    I came in to get a pedicure after a really tough week. I normally don’t treat myself, but it was Friday and this week sucked…. so I came to the closest salon. Thank you google, because this was the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was my nail tech, she was so kind, compassionate and understanding. She absolutely crushed my toes, I feel like a girl again. She also gave me the best set of acrylic nails I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’m so grateful for this experience and I will 100% be back to see Jennifer. If you come to Premier Nail Bar, request Jennifer.

    I had went in about 8 days ago and had a good experience but the nails didnt hold up. They were chipping really bad! Went back in tonight to see if I could get them fixed and they discounted a full set. I am so satisfied. Vee fixed me up and he literally made a replica of the photo I asked for

    Came in on a Friday Morning, was sat immediately with no appt. Came for a gel pedicure. Tobin was my nail tech. He asked me which pedicure I’d like & answered my questions. He didn’t push other services on me, he was polite & man did he do an amazing job. I received the paraffin wax pedicure with gel polish, $80 total & FULLY worth it! I walked out of there with fresh new amazing feeling feet. What a treat! The place is so clean & it was a lovely environment. Plan to be back again even if it’s across town for me!

    Came for a pedi after a long day with the kids and Kimmy made me forget about the rough day I had. I did the paraffin wax treatment and she was so good! I am so happy to leave here feeling nice and relaxed. It’s a plus my toes now look cute too! I will be back and ask for her again!

    Cindy is the BEST! I have been going to her for 5 months now and I always walk out with a smile on my face. Not only is she an amazing nail tech who will satisfy your needs and never fail to make them perfect, but she has an amazing personality that makes your time at the nail salon enjoyable.

    I always enjoy my experience here. It has a relaxing, welcoming, and clean environment. My 10 year old loves our mommy and daughter dates here as well. The nail techs are always professional and respect your time. If you need a quick fill, they will be quick. If you need a quiet Saturday to yourself, they will make sure you are well taken care of. My nails always come out as I want them and last a long time. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself what a great place this is.

    First time having Alan do my nails and he did exactly what I wanted then suggested a chrome finish. Perfection! I don’t know why I ever go anywhere else, I always end up back here.

    Updating from initial 3 star rating.I gave Premier another try after a hiatus, mainly for the convenience of the location.I am beyond happy that I came back. I found the most amazing tech, Tram -- she is so personable, and does amazing work.I highly recommend her to anyone coming in. Her dips are consistently thin and even; she is very friendly and wants you to be happy with your nails.

    I came in here as a walk in after my cousin recommended this place. I recently moved to the area. I loved my previous nail salon, so, I was hoping to find some place similar. This place is very clean, feels luxurious, and has fair pricing. Jane did an exceptional job with my pedicure! I found my new spot!

    This is MY nail salon. I’ve been with them for years since it was a small business to what it is now, a glamorous nail salon that offers everything from nails and pedicures, to waxing and eye lashes! Everyone who works here takes care of you, they really roll out the red carpet. Offers complimentary mimosas, white whine, and bottled water. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. The staff actually remembers reoccurring clients by name and they are very friendly, talk with you etc. thy also do a great job on the quality of the nails and pedicures. I highly recommend this nail salon. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

    Great service. Go here with my daughter every two weeks. Very clean. Nail techs are good with dip, gel, and designs. Great deals and great packages. They also offer waxing and facials that are perfect no matter what technician I get. They offer all nail services at affordable prices.

    NiNi has been doing my nails (acrylic with gel polish) and pedis (just regular) for a while now, shes wonderful, and theyve recently made a lot of updates to what was already a nicely appointed salon. The prices are a bit higher than some other places I tried before making this my regular spot, but I dont mind paying for the quality. Highly recommend!Updated Mar 2023: They got weird about my appointments and raised the price of doing my pride nails, so Ive decided to find a new salon, but I wish them the best.

    This is the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been to. Hands down. I had a nail tech yesterday, I believe her name was Julie for my nails and Jenny for my toes and let me tell you this was the most beautiful french gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. She was clean, precise, and took so much care of my nails when working on them. Jenny did an amazing job on my pedicure as well. Typically I’m terrified of the grater for my feet but she did it in such a gentle way I was totally relaxed. This may sound stupid but she made my two big toenails lengths even and they have NEVER been even my whole life getting pedicures. I will forever be going to this nail salon and I’m so happy I found it!

    I’ve been going to Premier Nail Bar for about two years. The service is Awesome! I adore my nail technician Julie. She is the only technician I have had that is attentive to detail and has not cut me when cutting my toe nails. Unfortunately an experience I have had at other nail salons. My skin grows up with the nail making it easy to cut, if not careful. I also appreciate their cleanliness and amazing customer service ; even before COVID. Definitely worth every penny I spend.

    I have been going to the Premier Nail Bar since the day it opened. Vanessa has been my nail tech for approximately 8 years and I consider her the best! The salon is spotlessly clean and well kept, not to mention beautiful! The atmosphere is very relaxing and you never feel like they are rushing you through. I highly recommend this salon for all your manicure and pedicure needs. Let them pamper you you will not be sorry!

    I’m new to Tampa and was looking for a new nail salon to replace the stellar service I had in Atlanta. Mind you I was going to the same nail salon for almost 11 years.The staff at Premier Nail Bar are amazing. Paul provides my services. He’s very talented and meticulous with his craft. Every nail design I’ve asked for he’s been able to accomplish it.The salon is always kept very clean and I’ve seen the staff be very diligent with sanitizing their bowls for pedicures and the tools are always cleaned. Modern furniture and the latest technology make this an upscale salon.Bonus is you can partake in a beverage of your liking should you chose.I’ve been more than pleased with the services I’ve received here. They are all friendly and are focused on making sure their Clients are more than satisfied.

