I am so apprecitive for my nail tech. She discovered that my overlay has been on too long and it was time to get the air pockets from underneath it. She took the time to do so and I appreciated because it could’ve been a bad situation down the road and for that I’m grateful and I will return to this nail salon because they actually care about your nails instead of just trying to make quick money, she could’ve just been done but she told me what was best for my nails Thank you

Alisa did a wonderful job with my in grown toe nails! She did amazing under the guidance of Aurora! What a wonderful place. It is ALWAYS clean. Mike and Aurora make sure that everyone feels welcome in a clean environment. I highly recommend this nail salon. I drive 2 hours to get a mani and pedi. It is worth it!

Hey everyone!Thanks for taking the time to read my review!I will start by saying I have been coming to Mike (the owner) for the last 4 years! I followed him to whatever salon hes worked at before he opened up his own business! Which is a huge accomplishment and much deserved! Hes always done a fantastic job on my nails! Whenever I get my nails done I always get compliments and asked where they get them done! He has done my prom nails, graduation nails, and wedding nails and everything in between and after. He takes his time and works to achieve the goal of suceeding expectations on customer service! I have also come to 1st Sky nails and got a pedicure. I would recommend the mint or citrus pedicure! They both leave you feeling refreshed and wonderful! I have never had any complaints here. have not worked with Aurora but I have had friends go to her and say she went above and beyond their expectations. All of the staff here is fantastic Ive had a couple of the other girls there do my pedicures and they did a beautiful job! You can tell they all work to make the experience a great one. Always felt welcomed and appreciated for my business! I now live in Saint Petersburg and I still drive 45-50 mins to get my nails done! If you have any doubt about coming here, I hope I sway you to give it a shot. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else!

Today was a divine appointment. I came as a walk in and Mike my nail specialist went above and beyond to make sure I received the most memorable and amazing customer experience ever!!! He was very communicative, patient, welcoming, had a fun sense of humor and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my nails every step of the way. Im so thankful I decided to stop by. Definitely will be back to see Mike again. I highly recommend this nail spa. The entire team is awesome by the way!

I LOVE this place!!!! I decided to get my nails done for my birthday and was so excited to have beauty and the beast nails for my theme party! I went to another salon, and the other salon said they couldn’t do the rose design I wanted or the little sun tangled rapunzel design on my cousin. They really couldn’t do any designs they said, and they tried to convince us to get stickers that looked nothing like what we wanted! I quickly looked up nearby salons while I waited for them to finish my cousin’s nails and I messaged a bunch to see if any of them could do the design. This salon - 1st sky nails and spa -immediately responded back and said yes they could! They said I could come on down now! As soon as my cousin got done, we went to them. When we entered they greeted me by name which was so kind and professional! They, also, already had the nail polish colors they would need from my picture out before I got there, and she had already practiced the design I wanted on a fake nail to see how it would look! I love how they were so on it, quick, and prepared before I even got there! She did amazing! She is so talented and put such amazing detail into the design! She showed me her Christmas nail designs she did, and they were amazing, too! I would trust her to be able to do any design! It truly was exactly what I was wanting! They even did the tangled rapunzel sun on my cousin’s nails! They, also, stayed past their closing time to finish my nails and didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable! They were so friendly the entire time and made my two little cousins feel very special. They even made me feel very special on my birthday and were celebrating with me and even sung me happy birthday! They made us feel as though we had been friends for years! The price was great and very reasonable!!! I most definitely will be back anytime I want nice nails! I appreciate how they were willing to try and take us in instead of turning us away or saying no.To sum it up, they are talented and great at doing fancy designs, they were quick and accommodating, they have good prices , they were very friendly, and overall they were very professional and had their stuff together from quick Facebook messenger responses, having the supplies ready to go before I walked in, the service they gave, and cheerfully staying late to finish up!I HIGHLY recommend ! They definitely got my business from now on! They made a huge impact on my birthday, and my nails look AMAZING!!!!

Annie is the Gem of this business. I love that she understands English very well, she understands what you want and gives you exactly that. The is friendly, pleasand and efficient. I am sure the other techs are great , but Annie gives me the services I need and so all my friends I send there and have them book with her. I also appreciate the high standay of cleanliness that the owners maintain , the sinks , foot spa, evwrythibg is nice and clean. That is a big plus for me. Check them out. Prices are reasonable too.

I love this place! I have been going here for a few years. My go to person is Mike! I always love how he does my nails. He comes up with the best designs. His wife works there as well and she is so sweet. They are also able to get you in last minute if need be. If you need manicure, pedicure, fill, waxing or whatever this is the place to go.

