    OMG, where do I start? The girls at the front greet you with a smile. I had Dorothy and she was AMAZING!! She made me feel comfortable and her massage technique was unmatched. Definitely will be returning.

    Had a chance to give this location a try. However, I had to figure out how to get everything setup from my wife’s & my account plus 2 guest.Mia was by far excellent with her professionalism and customer service. She went above n beyond to ensure we’d be taken care of and pretty much last minute. You couldn’t tell from talking to her that I was a short notice reservation.Post pandemic feels like services are lacked however not when it came to Massage Luxe thanks!

    Went in today for a massage with Sarah, it was last minute, and I’m so grateful they were able to accommodate. Sarah is a wonderful massage therapist! I have had many massages in the past and can confidently say, this was one of the best ones!I also really enjoyed her positive outlook as she hoped I would “carry the feeling of my massage throughout my week”.Decided to do hot stones and warming lotion today as well and really enjoyed that!

    Had a great massage with Beth this morning! She paid attention to my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure. Very relaxing. And the girls at the front made a good pitch for the membership, but didn’t push when I declined.

    Being able to use a Groupon was a great deal. It was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. My massage therapist Marie was personable and relatable- I loved her. I usually dont talk during massages but she kept me engaged and was so real and sweet. Ive already booked my next appointment because of her and I plan on requesting her.Edit* I will advise beware of signing up for their membership. They make the process of cancelling it super difficult and inconvenient.

    Alexis is the best! I am a former professional ballet dancer and have chronic pain, so good massages for me are crucial to be able to work after ballet. She is seriously one of the best massage therapists I have ever met in over 30 years of career. She leaves me feeling new again. I almost cancelled my membership when she left for a little bit. I hope she never leaves again! Thanks Alexis for helping me!

    I bought a massage for my husband and he saw Sara today (a new massage therapist there) and he LOVED it! He said 10 out of 10! It was a deep tissue and he said it was as fabulous as any 5 star hotel services weve used in the past.

    Purchased as a Groupon a few months ago .Then decided to do the monthly payment contract . They said to cancel it , I just have to come in person to sign the paperwork.The massages have always been amazing to me !Genevieve has been the best!! Get her .She always asks if more or less pressure is needed , majority of the time she is already spot on.Don’t see why there are so many negative reviews from all these Karen’s below .

    Place is clean and people are friendly. Had one not so great therapist, but the others have been amazing! Ive always been able to schedule same day appointments and they give you a 2 hour grace period to cancel without fees.No large problems yet.

    Alex the receptionist was very helpful in explaining and helping me and my wife figure out the best way to start a membership and getting me and my wife in at the same time. Beth was a great masseuse! I felt relaxed during my Swedish massage. Very professional and friendly!

    I had my first visit yesterday and got a Swedish massage from Stephanie. I had a really hard weekend and needed a break. Spur of the moment decision. I found an online coupon and called to book and they had 1 spot still open. I was happy I was able to be seen within less than 2 hours of calling! Stephanie was friendly and professional as was everyone else I encountered there. The massage was very good. Not the best I have ever had but good enough to soothe my nerves completely and my sore muscles about 75%. The free 15 minute hydro massage afterwards was a nice surprise and took care of another 10%. I was offered a 2 month trial package for one hour a month plus unlimited daily hydro massage for an additional $70. So for $100, I got the massage I came in for, another hour massage for later this month, another hour massage for next month and as many hydro massages as I want. It is only 2 miles from home and on my way home from work, so I plan to make the most of it. I stopped in today for my 15 minute hydro massage after work and it was a great little refresher before heading home to family and chores. I think that the prices are really reasonable and worth it for what you get. Everything was clean, comfortable and the lighting and music were soft and relaxing. My only complaint is that I mentioned on my intake form that I am sensitive to perfumes, dyes and floral scents and I smelled a soft scent in the pillowcase on the headrest you put your face in. Probably spritzed with some essential oil aromatherapy. It wasnt a huge issue and I didnt even mention it, but my nose did get a little stuffy and my forehead itched a little afterwards. Next time I will specifically ask about it before we start and Im sure it can be fixed.

    My therapist was very professional and understanding. A little pricey but groupon is always a choice! Didnt get pushy about membership, which was a pleasant surprise, but does not take you aside to discuss it . The entire waiting area gets to hear your answer, which I didnt appreciate. Cant talk about the hydroluxe because the machine was down day of my visit.

    This place is clean and has a welcoming and friendly staff very relaxing experience! Beth did a fantastic job focusing on my problem areas I got the trigger point massage and felt a highly satisfactory amount of relief from my pains. The free hydro bed massage was also a very nice free perk of arriving early and helped to relax and get my blood circulating before the massage. Would highly recommend this place they have a membership that 110% seems worth it! If I lived in Florida I would without a doubt become a member! Thank you for the relaxation and relief! Great Job!!!

    I get 2 massages a month for the membership price of $88. Staff is friendly and my therapist Matt is amazing. I can also use my membership for facials. I like the hydromassage prior to my massage, I feel like it loosens my muscles and makes for a better massage. Ive never encountered any problems here.

    Not bad. Actually, better than I thought. The Hydromassage bed, that is available Free-of-charge at anytime of the day 9am to 9pm the salon is opened, when you purchase a no-contract 1 month membership (the only requirement is to get 2 months when you sign up -- and you must leave a credit card on file, and if do not want to continue at the end of 2nd month, just request cancelation, so your card wont be charge for another month). My first visit was a very relaxing and well-performed facial session with Ray, a yound lady with golden-hands :)) I was very pleased, so I decided to get 2 months and have already scheduled my next appointment. Atmosphere inside the facility at Westchase is VERY nice, nice interior design, minimal, but warm. The staff has made me feel cared for and they had a genuine desire for me to have a 1 hour vacation while there. If I will have a different (less) experience in the future, I will come back with comments.

