    My sister-in-law surprised myself and my two nieces for a massage day. I got a swedish massage my one niece got a facial the other one got a full body massage and so did my sister-in-law. Ive been to many different massage places in New Jersey but never massage envy.Carlos was my masseuse and he was wonderful he had all the right spots and even helped me a lot with the sciatica nerve.My nieces and sister-in-law said that their massage was wonderful as well.This place was very clean and the customer service was on point from the moment you walked into the location. The only thing that I would change is get the 90-minute massage because the 50-minute was just too short.

    I just had a wonderful massage and stretch with Arch. My first time with him and I will definitely be rescheduling. I am on my feet all day at work and it’s wreaking havoc on my back and neck . I have mild scoliosis as well. He really listened to my problem areas and hit all the points that I have been suffering with . His pressure was excellent and the stretches were a great help. I highly recommend scheduling an appt with him!

    Ive been going to this location for years. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Kellees expertise and attentiveness make my session incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She listens to my needs, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend her!

It’s always a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Kellee has a true gift for understanding exactly what your body needs- gentle and effective, working out every knot and tension point with just the right amount of pressure!I left feeling not only relaxed but rejuvenated, with a sense of calm and well-being that lasted long after the session. I’m always able to walk straight again and hit the gym with confidence!Kelle’s skills are exceptional, I highly recommend her and cant wait for my next appointment! Thank you Kelle!

    I love this place! The staff is very friendly, very attentive. The massage therapists are so nice and do such an amazing job at what they do. It is a very relaxing experience coming here, I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried getting a massage before.

    Always an amazing and relaxing experience at this location. Well, any location! Front desk staff is always friendly. I have been seeing Kellee (who hails from Jamaica) for many years and seeing her for my monthly stretch and massage is the best part of my day. She is extremely talented, professional and friendly. The hardest worker and always studying new techniques. Love my yearly treat to myself with a facial and hot stones from Kellee in addition to my regular options. I recommend this location and Kellee!

    This location keeps getting better. Kelle is a great masseuse and love Jamelas facials. Always had little snacks and lemon water available while you wait but now they have a quiet lounge nicely designed by Tino. Really adds to the atmosphere. Front desk staffers always friendly.

    Carlos was truly one of the best masseurs I have had in a long time. He listened to what my pain points were, did research on how best to help me and periodically checked to make sure I was fine and addressing my pain area. Truly an excellent young man dedicated to his trade, but the whole staff was like that. When I arrived they welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions. One of the best Massage Envy in the area.

    Ive been hesitant to write this review because then the secret would get out...this Massage Envy is AMAZING. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. The manager is professional yet approachable. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do. Ive been to MEs all over the US and this one, by far, is the best!

    This is my favorite Massage Envy location. I get my facials done by Jessica. She is such a thorough esthetician and really cares about her clients skin and personal needs. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend!

    I absolutely love coming to this location. I have been getting facials for 6 months now and I see major improvements in my skin. Having more confidence in my skin has been absolutely life changing. The products they offer are of such good quality and do not irritate my extremely sensitive skin. Jessica, my esthetician, has explained the process she goes through every visit to educate me. She also recommends techniques at home as well to help with improvements between visits. The front desk is so helpful and informative as well; Ivanna and Brianna are a joy to talk to on the phone and Stanley is very professional when I come in for my visits. The monthly rate is a great deal for the services provided and I am so glad I became a member. If you are considering getting facials or any other service I cannot recommend this Massage Envy enough!

    I go to massage envy Wellington for facials with Emma. She really understands my skin type and I always feel amazing when I leave. The front desk is also very helpful. Jasmine helped me book my first Microderm Infusion and my skin has never felt healthier. I can’t wait for my next facial.

    I have been a member of Massage Envy for several years. I love the Wellington location, everyone is very professional and friendly. Katie is my massage therapist and I see her weekly for a neck, shoulder, and back massage.I am very particular when it comes anybody working my neck and shoulders because I have a medical issue with that area. After just one massage with Katie- I knew this was place with a massage therapist who knew her stuff and could trust not to do any further damage. Having that hour massage weekly allows me to have a normal life without a prescription. I highly recommend Massage Envy in Wellington and Katie!

    Massage Envy takes all precautions for Covid-19. I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism when it came to questions, procedures, and keeping customers separated. I had a facial with Kellee, and it was very relaxing and well done. She is a great massage therapist as well.