There was no waiting, she took me right away.The owners, Mike and Aurora, provide an excellent service and customer friendly business. 1st Sky Nails provide a multiple of services at reasonable prices. I have been to 4 salons & 6 technicians since moving to Tampa & I’ve finally found my salon!

I don’t think there’s one bad thing I can say about this place! Today was my first time paying them a visit and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out. Mike was amazing and very attentive to what I was looking for as far as my nails. I asked and he delivered exactly what I wanted!!! I am so thankful to have found Aurora at 1st Sky Nails!! I have had a painful ingrown toenail for the last few months and pedicures at other nail salons made it worse. I was hesitant to go for another pedicure but I read such good reviews about 1st Sky that I felt it was worth trying. I am SO glad I did! Aurora knew just what to do to safely remove the ingrown toenail that had been causing me so much pain! I feel such a relief, knowing that I have found someone with the expertise of how to treat my nails! Aurora and her husband are both genuinely good hearted people and I’m so glad I found them. ❤️

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon since I just moved to the area five months ago. I’ve been driving to Orlando (that’s right!!!) to get my nails done because that’s how extreme I am when it comes to quality and satisfaction. Ive tried multiple places around my area but they all failed! I googled and found Skye Nails had great ratings and decided to put Mike to the test... after all, they say that “Trouble Mike” is the real deal! Last Friday I called for an appointment and spoke with Mike. He told me to come right in (30mins) and he’ll take care of me. He actually waited for me to get there and did not take any customers prior to me arriving!! So, I did not have to wait at all.Mike took his time, he asked questions, delivered EXACTLY what I imagined my nails should look like. I have gone to countless places and I’ve asked for thin, natural-looking nails and they failed to deliver time and time again.The PLUS is that Mike and his wife gets to know their customers... they actually build relationships with them. I got to witness that as regular customers arrived and left the salon. Love that! 💕

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to in my life and I have been to many in both Florida and New York. The owner, as well as the staff, go out of their way to make you feel right at home. If you have the least little problem it will be taken care of immediately. I have been having the owner do my nails for the last 7 years following him from 2 salons he worked at to the one he owns now. This is the best salon in the Tampa Bay area so everyone should give it a try. You wont be disappointed. Youre treated like royalty here!

My friend recommended this place to me. Im VERY particular about my nails and the work done. I was going to pure nail bar but they were expensive for what they give. I got a pedicure and it was absolutely amazing!!! I paid $35 and the value of what I got for that price was incredible. I got the cucumber melon pedicure and it included a paraffin dip which I love! Its so hard to find a nail salon that even does paraffin seems like nobody has it anymore. She put fresh cucumbers on my legs and wrapped them in hot towels. The whole experience was so relaxing. Found my new nail salon :)

I just want say I have read some of these one star reviews and quite frankly I think those customers are miserable people, and misery likes company. But let me digress, Mike has been a constant presence in my life as my manicurist for over ten years and when he opened his own solan, it was the best day of my life. He and his staff are all professionals and thats because management makes sure it is. The facility is clean, I never had an infection and I have always got my moneys worth. For those who were complaining about paying first, if you were uncomfortable with that arrangement, you should have spoke about it then and there.Keep up the good work 1st Sky Nails & Spa!

Ok ladies and even gentlemen : )STOP LOOKING and come HERE! Seriously the most efficient, timely, very well manicured set of nails! Michael is very friendly, funny and makes you feel relaxed. I had an acrylic fill with the gel polish in 35 minutes and hands down the best looking set of nails Ive had in awhile!

I have never seen a 5 star rating before (well 4.9... but as you can see that .10 negative rating, probably is from someone having a really bad day).P.S. the 1🌟review is available to view, and as you guessed it, the (1 & only) customer seems to be out of line.I was the last customer to leave, and even though my persons ride showed up to get her, (it was after closing,) she didnt rush. She didnt cut corners, and cheat me out of my hard earned money, by paying for services I wanted but didnt receive.She did her job! Im not one to give a generous tip, unless I know its deserved. Lets just say, I personally handed her a 33% tip!Ill be returning soon, to enjoy more services offered by this business

Words can not describe the service provided by Mike. Mike has been my nail tech for the past 3 years. I am so particular w my nails and who is the master that is beautifying my nails. I was here about 2 or 3 weeks ago. it was my first time getting my nails done at sky nails. im known to be a very picky person, and the place i use to go to didnt do so well on my nails. when i went there, the wonderful owner guaranteed me that he can make my nails exactly how i wanted. he was amazing and interesting to talk to. not only that, he listened to me and gave me exactly what i wanted. by the end of my visit, i was completely satisfied. i will never go to a different nail salon again. this is the only place i will be getting my nails done at from now on.
