    Stopped in a few months back without an appointment, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting with no word from the staff. After waiting 60 minutes with still no word, I walked out, vowing I’d never go back. But here I am a few months later figuring I’d give them another try (since their location is so convenient to where I am staying). This time they were not as busy so the wait wasn’t long at all and the service was great. So I guess it just depends on how busy they are!

    Im going back to the nail salon at Walmart plaza. Better chairs, atmosphere, and I feel like qnails should have offered to do my one toe nail that was screwed up for free. They said get a pedicure 🙄😕they still did a good job. Good, not great.

    Nice friendly place they did a good job on my nails. Only reason for me giving them a 4 star is because they didnt have many polish color options for normal polish.

    We are from Ohio. We went to 4 other places that were not busy and they said they had no room. We came here with no appointment. And they got us in right away. The staff was so friendly and nice. And it was by far the best Pedicure we have received. Thank you.

    So thrilled to finally find a place where the staff goes above and beyond and I dont have to continuously make corrections to my nails as they are being done! went to get a pedi and a fill in on my birthday and the entire staff made me feel right at home! I am so pleased with my nails I will definitely be going back; the shape, the color and even the design was absolutely beautiful and on point!! I highly RECOMMEND THIS SALON

    Mani-pedi yesterday with T. She did a fantastic job. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Even tho they were busy she didnt rush at all and made sure I was happy. Love my nails. Definitely will go back to see her.

    I have been going here for the past 5 years. Ive only had one bad experience with the one nail tech that was new and isnt there anymore. I didnt complain I left a tip but the girl I usually get did them over. They did charge me for that but I gave her a good tip.

    Q nail is a great place to go . T and her husband are like nail goddess !! Prices are great and they are very good to their Customers T also does great eye lashes Kim does an awesome job with her pedicures !!since the first time I went their I would never go any where else .. highly recommend them

    I had a pedicure and my eyebrows done. It was wonderful to pamper myself. Mrs. Kim is great! She is the best at what she does! She made me feel special. She is also very funny too!

    My acrylics and toes are absolutely beautiful!! The colour is perfect, the shape is perfect I will definitely be going back. This is the best nail place I’ve gotten my nails done at!

    The lady doing the pedicure was so slow..but there seem to be regular customers coming in , and the one woman seemed to know all her clients , as did the one man working. Friendly staff, but the Polish colors are a little old and cheap brands .

    Great pedicure! I had an ingrown toenail, Kim fixed it instantly! The ladies are extremely Nice & efficient! This is now my go to Salon :)
