    Love, Love, love my new pixie cut! The highlights are gorgeous. This was a very drastic change for me. Nery took the time to make sure I was comfortable with each step in the process.     Beautiful salon, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic staff. It was my first time at this salon and I booked my appointment with Brittney. She was wonderful, very communicative and knowledgeable. We talked at length about my hair goals and she made sure we were on the same page before starting anything. I’m super happy with the results and would recommend this salon to everyone. will definitely be back again.

    Tressa is that GIRL. She is more than just a hair dresser, she is also an amazing woman who values her customers as friends. She remembers the many stories we share and always greets me with a smile and a hug. I am a swim instructor and a natural blonde, these two things aren’t a great combo. Not a problem for Tressa, though. She saved my hair from the chlorine and it has never looked better. If you need a new hairdresser, make sure to ask for the GOAT, Tressa!

    I have coarse hair that’s not easy to work with. Chris is an excellent stylist, very pleasant to chat with, and he offers really helpful tips on upkeep. I’m pleased with the results every visit. He also does my wife’s hair and just gave her a super cute pixie, shaped perfectly for her features. Couldn’t be happier. The salon is also close to home and very convenient.

    Alayyah did an incredible job with my color, highlights, trim, style and keratin treatment. I absolutely love how it came out.     Today my daughter and I went in for the first time for haircuts and I got highlights. From the beginning Jennifer was so welcoming and patient with us.     Absolutely love Olivia. I went to her because i wanted someone who is knowledgeable about curls and she blew me away. She’s so informative and kind. I left in awe of how my hair looked, she really helped me bring out my natural curl and gave me the perfect cut! Such a pleasure getting to chat with her and learn ways to style my hair with out heat. The salon was impeccable. I was so impressed with how welcoming everyone was and how clean and beautiful the salon is! Prices are completely fair, they offer first and even second visit discounts which was an awesome surprise.

    I went in for a trim after not having anything done to my hair professionally for almost 2 years. The salon was clean and organized and I felt welcomed by reception.     I had a great experience here. Ive been twice, once before Covid for a Pedicure and it was AMAZING. My mother-in-law and I had a quite room to ourselves that overlooked this beautiful lake. We even were served some delicious blueberry tea. It was very relaxing and the pedicure was very very good. Massage chair and everything.The second time I went was for a Facial, Haircut, and Color. The Facial I had with Veronica was the most luxurious experience Ive had. She examined my face and did a custom care for me. For days after I was in aw of the difference it made. She even gave me great tips after to maintain it. Theyve worked well so far. The atmosphere in that room was very relaxing and informative. Shes very knowledgeable.The Cut and Color I had was great! Ive never had my hair colored before, so I cant make any comparison, but the process was easy and Amy was excellent and took great care of me the time I was there (I had a balayage done on my dark hair with caramel colors).Their Covid precautions were very good. Wiling down, temperature checks, empty lobby, masks on for everyone the whole time (except me during a facial, obviously). Very pleased with the efforts they made.

    New review on Spa services:My daughter and I had pedicures with Blaise. It was very relaxing and very enjoyable experience. Not only that, but our toenails are beautiful :) I think we found our go-to place for pedicure, maybe we will try other spa services as well.Older review for hair services, although I ve been back several times :) Nicki is amazingNicki did amazing job with my hair and transformed it from horrible to great looking just in time for Thanksgiving.     Tamara is a miracle worker! After having to dye my gray hair due to COVID hair loss, I had recovered my hair well enough to try going back to gray. Tamara recommended highlights to blend my hair and get rid of my skunk line. Since my dye was a reddish brown I was expecting to end up Blorange but instead I have a beautiful silvery brown that is perfect! Thanks Tamara!

    Cassie is truly a gem. She’s such a fun person and an amazing stylist!!! It’s so nice to have a stylist that totally understands curly hair. My most recent visit with her was after a long while of going without a trim, and my curls were lifeless, flat, and dull. But she completely revitalized my hair!     I had a full highlight and cut with Nery yesterday. She is fantastic! Usually after bleaching, the back of my hair is fried. She took the time to check the first foils and rinse them so my hair would not overprocess. She is also a stylist that vibes while she works, more than talks, which I appreciated. While doing my foils she was incredibly gentle. So the combination of a comfy chair, the warm cape and someone doing my hair was enough to relax me into dozing off a few times. Thankfully she brought me a coffee halfway through (which was excellent) so I was able to perk up a bit.I have not been this pleased after an appointment in a very long time.

