clean and had friendly staff.

    I went to this location last Saturday and they were all so wonderful! The front counter gentleman was so kind and offered me water while I waited. They were very busy which to me is a good sign! The interior was very clean and my nails came out really nice. The lady that did my nails took her time and did a great job!

    My Manicure and Pedicure was done by Phoebe ( I may have spelled her name wrong! Sorry). She was fantastic! I explained to her what I wanted and she did not disappoint. She’s so easy to speak with and very attentive to your needs. She does a great job all around. I would recommend her and I already have another appointment scheduled with her.I would also like to say, this place is very clean and they use a system called Contego. This is one of the most sanitary systems to use and I feel comfortable with getting my nails services here.

    I love love love this place! I recently just moved to the area and was looking for a good nail salon. Thankfully this place is across the street from where I live and the first place I went to. Everyone there is so nice and professional. I’ve been 3 separate times and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The pedicures are superb and so relaxing. They even give you the option of getting your nails and pedicure done at the same time. Which I love because I’m not there for hours. I’ve never spent more than an hour there and the work is perfection. If you want to get a cute design then book an appointment with Mandy. She’s so talented. She’s done 2 Halloween nails on me and both came out perfect. She’s extremely sweet too. I cannot recommend this place enough!

    I had my first experience at polished nails and I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The salon is beautiful. With that being said I felt the experience was rushed.. usually when getting my nails done it is relaxing for me but whomever was doing my nails seemed like she couldn’t get done fast enough. my nails and toes turned out beautiful but I would have liked to have enjoyed the process..

    I have been here twice so far and the salon is very clean and roomy - even the restroom! It appears to be wheelchair accessible. Both techs I had were very friendly and talked with me and did not talk in another language the whole time with other techs - which happens at a lot of salons and is fairly off putting so I really appreciate this personal attention. The work was very professional and pricing is fair. Some people wrote in reviews about extra charges for additional work. I have never been to a nail salon that doesnt do that so Im not sure why it was a surprise. Anyway, everything was very good, there is plenty of parking and free beverages. My one less positive comment is that the massage portion of service feels rushed, with one tech even setting a timer. But I suspect this is more from pressure to handle as many customers as possible not because they didnt care.

    Excellent salon with outstanding customer service and competitive prices! The owners are extremely professional and dedicated to providing an outstanding overall experience to every client! The salon is new, clean and beautiful! My nails and my lashes last up to six weeks without problems. Everyone on the entire staff is friendly, helpful and very pleasant.     I have been to this salon since I moved to this area and I have to say that this is one of the best salons in Tampa. They are always greeting you as soon as you walk in the door, and they make sure you are satisfied with their work. I went in the get one design and switched it last minute and my nail tech helped me select something different. One thing I have a pet peeve about when it comes to getting my nails done is the shape. This salon and Ann and Hannah T are really good at shaping the nails. I rarely ever used to get pedicures because I don’t like my feet being touched, Hannah T was gentle and still successful at making my feel come back to life lol I will be returning back in two weeks for a fill, and I can’t wait 😃🤞🏽

    Omg yes! I moved here from Chicago and have tried to find a nail salon for 9 months and finally. The price about average for Florida but the quality makes it well worth it. Jenny and Kayla take care of their clients. Happy I listened to my colleague!

    So I’m literally sitting here right now getting an Aroma Deluxe pedicure done by Hannah V and it is amazing! She is very attentive and listens to my particular requests as I’m very picky with my pedicures lol. I can’t wait to see how the rest of this pedicure turns out! On top of that, I have a lovely strawberry daiquiri in my hand to go along with this grey experience! This place is so clean and neat and everyone here is so nice! I will definitely be back again!

    Today was my first visit. They had amazing reviews. The girl who did my nails, her name was Mandy, and let me tell you she’s amazing!! I’m that annoying person who is so picky with my nails I always find something wrong. I found nothing they’re were absolutely perfect. The shape was perfect no crooked nails or mismatch lengths I had nothing to critique. And lastly I’m very picky about the gel. I love the gel but not every place you go is going to do it well. I hate ending up with dips or incorrect applications that messes up. Best experience I’ve ever had with a nail tech! From now on I won’t be going anywhere else but to polished to get my nails done by Mandy.Overall, I had an amazing experience❤️🙏

    Super nice nail salon: very clean and the staff is friendly. Have had several different kinds of manicures and pedicures done by most of the staff, and theyve always turned out wonderful. Polish lasts a long time and is well worth the price. My go-to salon in North Tampa. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

    Really enjoy doing my nails with Jenny nice young girl and will listen to what you want and need . She does great work on my nails. They serve mimosas at your own expense massage chairs are awesome . Very nice environment very clean and employees are all very polite and smiling all the time.

    First time having my nails dipped in the powered. The nail tech Hanna was fantastic. She noticed most of my nails where ahead long on there own. Had a few break so needed tips put on than did the powered to help make nails stronger. She asked what I liked and afterwards suggested a Nail art, so she designed a flower. My nails look great and was a much needed pampering for myself and some time with my BFF. I highly recommend this place. The pedi was done nicely as well.

    I would rate Polished ten stars if that was an option. I love this place, everyone is polite, this is a luxury salon that has everything a woman needs. Anh did my nails and they are so pretty and she is wonderful. My last visit, the manager was there and he wowed me. He was very courteous and professional and that made it official for me to be a loyal customer.

    Polished nails is the best nail salon in Tampa. The entire staff is professional, kind and the salon is always amazingly clean. Angel is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I trust no one else with my nails, she makes the experience truly magical and I will never seen anyone else, I cannot rave about her enough! I have never left unhappy and can guarantee I never will after seeing her!

    Ive been there a few times and have loved them everytime! Lindsey is amazing. I got a pair of acrylics from her that are beautiful and have lasted over 3 weeks which is very rare for me. Highly recommend this place that wants a relaxing experience

    I’ve been here twice now. Jenny did our nails. Great place. They have the most powder dip colors I’ve ever seen! It’s clean, very nice. My daughter has acrylics, and they are stiletto length. They did a great job! I’ve been to several shops here in Northdale, this is the BEST!!!

    I had given them a 3 stars, because of some slip ups. However, they were quick to fix them with exceptional service. My expectations of the place are above and beyond other salons. My daughters both agree with how well we get pampered when were here. Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone.

    I really enjoyed the customer service and more important the cleanliness and health precautions they take with all the Covid going on. New tools out of packages used, pedicure tubs were very clean with plastic guardings, everyone wore mask and washed hands. The design of the salon is very elegant and classy. Massage chairs are amazing. The people are very nice! It was also affordable. I went in for an acrylic nail removal as well as the Sea Breeze pedi and a mani with gel.

    I love Polished Nails and Spa. Finally nail expertise is in Carrollwood. Ann is the greatest, but so are Jenny and Theia. The place is immaculately clean. I bring my designs to Ann and she recreates them on my nails. Always beautiful, always perfect. They do eyelash extensions also for a reasonable price. Offering 20% off for new customers. You will love it if you try it. Why not, right?

    Received a flyer in the mail a few months ago an finally had the time to come in. Came in around noon an got a Gel Manicure an spa pedicure which surpassed my expectations.
