    Very clean and friendly owner. Great work on dip nails. I never feel rushed. Atmosphere is quiet. Prices are reasonable. I have been going here about a year and always leave happy with the work.

    I have been getting my nails done for years and this place is the best!! Super clean and Susan is fantastic with your nails and toes. I can take any new design I find online and she can do it better than them. Thats really hard to find. Always a great value and she uses true organic lotions and dip. They also use liners and are super clean and cozy. Prices are great too!

    I LOVE Susan! Ive been going to her for at least 10 years and she gets better with time. She has a great personality and is a ROCK STAR with nails, pedicure, and eyebrows. ONE is a clean shop and a wide variety of polish and dip powder colors. Excellent with free-style nail art.

    Susan was friendly and made my daughter and I feel so Beautiful after applying our lash extensions!! She is a sweetheart !We will DEFINITELY be using this salon for all of our beauty needs😊 The salon is so clean and bright! I 💯 recommend this salon!! The prices are wonderful here too!! You leave feeling beautiful, not broke! Haha

    We went to this salon to celebrate the summer birthdays of sisters and cousins with mani/pedis and it was a great experience. Id say excellent but that depended on which technician each of us had — not everyone was offered options for their pedicures, nor did everyone receive a lotion rub to finish out their manicures. The pricing was a little higher than what we expected and that added up per person, but overall the final product was beautiful and we plan to return.

    I’m very particular and hard to please but I’ve gone here a couple times for dip nails and gel pedicure and the experience has been great. Clean, friendly and beautiful nails. They open a newly sanitized package of tools before they start and Susan is so sweet and talented. Highly recommend!

    I got a 2nd gel manicure here the other day. The lady that did my nails was not as meticulous as the one I had before. I decided against my better judgment to get my eyebrows waxed instead of waiting to go to my usual person at another salon. My eyebrows don’t look the same and they are thinner. I was never asked how I wanted them waxed, the lady just did a rush job doing what she wanted. After my appointment I was asked if I was pleased, however at that point it was too late, the damage was already done. I didn’t have time to have her redo my gel manicure either. Usually I get my pedicures done here but this visit was not the best. It’s time to find a new salon since my concerns are not seriously warranted based on the response from this salon.

    I absolutely love this place! It’s so clean, the workers are so professional, and Susan is amazing! Susan, always does a great job on my nails and feet, she never fails me. I highly recommend it.

    Hands down the best nail salon in the Brandon/ Riverview Area!! Susan and Henry care about their clients, they are very professional and do a wonderful job!! I’ve been using their services for 2 years and never have any issues!! They are friendly and very fast!
