This place is AMAZING! I was visiting tampa for few weeks and i decided to get a wax while here. The staff here are so friendly. I called because i was running late and Shirley was sooo sweet and understanding. This was my first time ever getting a wax and i decided to go with sugaring because i heard it would be less painful. Simone made sure my first experience was a memorable one! It was painful but she was very patient and understanding with me as it was my first time ever. I had a great experience here. I was preparing for a resort vacation in Mexico, and it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax (because I wanted to be waxed, vaxed, and READY!). I originally scheduled sugaring, however my professional suggested I use regular wax because of the current length of my hair growth to minimize pain and I went with her advice. She did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and making the process as painless as possible; quick, over fast, and tolerable. I LOVE my results. I first went to the Relax & Wax location in Clearwater back in October. I had previously had a Brazilian using hard wax (not at this company) and it wasn’t the best experience.
