My daughter and I were greated so nicely at the front desk before our appointments and our nail technicians were very friendly and professional. Moved here recently from South Florida and this salon came highly recommended and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We will be regulars here!

I love this place! The chairs are the most comfortable out of any nail salon I’ve been to for pedicures and Ann does an amazing job of doing my dip nails with whatever art on want on them! Here is what I had done for Halloween and Christmas.

I had a lovely experience at Venus Nail Spa! The front receptionist was very kind, I called late afternoon to request an appt for that evening and she happily accommodated me. When I arrived she greeted me warmly and helped me sign in, then introduced me to my technician - Kevin. He was excellent! Very meticulous, gave a wonderful massage and painted the cutest snowflakes on my toes! I highly recommend and cannot wait to return! Thank you all!

I made an appointment for myself and my friend before I came to town. We both got deluxe manicures. The scrub/wax was to die for. We also got the organic pedicures and added the CBD treatment. Lovely nail salon my best friend frequents. Tried it out for the first time and was impressed on their prices, selection of services, and staff. We came in for bridal party nails and they had a separated area with six recliners for all of our party to sit back, relax, and chat amongst ourselves as we got our pedis done. Afterwards we were all taken up front to have our manicures done. My nail technician Ann was very kind and did a wonderful nail art on my nails after I showed her a picture. The bride was happy with her nails and was able to get some jewels added to her nails. We enjoyed our experience!

If I changed my mind last minute he was more than happy to comply with my needs. The salon was very clean and you can tell safety was their top priority for their clients. The citrus pedicure will now be my go to. I cannot wait to return 😊

She did an amazing job doing a full set of glittery pink to white acrylic ombre with pointy almond nails :) I had such a fun time chatting with her! I also think that they will be getting new acrylic powders soon and cant wait to come back for that!edit: recently went again on a Sunday morning and had a wonderful experience with Cece! She did a Halloween themed set on my nails and hand-painted each individual nail which was incredible! I brought in a reference photo for her and she nailed it right on the dot. :)

Ive been coming here for over a year now. Ive only had 1 horrible experience with an extremely obnoxious and arrogant male nail tech. After that experience of him embarrassing me and trying to convince me to put a full set on top of nails that had developed a fungus, from the last set of nails. I stopped coming. I wondered why the heck was this guy even working there. I even observed him being rude to another customer at a different time I was there. Narcissistic behavior. Speaks ill of certain customers. I cant remember his name but maybe in his 40s.On a more positive note. I then started having my nails done by Jason. He does an amazing job every time. His attention to detail, easy to talk too, personable, gentle and always smiling. Thank you Jason for true customer service. I would like to recognize Van as well. She is amazing and so attentive. Just went in for a quick pedicure and I have to be honest.. this is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in a while. The girl who did my pedicure was so sweet and did an amazing job! I didn’t feel any pressure from the staff to do gel or a more expensive pedicure. I get acrylic on my toe (dropped a weight on it) and she made it look so natural you can’t even tell! Highly recommend going overall a great experience!

My daughter and I had a great experience here. The staff was nice and fun but one thing I didnt like was am employee Jessica was talking loud on her phone when she wasnt with a customer and walking around the shop without a mask on. That was very unprofessional and one of the staff has to ask her to go to the back to talk on her phone. Other than that we had a good time and we love our nails. Definitely will be coming back soon. She did an absolutely amazing job on my nails took her time and was very detailed on both services as of my nails (Full set) and pedicure. I was in a rush to catch a flight and she executed the services efficiently and still did an awesome job!!! I will definitely be back up see her I found my new nail home lol. Im new to Wesley Chapel and dont really know anything out here. My sweet husband sent me out for some me time as a late Christmas gift. Ive been to A LOT of nail salons in my lifetime and my experience here was UNBELIEVABLE. My nail tech was Jessica and I will never go anywhere else as long as she is here! This lady was AMAZING- literally. She pays close attention to details and you can tell she loves doing what she does. She takes her time, which is a HUGE plus for me. She notices every little thing so come to see her and tell her Vicky sent you! Im finally convinced I found a place that I can return to. JESSICA WAS AWESOME❤❤❤ Definitely coming back🎯🎯🎯

I wanted to take a moment to rave about this nail bar. This is the second time I have been here, and will continue to come back. Techs were clean, professional and efficient. It’s surprising at how many salons make dip powder too thick, uneven, misshapen, etc. and Venus puts them all to shame. Perfect shaping, even french manicure line, all uniform thickness. When I left, I noticed one of my nails was cut a bit longer than others, due to my wonky nail bed, which drove me bonkers. I came back and they were so accommodating - fixed the nail in no time. Top quality salon and professionalism. 100% will be recommending to all of my WC friends and family.
