    This is my second time going to Netty. The first time I had a meltdown because I was at my wits end over my hair. I was getting to the point where I couldnt do anything with it. Netty listened to me and was very sympathetic. The first visit Netty gave me a short blunt bob haircut. I loved the cut and I got a lot of compliments. This next visit was about a month later on Tuesday 11/13/2024. I had a better idea of the style that I actually wanted. I explained to Netty and she gave me exactly that, a fresh new look. Thank you Netty you are the best.

    Stylists Netti & Patricia are excellent.     It’s always a good day when Hallie is available for my haircut. She is an awesome barber as well as being friendly and funny. If she isn’t available I will wait for another time when her schedule and mine align.12/17 - Hallie once again was in great form. Greeted me when I walked in 10 minutes early and took me on time as she finished another customer. As always, we chatted and laughed during my time in the chair.     It was good but no hot towel service was given. Conditioner was immediately put in and rinsed. No products were applied. It was simple haircut and blow dry that’s it for the same price as other salons which offer all the products and hot towel

    My only issue is that hair cut prices skyrocketed within the past 3 years. Went from 17 dollars to 25 dollars. Unfortunately, that cuts into the tip I provide the stylist, which is unfair to them.

    My hair came out so good and love it! The Supercuts on 8255 Bayport Commons location is awesome I tried going to Supercuts at the Westgate location That I been going to for many many years, I tried for the last 2wks at the Westgate plaza and was told every time they could not do my hair. (I was there at 4pm and they closed at 7pm) So I went there at 11am this morning Sunday) when they opened and they said again could not do my hair because there is only 2 people but no one was there. So I called the one on Bayport commons location and they booked me an appointment right away and so much friendlier! Big thank you!

    I checked in online I came in on my appointment time waited 15 minutes only to have two walk ins taken before me with no acknowledgement so if you cant get that part down right then Im sure you cant get the haircut down right either so I left and went to sports clips and was blown away with their set up.. got a great haircut! Never ever will I go back with people giving me blank dumb looks and expect that we trust them to cut our hair..glad I walked out and left..

    I rarely get my hair cut because I’ve had only a few good results after. BUT LET ME JUST SAY — the minute I walked into this building, I was greeted by a friendly associate, Janet, who was a pure breath of fresh air, I immediately knew I was in a good place. After a very warm welcome, I was curious about how things work and asked A LOT of questions, to which Janet took the time to patiently explain all the services that are available, the costs/prices of treatments/products, and also techniques/styles that would work best with my hair type. Lucky for me, there were no other customers and Janet was the one to take care of me! The minute I sat in her chair, it was as if I was hanging out with an old friend. Time flew and before I realized it, she was finished and turned me around to show me the final product and — I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW GREAT IT TURNED OUT!! My self esteem went through the roof! I am so content with my entire experience at this business, from the second I walked in through the door, to when I left, Janet was very professional, she followed the new COVID protocols accordingly, which made me feel safe and calm, as I do have a tendency to get anxious, most importantly, she made sure to hear me out and that she understood what I wanted, and I cannot thank her enough for making my day and getting me to look THIS GOOD!! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would, because 5 is simply not enough!!! Thank you again Janet for everything, I will DEFINITIVELY be coming back and recommending this place to everyone. I would like to also give a shout out to the 2 others associates in the building that were just as wonderful! The entire staff worked really good together, everything was clean and organized, the energy and professionalism top notch and I hope everyone enjoys their visit as much as I did.

    I did a walk in today and I got Janet, she was amazing made me laugh the entire time, extremely professional and very sweet. Got my hair cut from medium length to a shaggy mullet and I absolutely love it, she asked detailed questions of how i wanted it exactly and it came out perfect! She was gentle when washing my hair as well it was so relaxing. If you go ask for Janet you won’t regret it!!

    For years Ive been getting $50 haircuts -- but about a year ago, I was on a budget and came here with my roommate. They do a great job and stand by their work. If I get home and my hair doesnt dry the way I want it, I can come back in a day or so and they fix it. Nettie and Sophie are so nice -- also they can do the same treatments that high-end salons charge hundreds of dollars for. I highly recommend.