    I just want to say that EVERY time I’ve gone here ( probably about 7 times) every one has been nice, professional and I LOVE my nails. This place is close to my home and it’s convenient. John, Michelle, Paul, Julie have ALL been wonderful to me and my daughter. I have raved about this place to my friends and family. This place is clean and elegant and my nails always look good. I always get dip and I don’t have complaints.

    I love getting my nails done at Premier Nail Bar! They are very professional and get me in promptly for my appointment. The place is large and immaculate...very easy to socially distance. All techs wear face shields and masks. The quality of service is the best. I am always getting compliments on my nails. I highly recommend Premier Nail Bar!

    This nail salon is the most sanitary one That I have ever visited. All of the sponges are disposable and the tubs are lined with plastic to avoid ant transfer of someone else’s germs.Vanessa is wonderful and my nails are always perfect. She is an exceptional manicurist. I would highly recommend her and this salon.The cost is comparable to my old salon but the service and eye to detail is heads and shoulders above my previous place.

    I’ve been going to this location for about a year now. At my old salon, I would make an appointment and have to wait sometimes 20-30 minutes to get started. I don’t even make appointments here, I just walk in and am helped right away. Recently I went and didn’t like the way my nails ended up looking, but I had to leave for work and couldn’t get them fixed. The next day I went in and explained that I didn’t love what I had paid for, and Vanessa was so kind to re do the entire set at no charge (I still tipped). I’m very happy with this place!!

    I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs and I dont have a negative thing to say. Everything and everyone are professional and talented. The place is clean and very beautiful. Chairs are comfortable and sanitary.They do not ever have a new color or technique that is not up to date.     Visiting my sister from Maine. I’ve lived a lot of places and had my feet done in a LOT of different places and this place ranks #1 in my book for pedicures. Not a fan that shellac is an extra $20 (it’s VERY overpriced compared to everywhere I’ve been. The highest I’ve paid for shellac actually) however, the pedicure itself was absolutely fabulous and worth every penny! 5 stars!!!

    This is the place to go to get your nails done right. The decor is gorgeous, (still under construction) it truly feels like a relaxing spa, it is also extremely clean and has no odors due to their venting system. I will definitely come back, VANESSA did my nails and I could not be happier. She is my go to manicurist, she really is amazing.They will be my spot from now on (I drive out of my way to go here!) and I will tell everyone I know about it. Absolutely perfect. Thank you!

    I have been visiting this spot for 8 years. My favorite nail technician is Linda, I call her Dr. Linda because of the exceptional care she provides in my pedicures.     This is hands down the best nail salon in Tampa. Right when you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and already feel like a 5 star client. Their service is absolutely impeccable. My nails have never looked better! I see John whenever I’m there and he truly takes care of me. He always knows exactly what I want. I live pretty close to this location but even if I didn’t I’d drive the extra miles to come here. If you are looking for a first class nail salon, this is it!

    Beautiful ambiance with pleasant nail techs make for an amazing manicure pedicure. Kathy did a very thorough job with cuticle removal. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for such a beautiful decor and nail techs who don’t rush through a pedicure. I highly recommend this place. Awesomeness!

    So my review is mixed. My first experience I would have given them a 1 star but the customer service of the owner deserved all 5 stars. The first time I came here I got a full Matt set and crystals and my nails looked deformed and trashy. There were bumps and everything and I forgot the nail techs name. The crystals came off within a day and I was so frustrated because I had just paid $50. It seems some reviewers on here have had the same experience. The only difference is that instead of just going somewhere else I called the nail shop again and told them how I felt. I had called them the fowllowing day of getting my nails done. Luckyly the owner Nancy answered and she told me to come right in and she would fix my nails without charge. Let me tell you Nancy does such a beautiful job with nails they look so elegant. This all happened thanksgiving weekend so I do not have a picture of my nails from them and how beautifully she fixed them. I decided to go back in and make an appointment with Nancy only for my Christmas nails. OMG she wowed me again. Thank you Nancy for these beautiful festive nails I LOVE THEM. And thank you for your great customer service. I will keep coming back to this shop. For the people that have had bad experience, my advice is do not go somewhere else if something bad happens give the shop a chance to fix their mistakes if they did something wrong and you speak up they will fix the problem.

Ive lived in Tampa for 6years and I found Nancy about 4yrs ago after looking and trying every nail salon in my area. I have never had a bad experience here.     My boyfriend and I get pedicures biweekly and have yet to find our new place since we moved to FL. The people in Premier are nice and there was a young man riding his Heelies around that was an absolute peach. They lost a start for me because it was more expensive than any of the other places weve been to in the area for pretty much the same experience.

    I work in the same plaza as this salon and a co-worker recommended this salon and the nail technician Nene. I arrived early for my mani/pedi appointment and the receptionist, Vivian, was polite and courteous when checking me in. Nene did such an amazing job that I will be most definitely be back with her as my regular nail tech. The entire experience, from the greeting to the Have a great day was fantastic. I wanted to feel pampered and relaxed and thats exactly what I got!

    Premier Nail Bar has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with excellent music and closed caption televisions to enjoy while sitting in a massage chair that works perfectly in eliminating one’s tension knots. I have been coming here since it opened and I absolutely love my nail tech, Vanessa. This salon is organized, well appointed with beautiful decor and after your mani/pedi, you will feel pampered and ready for the world! Don’t forget to indulge and have a glass of wine or a mimosa!

    I have been here a few times and they are always able to seat me fairly quickly as a walk-in. They have been able to work miracles with my nails. I am very hard on them and have come in with snapped and broken nails and they have been able to do a wonderful job fixing them! I always come here now!

    The man who did the work for me was very kind. Better than I thought. A very good job. I recommend it and I would go again. The only detail is in the price, although it was a very good service I would reconsider the cost.
