    Wow so quite a wonderful experience! I came in not knowing what to expect. I was welcomed so warmly ((: that was a great start. I have one other technician than the lovely Jayla who adopted me today >< and I haven’t seen her for over 3 months. Jayla was able to treat me super kind, shared with me her experience with providing the services of waxingsugaring and honestly super professional I’m very proud of her her clean work on me!!

    Jayla is super!!! Ias apprehensive about waxing again after a bed experience elsewhere, and she made the whole experience fun and easy. We never stopped laughing and chatting the whole day time and she explained what she was doing before she did it. I ended up booking again with her and starting a membership!

    I love hello sugar my wax lady was amazing and she makes you feel super comfortable in a sorta uncomfortable situation! 10/10 recommend the process took less then 20 mins and the pain was def tolerable (take it from someone whos wanted to get a full brazilian wax for years but was to scared ) ! do it !! def worth it.

    My appointment was with Jada, she was very professional while personable at the same time. The appointment did not take long at all and the process was very gentle. I also haven’t had a wax in about 2/3 years so I was afraid the process would be painful but Jada kept me comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I’m happy to find a wax location that isn’t too far with affordable pricing and I will definitely be back next month!

    Brianna was really sweet. She did a great job, and always very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I started with sugaring but it was too painful for me so she allowed me switch to wax.Very clean studio and she made me feel comfortable. When you arrive you have to checkin and then wait, they’ll buzz you in and come get you.Would recommend!

    I visited Hello Sugar in Carrollwood for the first time yesterday evening for a Brazilian wax and I’m so happy it turned out to be a great experience. My esthetician was Brianna and she was awesome. She greeted me promptly, and was immediately very friendly and welcoming. Waxing appointments aren’t the most exciting, it’s something you just want to get done and keep it moving, you know what I mean? And Brianna did just that - the appointment only took about 20 minutes, it was very quick and painless and the customer service for appointments like this is EVERYTHING. The room and table were very clean and sanitary and Brianna seemed experienced and I never felt uncomfortable or unsure during the service. 10/10 recommend visiting Hello Sugar in Carrollwood for your waxing/sugaring needs - thank you for a wonderful first experience at this location!

    AMAZINGGGG. I went in wanting one thing, but really only because I was misinformed. My esthetician asked me plenty of questions to determine what I was looking to get out of the wax and suggested a different treatment that was more in line with what I wanted. I was so appreciative for her being so attentive instead of just blindly doing what I asked for without making sure it was the right thing for me. That, and the fact that we were dying laughing almost the entire time, made an otherwise awkward experience totally natural and carefree 🥹 Im 99% sure her name was Brianna (so sorry if I got that wrong, I was rushing lol) and shes an 11/10 and I will recommend her everyday of the week and twice on Sunday !!!