Also a shoutout to Monica (account manager) who helped me get my account all set up! What a phenomenal group of people!!100 star review for this new and improved location!! I got a 60 minute massage and facial today and I am so impressed with the level of customer service given. After I scheduled my appointment, I had completely forgotten of a previous engagement, so when I called back to reschedule, they were so sweet about it and so accommodating. Now the actual experience: the front desk girls are a hoot! So fun and sweet! The massage was very impressive. He made sure I was comfortable. I don’t remember his name at the moment, but as soon as I figure it out, I will update this because I cant speak more highly of his abilities. He was very detailed and aware of sensitive areas that weren’t even the ones I mentioned to him. If he feels its too much for you, he is so great at accommodating. The facial was incredible: it was my very first one so the lady was very detailed and explained every single step of the process! (I’ll also update this with her name!) So relaxing and I can tell a difference in my skin already!! Once I was done with my appointments, it was back to the front desk. I wanted to get my sister a Christmas present of a membership here! They have so many amazing specials!! The lady who I believe is the manager was PHENOMENAL!! She even gave me a wee goodie bag as a thank you for being a member with them!!I know that this establishment was taken over by new management/owners, and from being a customer that was coming here before and after, the difference is NIGHT AND DAY!! I absolutely loved my experience here today: it was EXACTLY what I needed!!

    In regards to Covid-19, it does not surprise me one bit of the amazing steps they have taken to ensure the safety of their clients and employees. Some examples: must wear a mask, temp checks prior to walking into the establishment, Immediately washing hands upon entering, proper social distancing in lobby and excellent sanitation procedures in rooms. Massage envy Wellington has always been my go to location, always super clean and very friendly staff. Ana R. is hands down the absolute best!!!

    This is a franchise, with a business model where you pay for subscription for a monthly massage. The massages if not used, will accumulate. Very good value if you like getting professional massages. The trick is finding a therapist you like. You are free to use any location in the country, so if you need to get a massage while traveling your in luck. This location is clean and well run. They make you sign a covid waiver and wash your hands, but if I didn’t have a vaccine I wouldn’t be going. Don’t expect amenities, there are none. Clean massage rooms, great rates, subscription based. Recommended if you don’t need a Spa attached.

    I would totally recommend this place. Specially those who made the experience worth it, Jessica who gave me a facial and Ray who gave me a massage it was supper relaxing. The place was very neat and sanitized, all of the workers were very educated and very welcoming. If your looking for a good place to receive a massage this is the place to go!     Very friendly from my first phone call to the girls that greeted me, all the way until walking out the door. Definitely the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in like 2 years. Massage Envy lived up to their promise. Ray is amazing! Thank you, Ray and Massage Envy!

    Have been a member at this location for several years. Took a pause during Covid, but have returned back. The staff is very professional and the facilities are kept very clean. There is a protocol every visit which is not intrusive. During these difficult times it is a great respite to have a relaxing massage and not think about anything. I highly recommend this location for convenience, staff, cleanliness and value.

    Esther was amazing. I went in for a massage and before the session started, she took the time to really understand me and what areas of my body needed the most tension relief. She made me feel really welcomed and comfortable. She took all of my requests into consideration. I had an aroma therapy session and asked her to try not to get too much oil in my hair when she did the neck part of the massge, so she put the aroma sent into lotion and used that instead of the oil. During the massage, she hit a few pressure points that Ive never felt during a massage before, and it made all the difference. Definitely going back to her for my massages 😊

    With Covid, I had a bit of anxiety going anywhere outside my home, however ME Wellington has done an amazing job putting protocol and safety practices in place to make sure clients and employees are safe. They do screening and cleaning constantly to name just a few. If feel safe going there and am very happy to be back to a sense of normal.

    I rarely leave reviews, but I need to share Jessica with you all. Jess is their esthetician and she is AMAZING. She has done more for my skin than my own derm. She truly cares to get to know your concerns/skin type and is extremely knowledgeable in different skincare for different skin types. My skin has never looked better and I will never let anyone else touch my face after I’ve already been to the best, Jessica!

    First time visiting this location...actually first time even at a massage parlor/spa. I was introduced to Massage Envy by an esthetician at the PBG location who recommended the Jan Marini Skin Care Management System and figured this one in Wellington was closer to where I live. Glad I came in, met very nice receptionists Gabby and Ashley and was offered advice and support on the products I purchased. All the services were thoroughly explained and I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything. Will come back again.

    Professional front staff and Orlando is the best masseuse EVER. I have been to several spas in my life (Sispa, PGA National, Pinehurst,etc) but the BEST massage I have had is with Orlando. Its like he has an intuition of where the sore spots are and he fixes my pain. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I credit him with helping me live a normal life.

    Some of the massages are good, others are kinda subpar. If you have a time schedule where you can find and stick with a therapist this is a great place, but if its when you have time you probably get whoever cant fill a schedule. theyre not bad, theyre also not great lol.
