    They did a great job on cutting my hubbys hair. I gave her instructions to cut it short on sides &back but leave the top long....in hopes it covers his bald spot lol. They offered him the Senior price which was awesome!

    Typically this place is pretty solid, but I had a bad experience with Marilyn. I have pretty short hair and asked for about an inch off, maybe an inch and a half, but got at least 2 inches cut off. It was so short she had to shave part of the back of my neck. It did not look good. Would not recommend her in particular.

    I’m impressed by the welcoming kindness of the salon. Very professional talented ladies work here. My hairdresser, Melody always greets me with a smile. Her station is clean and she is the most talented hairdresser I have ever known. She always make me look great, sexy and young. I get compliments every time I leave the salon. I wish you would add color ( just a suggestion)I love that she consults with me as to what I want and makes suggestions. She is the best. I want everyone to know this. Thank you Melody and the other ladies at the Miracle Mile Great Clips.

    Have been getting my haircut for two years now at this location. Chelsea always cuts my hair. She does a great job. Rest of the staff is friendly. We have good conversation and a couple of laughs.

    My first visit to this location,and it was top a notch experience! I got a fantastic cut from Connie! She spent the time with me to make sure it was perfect. She was engaging conversation wise and i didnt feel i was just another head.

    I have gone to this place since they open four different times. Each time I had somebody different and I walked out saying Im not going to go back. Luckily, I was talking to another nurse commented about her haircut. She told me she goes there and I explained to her that each time I went I tried to tell them what I wanted but they always did what they wanted. She convinced me to try again and this time ask for Brianna. I am so glad I did! She took her time she listened to what I was saying and trying to describe. I walked out of there with the haircut I want it and the best I have had in years. I had taken my neighbor with me also who had Brianna and she too was very happy with her cut. We both receive coupons for $2 off our next haircut and definitely will be using them. Take my advice, try them, but make sure you ask for Brianna.

    Excellent haircut! Connie is fabulous. I had a bad haircut from another expensive salon in town. They couldnt fit me in to fix it. This Great Clips amazingly gave e the hairstyle cut that I always have. Highly recommend

    Wonderful atmosphere here! I really enjoyed my hair stylist Lucy she was great well experienced she cut my hair exactly like I asked her to and I am very happy with my whole over all experience. I will be back to see Lucy for my next trim for sure!

    Kory did an amazing job. He is always so sweet and professional. There is no one else that I trust with my hair. Both me and my mom go to him solely and have never had a single complaint. He has helped restore my hair after ruining it during quarantine. I would give a million stars for Kory!

    I use a young lady by the name of Cynthia and she is terrific she has a wonderful personality sense of humor Im with her for 20 minutes 30 minutes or less and I have the time of my life with her shes the reason why I come into Great Clips not to mention the great prices but shes the cherry on the cake I look forward to coming to see her and I told her she can never leave because Im going to always come and see her Im very satisfied with great clips and Cynthia thank you

    Athena was awesome and super easy to work with. I even received a compliment from a lady outside that said she did a great job. So 5 stars rating was easy, for such an easy and enjoyable experience. The only problem is the shops location is incorrect for those using GPS directions. The location address is 475 but the shop location is laid out differently and labeled 485. So dont walk into TJ Max as I did, just continue to down past Publix and its two shops down.
