This salon is the best!! I cannot say enough great things about James. James is the most talented stylist I’ve ever had for my hair. He takes his time and is meticulous about keeping my hair healthy. My hair looks natural and gets lots of compliments. Many of my long term friends have commented on how much better my hair looks since I started going to James. I highly recommend him!! You will not regret it.

I have been a client of the salon for over 20 yrs. Obviously I am happy with the services or I would have gone elsewhere a long time ago. In addition to them being super accommodating with my weird schedule, Jimmy and Jean are both talented professionals. You would be hard pressed to find stylists who have a better handle on color techniques than they do. They are also good at assessing issues with hair and how to combat them with L’Oréal products. Victoria is another stylist who has joined the team and is an asset as well. If not busy with a client, she is helpful in choosing the right product for home care. I appreciate that they run on time with appointments. Note that their services are not inexpensive but are well worth it.

My hair has never looked so good - I love it!!By the way, I’m new to the area so I was very nervous going to a new stylist. In the past, I’ve ended up with red hair & styles that I didn’t like. I’ve never been so happy with my hair, the cut & the color are perfect! She also suggested hair products to get my hair healthy but with no pressure to buy them. Everyone at the studio was super nice. Honestly, I’ve never had a better experience & let’s just say I’ve been getting my hair done for years.

I absolutely loved my experience here. This was my first time here and I have had some bad experiences with colorist. I must say Jean was amazing. First time I went I needed my hair stripped and colored right as I wanted to go gray after COVID as it had grown out so much. She did exactly what I needed. I think it’s the best color I have ever had and I have been coloring my hair for 20 plus yrs. The treatment she gave me kept my hair healthy as well. And then she cut it which has been wonderful. I ask for recommendations on products which once again she knew her stuff so well. My hair is just great! I highly recommend her if your looking for someone professional and yet reasonable. I live in Florida part time and she will definitely be my go to!

Nice quaint, quiet, upscale salon on the island. Excellent customer service when scheduling appointments etc. Jean did a beautiful job relaxing my hair. She took her time listening and evaluating my hair. Her primary concern was doing what was right for my hair not selling products or services. My hair came out great! Its very curly so its nice to having it smooth and soft again!

Relaxing shampoo, conditioning scalp treatments, education on hair lively hood, directions on how to recreate that salon look at home and recommended hair care to keep hair beautiful and healthy. I cant convey how much I love all the staff at James Geidner hair studio. James is one of the most skilled/knowledgable stylists I have had. He is able to look at my facial features and skin tone and other attributes to recommend styles and colors for my hair. James is the only person I trusted to allow to cut my hair short and I love all my styles. Victoria has been amazing with my color. It’s rich, beautiful, and shiny. She helps me stay up to date with the most recent products and treatments to keep my hair healthy. Jean worked wonders with my hair with a Brazilian blow out and always greets me with a smile. The products are amazing! My hair is the healthiest it has ever been. My hair is colored and I walk out of the salon and my hair feels silky, smooth, and is shiny.
