Store for all your beauty needs, and of course wants! Walked in and was greeted, and asked if I needed help. And I did, I wasn’t familiar with this Ulta Store. (Just like other stores) I went in for 1 item and walked out with a bag full! ☺️😃Management was on the sales floor, and helped me as well! 💋💄💅🏼. I received some good to know beauty advice! Fun Store for for a wide selection of beauty products!Generic to brands!If you’ve never been in Ulta Beauty-I recommend that you do for it all!Just an FYI- Also have Salon in back of the Store.

Ulta is always a pleasure, but this store is very upbeat and energetic. It was very clean and they were well stocked on most things. The only tiny complaint is that some stand alone displays were not spaced enough so that my walking cart couldnt get through, but there was always a way around it.

The vero beach location is amazing! The general manager holly is the best of the best! her employee Gigi is fabulous at her job too! (although i may be biased) I always love visiting when I’m in town! Oh, and the Clinque lady Shannon is pretty rad too! 💗Edit: Dani The merchandising manager is Very communicative and pays attention to the little details.

Absolutely outstanding! The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Regional Director, Lisa was in store during my last visit and was absolutely fantastic. She took a quick look at what I was buying and recommended a better product. She sat me in her chair and redid my face. She was compassionate and did not make me self conscious. I am so grateful. I left with a new product line and skincare regime thanks to the time and care she spent with me. She is a complete expert and such a professional. The cashier Chloe, who checked me out was also exceptional and sweet. Kudos to the team. Lisa said she is there every Sunday, and I cant wait to go back to see her.

Its a place to go for all your beauty productsThe consultants are knowledgeable and on hand to help with all your questions. Being an older client it would be nice to have a display for people over 65 yrs old in one section so not to have to walk all over this large store.Nice bench to sit on for a short rest would be great youd probably be able to shop for a longer time. 🙂the Golden years need to be Simple

I’ve had Jocelyn do my color for 6 months now and I am just so impressed with her. Honestly one of the best colorists I’ve ever had. She is patient and meticulous, professional and just a lovely person to boot. So grateful!

Ulta is a overwhelming to me. Too much of a good thing. My daughter who is much more makeup savvy helped me locate things I was in search of. There are workers to be found to direct you to specific products. $130 later I had what I needed. Certainly has everything and then some.UPDATE: LOVE the Clinique tinted moisture surge. And the Nyx liquid eye brow pencil. Love it for brows and liner. And love the yellow corrector (covers purple/ red).

So me and my mother were out for a day shopping. She had to run into Ulta to get her match of concealer. Which is fantastic by the way from Clinique. We also were setting out to get her haircut that day and to our surprise they actually had a hair salon in the back. Bethlehem was the hairdresser and what a wonderful hairdresser she was she gave my mother the most wonderful haircut I wish I had the before and after pictures. And what a wonderful person she was great personality fun good spirit Good Vibes love this Ulta store location

Ive taken my kids a couple of times to redeem gift cards or just spend money theyve earned & the staff has been so helpful, patient and friendly. Theyve never tried to upsell to the kids, teen & tween, which is VERY much appreciated. They are also great about pointing them in the right direction as far as skin care, helping them to find products suited to their skin, nothing harsh. I highly recommend this shop.

I love this particular Ulta store! In a time and day of shopping online, I like going to Ulta and looking at the product and reading the ingredients. Suggestion to shoppers.... You walk in and get overwhelmed by soo many products. Stop and notice how above each section, the brand is displayed. Also, the staff is incredibly helpful. Just ask. And please, dont call and ask the cashiers to go and look for a product, ask them twenty questions, ask them to pull it and hold it at the counter. There have been a few times that I have been waiting in line, listening to the cashier, patiently explaining that she has a line of people to take care of. Do your own research, google the store and see if they have the product you are wanting to ask the cashier twenty questions about. I am going to miss Maggie!!!! She was always so kind and helpful.

I cant believe I met a group of ladies that dont push product down your throat & give outstanding service. ALEXIS ❤️‍🔥 is by far one of the best brows experts! Her personality & calming presence only adds to the experience. TAYLOR 😍 for hair cut & color💇🏻‍♀️. She is a delight and asks what products you use so you know youre taking care of your locks. I shopped after my services & I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive & helpful the staff was 🙂🙌🏼😘 💰

I had an awesome experience with stylist, Betelhem (and everyone I encountered at Ulta Vero Beach). Betelhem was very kind, friendly, thorough, and professional at every step of my blonding experience. I cant say enough wonderful things about her. I am so happy to have found my new hair stylist and one that I feel confident I can trust to do an amazing job. I love my new hair! All of the hair stylists there yesterday were so helpful, sweet, and easy to chat with.

Every time I go into the Vero Beach Ulta, I’m served by a staff with blue hair, tattoos, and gorgeous makeup—every one of whom is knowledgable about products and willing to take the time to help me. A big shout-out to Gina, one of the managers, who spent an hour last week helping me find the perfect lipstick and lip liner to match a couple of Lancome products I’ve been using for years that have been discontinued. Thanks, Gina! Thanks, Ulta of Vero Beach! It’s a pleasure to shop at your store.

This Ulta was slightly smaller than I am used to, but it was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly. I love that I can try almost everything before I buy it. All of the disposable applicator stations were full. Parking is a bit crazy at times, but thats my only negative.

Very nice, clean, big store with lots of room to shop between aisles. The staff is very helpful and also very friendly. Many different brands of beauty products, and you can test out almost anything in the store, and there are several spots with any available items needed for applications of products or removal of products. Recently I visited this location to make an exchange for a gift I received on Christmas that didnt work for me. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store and approached by an associate. I informed this young lady that I wanted to exchange my item for something just as nice. Immediately after she was done with the customer she came over and walked me to exchangeable items made a recommendation and showed such courteous character. Kudos to Charkyra!

Awesome experience at the salon earlier this week! My first time with Wendy, the Master Stylist and she did more amazing than I could have thought for my hair!! Came in with brassy, grown out, quarantine high lights and after some discussing she knew exactly what I was envisioning/asking for. I have a lot of hair, so it took some time but she was so sweet and fun to pass the time with. I could go on and on about my visit, but I’ll just end with saying that I’m definitely going to be returning and that the salon and Miss Wendy is 100% worth looking into!

What a GREAT customer service!👍👍Today on Saturday, November 7 I was taking care by 3 amazing members of Ultra beauty team: super knowlageble gentalman Quinton, he was helping me with ingredients, he had lots of knowlage in chemistry so it was extremely helpful in my case, I had special request about foundation, and he did his best to help me to find what I needed. Also I was taken care by super nice lady with nice black hair , who was really helpful finding right shade of foundation dermablend. And also I saw very nice lady with blond hair she was from Poland , I beleive her name was Agna.Guys thank you so much for your help!!!!! You are so nice and so professional❤️❤️❤️ I wish every place had such exceptional service!
