I just tried South Tampa Nails for the first time and I’m so happy with my experience. It wasn’t crowded and got service right away. Cindy did my pedicure. She was so sweet and caring. I had another lady do my manicure, she also did a good job. Cindy sat with me and talked during my manicure, which I found very nice. I will definitely back. Went here for the first time today and so glad I did! One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Deluxe pedicure with hot stones, and an amazing massage from Kim. Great attention to detail and did not skimp on the massage, was longer than others I’ve had at other places. Also was able to get a manicure from Von at the same time and didn’t feel rushed at all. She did a fantastic job while I was getting my pedicure. I brought my own OPI polish for my toes and they even had the matching gel for my nails. Large selection of quality colors. I’ll definitely be back!

First time visiting this Nail shop and I Love it! Was greeted at the door and choosing a color within the first 5 minutes. Sat down to start a gel mani/pedi and was out in less than 2 hours for $85. Tony was amazing! His expertise was noticeable and I felt so taken care of. It takes a pro to make you feel comfortable while your getting a pedicure, Trust me! Also loved the vibe between the employees here, happy and chatty with the guests and each other. Great vibes all around. I think this is going to be my new spot!

My nails look great. I had the best experience getting a gel Mani + Pedi. They were quick, but didnt make me feel rushed. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and kind. Warm lotion is a nice bonus.

Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend! Visiting for the weekend and my daughter and I needed mani/pedis for an upcoming wedding. The pedicures were outstanding and I finally got a professional French umbre gel manicure that came out beautiful while my daughter got a Gel X manicure that looks great! The place was clean and highly efficient and the nail techs were all so nice and pleasant

I took my daughter to South Tampa Nail for the first time to get a full set of Acrylics and her eyebrows waxed in preparation for the first day of highschool . We walked in about 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time and only waited about 5 minutes in which she spent choosing her nail polish from a vast variety of cool OPI polish. The staff was super friendly and was very articulate when answering our questions regarding different acrylic nail design and sculpture methods. They are definitely knowledgeable when discussing the current trends (Specifically pertaining to Ombre Sculptured Acrylics Vs. the normal Tips with an acrylic overlay). The tech did a phenomenal job on both services; she was very fast without compromising quality. Their prices were very reasonable. My daughter was delightfully happy and walked out with a big smile on her face therefore we will definitely return!

I don’t get my nails done often but when I do, this is my go-to salon in Tampa. The prices are reasonable and they do a really great job, especially the manager. I wanted a really specific design for a vacation I was going on and he did it perfectly! The nails were exactly what I wanted. They are also really busy but for good reason, so be sure to make an appointment

They will squeeze you in, theyre closed on Mondays but friendly staff. My dip wore off after a week so thats why I had to drop a star but I would give them another chance.

I will definitely be back to do my nails here next time.I simply came to fix a stubbed acrylic nail that hurt me and they took it off without charging me. Also, I did my eyebrows here and while the wax burnt me and left a bit of a scar the lady was super apologetic and refunded me the whole amount. Mistakes happen and they owned up to it. I am booking my next appointment for here this week!

Pedicure was excellent, no complaints there! However, the manicure felt rushed. She didnt wait long enough in between paint coats so it never dried properly. Had bumps and smears on my hands being dried by a fan. She had to redo my manicure and it still came out the same. Drove home and my fingers still werent dry. Maybe it was the nail polish? Idk.

Wow! I was impressed. I got a regular manicure, and overall it was great experience. The nail technician was patient with me choosing my color. She warmed up the lotion for the hand massage. I definitely recommend this nail salon. 😎😁

I visit Tina every other week and am always happy with her hard work! The shop is always clean and has a happy energy, current music and you can even pay $10 for a 10 minute massage with an appointment! Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been too in years!!

One of the friendliest salons I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment an hour before close, and the salon was packed. I had to wait a few minutes but it was well worth it! My nails came out beautiful and the girls were so nice and welcoming. There was great attention to detail.

Im 39.2 weeks pregnant and just had my nails done yesterday to be ready for pictures however, one is tearing below the bed and the place I had gone could not fix today. They recommended South Tampa Nails. I called and they had room for me. Not only did he fix my nail better than it was before but, the french manicure he did on it is better than my other nails! I asked him his prices and they are also cheaper. I came with my toddler and they made him feel right at home. But, the best part is that the gentleman did not even charge me! Because of this exceptional service, South Tampa has won over a customer for life in me and I will be posting the best reviews of them where ever I can! Thank you, South Tampa Nails!

I visited this nail salon inspired by the comments of previous reviewers. I was previously going to Heavenly Nails for over a year and gradually became frustrated with their services and environment. Coming to this salon was such a refreshing change that I regret not coming earlier. My gel manicure by Kim is flawless-- - smooth, uniformly thin application with a natural appearance. If you are obsessive about details then you will be happy with the services here. Kim did a wonderful job, and I appreciate the time taken to ensure perfection. She also displayed genuine patience when I took extra time to decide on a color (which usually causes an eye roll at other salons). I had a relaxing, enjoyable experience & felt that the team was courteous and professional. I will 100% be returning !

AMAZING!! best place to go in Tampa and I have been to 8 other salons. the ladies pay great attention to detail and dont let you leave with any mistakes. I noticed with many other salons that the technician will ignore any obvious mistakes unless you bring it to their attention but not here! my nails were exactly the way I wanted. Im so happy I finally have a good place to get my nails done

This is the best nail salon in Tampa! They go out of there way to be clean. They use plastic in all the pedicure tubs. Each client gets their own new files and tools. They always offer a bottle of water and all the girls are so nice. This is the only place I will get my nails done! Thank you for thinking clean!

So today is my little cousins bday and she’s visiting me in FL (my baby really, she turned 20). We called ahead to see if they did chrome/holo nails, which they do! My cousin can be indecisive and couldn’t decide which her nail color to get. The entire staff was extremely helpful in finding the EXACT look she was going for. She tells me her nail tech was the most patient she’s ever had and that most people tell her they can’t get her nails “thin or slim” because her nail beds are bigger. Her nail tech did the BEST JOB we’ve ever seen on getting her nails thin and pretty! She’s in LOVE with them! They were perfect and exactly what she wanted. They offered her bottled water, and even wished her happy birthday as we left. Now I’m going to go to this salon to get my nails done from now on! The entire staff was AWESOME and they are priced fairly. They have a MILLION color options also! Thank you for helping make this day even more special!

This is my go to nail place! The people are always very sweet and helpful. I get shellac on my nails and Ive never had any issues with the polish. There was one time when my polish only lasted 4 days and when I went back they did not hesitate to accommodate me and fix my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon.

My shellac is perfect. They dont use UV lamps to cure the gel, they use LED lights. Couldnt be happier with my gel manicure results.Review update:Upon going here several times, I’m always satisfied with a perfect shellac that stays on for at least 2 weeks. I was disappointed at the way one girl removed the shellac, she left the remover on for only a few minutes then used a metal tool the scrape them off. My natural nail went with it! When my friend got hers removed, they left the nail polish remover on the whole time she got her pedicure and the shellac came right off with a gentle rub of the cotton. No removal of natural nail. It totally depends on who does your nails here. The girl who did mine was very young, the girl who did my friends was an older lady. I will be back, but I’m requesting her.

Absolutely love this place! Ive been going to South Tampa Nails since I was in college at UT because it was the most affordable at the time. I moved about 30 minutes away and tried going someplace closer to me but after that experience I wont ever hesitate to make the drive. Best quality and prices! Definitely will not give it up!