    My hair stylist is Patty. Patty knows what she’s doing. She’s open-minded, willing to listen to her customers, and encourage me to speak up my mind while she’s cutting my hair. She’s a communicator, wants to make sure my idea and her idea matched, and not afraid to fix it either. She knows how to make my hair look stylish and soft, only experienced person can do that.     This was the first time I went to Mystic Hair for micro blading. I went to Raquel, who is the best of the best.!!! I could not be any happier with the way she did my eyebrows micro blading. As well as asking what products I’m using then making recommendations based on the long term goals I have for growth, length retention etc.I always say energy is everything and she is simply wonderful.     Britney has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and when I say she is the best, I mean she’s the best. I had virgin hair when I went to her and never once have I let someone else touch my hair since her. My hair has never once been left feeling damaged, dry, fried, or anything. Her and I over the years are grown a relationship personally and it’s just the sweetest getting to sit down and catch up every 6-8 weeks with someone that feels like a friend and not just a hair dresser!

    Tamara is the best! I came in today not knowing exactly what I wanted. She made suggestions and it turned out perfect as always! She’s the only one I trust to cut my hair! A few years ago I went for a short bob and the way she cut it lent to no awkward grow out phase. The salon is always clean. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The assistants give those fantastic head massages while washing your hair, which everyone knows is one of the best things in life. I haven’t used any of their other services so I can’t comment on those. But you can’t go wrong with choosing Mystic, especially Tamara, for your hair styling needs!

    I had visited another stylist at Mystic prior to seeing Jennifer and I had a horrible experience. My color and cut were an embarrassing mess. Rather than walk away from the salon entirely, I opted to give it another try with a more experienced colorist. Thats where Jennifer cames into the story.It was a completely different experience. Great conversation and a true desire to make me happy were obvious from the start. I can tell you that the woman is a miracle worker! She even spent over 2 extra hours (past the time I had booked) with me to get my hair right. What stylist does that?I left feeling wonderful, with gorgeous color and a great cut.     Wow, I feel so lucky to have found this hair salon. If youre looking for a new salon, definitely give this place a try! I found them on Instagram, and was led to a stylist named Jade. She made the entire experience amazing. I am really picky when it comes to my hair stylist and the salon that I choose to be a regular at, but I knew from the moment I met her, I knew that she would be my new stylist. The salon is not only SO beautiful (and aesthetically pleasing), but the employees there are all very kind. One of the hair stylists that wasnt even supposed to be my stylist offered me coffee (and it was amazing). I was left amazed at how well she did my hair, and how great this salon was.     I went in a couple of weeks ago, Patty did my colour and I have never had colouring go the way I want it to before, I’m completely blown away. Her assistant, Kristen, gave me the best wash I’ve ever had, very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Both ladies listened to my needs and wants and fully satisfied my every need and want for my hair.

    Today’s service with Jennifer was above and beyond. I hate going to the Salon, it doesn’t bring me joy and it’s not a time to relax, typically it’s anxiety city. All the loud blow dryers, the many hours in the chair paired with all the women chattering, it’s just not ideal for me personally. Jennifer’s customer service far exceeded any Ive ever received at a salon. She checked in with me multiple times, was very conscious of the amount of time we were taking, she even let me sit outside and work on my computer while I was “processing”. Not only is my hair absolutely gorgeous, I can truly say that I didn’t hate being there today. And that’s an anomaly for me. Thanks Jennifer and team! I won’t wait a year to come back this time :)

    I moved to the Tampa area about three months ago. I won’t share the long drawn out brutal story but I hadn’t been to a salon in nearly 600 days. 595 days to be exact, but who’s counting. Haha After all this time and not even the slightest touch up, my hair was in serious need of some attention. Since I moved I had been in search of a new salon/stylist. After a number of conversations with various people, I spoke with my boss and she referred me to Mystic Hair and more specifically Jen Viscarra. She gave Jen a shining review, so I thought I’d take a chance. Having been MIA from the haircare scene for far too long, I was nervous to let anyone, anywhere put shears to my beautiful mop. I mean it was a three year excruciating journey to grow my hair out, the last thing I wanted was someone new hacking it up. But alas, I trusted my boss and decided to go, and it was the best decision EVER! From the start Jen was warm and welcoming. After learning how long it had been, she made a point to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. She talked me through the entire process so I understood what she was going to accomplish by the time we were done. Then when we were finished, it looked amazing by the way, she proceeded to help me choose the perfect products for my hair. Not only for what was best in general but also what was best for the way I normally wear my hair. She gave me valuable tips to ensure I was caring for my hair the way she’d care for her very own. Jen was amazing and I cannot wait to come back to see her again. Maybe this time it won’t be 600 days… ;) THANK YOU JEN!!!

    I always hear horror stories of when people get haircuts and I’ve experienced some myself but I’ve been going to this salon for about six years now and I have never been disappointed! It’s very chic, the employees are very professional, kind and understanding! My hair stylist has always been Jennifer and she always knows what to do with my hair if I ever come in confused. Pricing is reasonable with the quality of work! Ive recommended this salon to all my friends and family and they all love the place :)

    I have been getting blonde highlights for the longest time and I came in as a new client having an idea in my head what I wanted which was more of a natural look. Jennifer did such a perfect job getting the color that I had wanted and It was such a welcoming and great environment to be in. Could not ask for a better person!