    It was great ! We was there about a week ago and me and my wife loved it. Everything was explained to us upfront so no hidden fees. Message was about 45-50 min but the lady did an amazing job . and to rap it all up we signed up for the 2 month promotion.

    Absolutely LOVE this location and Veronica is the MOST AMAZING PERSON HERE!!!I have many issues from multiple head and neck surgeries and she is a GODSEND! She is the sweetest and more technically proficient and knowledgeable masseuse I have ever seen. She is simply OUTSTANDING!Go see her! Ask for her! She is AMAZING!!!

    Today was my 3rd massage here. My 1st massage was given as a gift and then I purchased the membership . My 2nd massage was with Beth and I definitely would not recommend her . I left In so much pain and have been in pain for the past 2 weeks since. Thankfully, Rae, who I had the 1st time was back from vacation and she completely fixed any pain I was experiencing ! Definitely would pay a whole lot more for her massage because she is amazing !

    Great place to get a deep tissue massage and other types of massages, that’s just my favorite kind:) I’ve had a facial here once too and felt lighter after the whole experience. I have a membership and that gives me peace of mind to be able to just set up an appointment and go!I’ve taken 2 friends already and they love it too!!

    Amazing massage. My therapist was Deanna and she did absolutely amazing, targeted work on my knots. I did not sign up for the membership, and I did not find the staff to be excessively pushy. The Groupon deal for this place is absolutely worth it!

    Great place with friendly employees. I have membership plan and go regularly. Front desk staff are always friendly and therapist are very professional and seem to enjoy their jobs. I always get deep tissue massages because it meets my needs but swedish massages are good as well more for couples or just relaxing. The deep tissue focuses on some knots and issues deeper that need a little more pressure and force to get to then just a gentle rub.

    I absolutely loved the facility. Nice, clean, and relaxing. My massage therapist was Chevy. Her hands were amazing!!!!!! I have since then returned 4 times now and I cant stay away to the point I will follow her if she ever left :). Whenever you have kinks in your neck GO SEE CHEVY!!!! MassageLuxe is #1 in our area.

    Honestly I don’t understand why some did not have a good experience here but my bf and I found massage luxe on groupon and made an appt same day. They tell you to come 15 mins early, just like any other massage places to fill out paper work. The receptionists and therapists were all really friendly. At the end, we each received a full size water bottle. Overall, great experience and would recommend.

    I bought a massage deal off of Groupon and it was my first time coming to this location… My first impression when I walked in was it smelled heavenly it was very clean the staff was welcoming and just the ambience was what you expect from a massage and facial location .I’ve only had about four massages in my life including today’s and the past three weren’t the greatest experience but today was amazing… I had a deep tissue massage by Sean who was extremely professional, friendly, And knew his craft at an expert level. The room itself was very clean, very relaxing, the music was soothing, and Sean remained quiet and professional the entire time while also making sure I was getting what I wanted… They do also offer memberships there which I politely declined as I’m not interested in doing these monthly but for those who do want something monthly I would definitely recommend this place and I will return again to visit Sean and be more than willing to pay full price !when I was getting ready to leave the memberships were explain to me and the staff at the front was very friendly about their people and their products and services… The only negative thing I would say is the water that they had with the orange slices in it in the waiting room looks like it had been there all day and I got there around 4:45… But besides that they give you free bottled water anyway so I didn’t really bother me . 🤷🏼‍♀️😊

    These ladies are so sweet and the massage therapist, Veronica is AMAZING! Theyre so courteous, professional and most of all, they give an excellent massage! I suffer from a lot of back pain following surgeries and they always listen to the sensitive areas as well as check the level of pressure. Shes helped me get so much relief. Shes so knowledgeable she even helped relieve some headaches after a concussion. End your massage with a 15 min break on the hydro bed! That thing is AWESOME! Prices are reasonable for the massage, especially if you do a membership package that gives you more benefits and discounts

    Matt is amazing! He dug his thumb into a painful spot in my shoulder blade and I left the planet! He also found a bone in my neck I didnt know existed. One of the best massages Ive ever gotten.Staff is always friendly, facility always kept nice.

    Oh my gosh!!! Can you say deep tissue massage? I walked in during a full migraine episode. Stephanie worked on me so well. She relieved tension that I had for months. I would highly recommend MassageLuXe. The staff are courteous and professional!!!

    I have been using Massage Luxe Westchase for a year. Started with Swedish/Deep tissue massages with Chieko/Stacie, both awesome!I have been using them the last 5 months for my prenatal and Matt is my favorite! If you need a good prenatal that is customized to you, I definitely recommend it. Also they have the option to pause your membership - which is useful in the first weeks of pregnancy when you cannot get massages.

    I had an amazing experience here! I am 22 weeks pregnant and recieved a prenatal massage from nayda!! She was super sweet, made me feel so comfortable and really spoiled me! She was thorough and went above and beyond to make this mommy feel new again. Would def suggest this location and nayda for any massage!!!

    Ive been to this place twice...i love it...the girl r nice...its cleaned up...my therapist takes me to a world of relaxation that Ive never even tried to look for...Vince takes care of all my knots...i do get a lot of those due to the work i do...i havent seen anyone else so i cant speak for them...as long as he is there...its worth my $60 a month...
