Customer service here is immaculate! You can tell the stylist is there not only to make sure you get what makes you happy, but to ensure you’re relaxed or smiling throughout. Maddie did our hair , they massage your head as well and the shampoo they use smells so GOOD ! My daughter loved it as this was her very first haircut and they did absolutely amazing! 10/10 prices were very much reasonable as well ! I’ve had terrible experiences in multiple places but this is the way to go.

You arent going to find a better salon. I went to many places looking for someone who was great at blonde hair and Alberto is the one. I cant imagine ever going to anyone else ever. Not only is he exceptionally talented, but the entire staff is great as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. When youre there, it feels like home. They take care of you. They care deeply about getting things right and take pride in what they do. Go here!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Place was so welcoming and friendly. My stylist was kind, funny, and even gave me a head massage when she washed my hair. My hair looks AMAZING!! all the damage is gone and it feels and looks so healthy! I had to cancel my appointment due to being sick and she was so understanding and managed to fit me in only two days later. will definitely come here again and if i could rate 10 stars, i would!

Pulse Salon is amazing. I found my new place. Its very difficult to find a hair specialist that is awesome and Madelyn is amazing. I Love her. I love the people at Pulse salon. Alberto has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, and I am always pleased to come back again. He gives beautiful haircuts. He is attentive and friendly. Everyone I interact with there, especially Sheryl and Leah, are awesome professionals.One time a couple months ago, I called the Salon in the morning to request an appointment. Alberto put me in the schedule for later that same day. For whatever reason, I was mistaken about the appointment time and arrived 2 hours late. I had somehow missed both the automated text reminder and the front desk phone call. I only realized my mistake AFTER I had gotten my haircut, left the salon and checked my messages. No one brought up my tardiness or was even mildly annoyed at me while I was there. I called the next day to apologize, and we ended up laughing about it. Everyone was so kind and understanding. For me, more important than the awesome cuts are the wonderful people that make me feel welcome.

I’ve searched for years to find someone who could cut fine short gray hair. I always came away spending hundreds to only have the same old side bang bubble! Finally I found this salon. I have the best haircut and style ever. I finally have an actual style that’s easy and current. I’m so grateful for Alberto who took the time to give me an actual style. Within a few hours, I was stopped in a store by someone who loved my hair and wanted the salon information. That never happened before! The salon is beautiful, clean and everyone makes you feel welcome.

I just started a job in Florida. I have traveled all over the country with work. I have had to visit many places to get my hair done. Ive always had long hair and now that Im in Florida and as hot as it is, I wanted to get a short cut, but was very, very nervous. I googled salons and found Pulse salon. I went in and met with Nikki. Needless to say, this was the best cut I have ever had in my life. I was extremely nervous going in. I explained everything that I wanted and showed pictures to Nikki. She took her time explained what she was doing and I walked out of there a very, very happy customer. I recommend going there and if possible, ask for Nikki, you wont regret it.

I found pulse because they carry a product that a friend recommended. When I went to buy the product I had a really good conversation with the owner, Alberto, and decided to make an appointment because they are much closer to home than the previous salon I used. My experience was one of the best I’ve ever had at a new salon. Alberto did a great job on both the color, that included highlights and low lights, and the cut. It’s been so easy to manage myself. And the best compliment I think Alberto can get is when my husband came home from an out-of-town trip and saw me and said “wow” your hair looks great. Thanks Alberto and Minnie. Look forward to my next appointment.

I visited Pulse this weekend and had the best experience! Kori worked wonders with my hair and came up with the perfect updo based on the pictures she let me send her. She even entertained my daughter while Alice did my makeup. Alice is an angel, both at doing makeup and in how openly kind she is. She went above and beyond when our transportation fell through and made sure we got to the wedding on time. Alberto is also a lot of fun and very accommodating as well! He offered us chocolate and kept us in a great mood with his positive energy. I loved every minute we spent here and just wish we were local so we could come back more often! Thank you all for making it a truly perfect day. :)

I was new to the New Tampa area and looking for a salon. Its always a little worrisome having someone new working on your hair. But I selected Pulse Salon based on their great reviews and booked an appointment with Alberto, the Owner. He was friendly, took the time to listen to my wishes and evaluated my curly, challenging, short hair. I left with a great cut and beautiful highlights. I had no reason to worry. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing, the staff is friendly and personable, and Kristy did a wonderful job with my hair. I just had my second visit and booked my third. Great find! After reading great reviews on Angie’s list, I made an appointment with Alberto at Pulse Salon and Spa. I have remained a happy client ever since. Alberto is the absolute best! He consistently pays close attention to detail and always makes me feel like a top priority. He loves what he does and it shows. My hair color and cut have never looked better! We moved to the Wesley Chapel area recently. I have been to 3 salons with pretty bad experiences. The last one, my hair was breaking and damaged, along with a very botched color job and cut😬. I was losing hope! I read reviews on Pulse Hair Salon and decided one last chance before going to South Tampa or Orlando. I was so pleased with Alberto, the owner! He was patient, kind, accommodating and he LISTENED to me. Between him and Sarah at the salon, they were able to figure out how to fix my hair and I was so impressed. I am now a new and very happy customer of Pulse!🤗

This is the 6th (and final) salon Ive tried since moving to FL from CO 3 years ago. Alberto did an AMAZING job correcting my previous cut and color. I love it!! I was there long enough to see the other stylists clients come and go and they all do beautiful work! I am new to Florida and have been looking for a great new salon. I came across Pulse online and seen they had many great reviews. I called and booked my hair appointment for balayage. Kori, my stylist, greeted me promptly. She took great care of my hair as it had been through a lot! Alberto, the owner, also introduced himself and helped pick out the color for my hair. He even offered me a glass of wine! Needless to say I’ll be going back to Pulse.

Ive never loved a salon more than I do this one! I found my salon home when I came to Pulse! I get no less than a compliment a day on my hair, usually from a complete stranger! Not only does Alberto have a natural talent for doing hair, but he is one of the happiest, most pleasant hairdressers Ive ever known and hes always going out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Best Hairdresser Ever! About a year ago I found Alberto when I moved to the area and I can not say enough amazing things about Pulse Salon!I tried multiple places before I met him for blonde highlights and no one could get it right. I spent over $500 at one place and it was terrible! I had Alberto fix it to perfection at a fraction of the price. I have been seeing him for over a year now and he still does such an incredible job. He makes his clients a priority. You can tell he is so passionate at what he does and it shows through his work.

I do not trust people with my hair. But my hair desperately needed some help. I called and Alberto accepted me as a walk-in. I will also note that he is the owner of this establishment. My ends straight-up reminded me of a horses tail (dry, easily knotting, had to brush it 4/5xday just to keep it untangled), and I just wanted a good inch of the dead off and Alberto did a phenomenal job. He listened to how much I wanted off, he did great with my small layers and face-shaping and he was so so sweet. He even allowed my 5yo to sit and play her music while he worked. I will be returning in 4-6months for another trim. Thank you Alberto for being such an awesome stylist!

I came in early for my appointment and was immediately welcomed and asked to sit and wait while my hairdresser finished up her last client before me. I was offered several kinds of drinks and was touched at this service. When my hairdresser began working on my hair, she made sure to double check and see that she and I were on the same page when it came to my requests. She was someone with 18 years experience, and it clearly showed after I saw my new cut in the mirror. It was only after my appointment finished did I find out my hairdresser was dealing with the aftermath of having her wisdom teeth removed the day before! Knowing how painful the healing process is, I was very impressed that she took care of me so well while dealing with her condition. I intend to return and already have my next appointment scheduled here. Thank you to everyone at Pulse Salon and Spa!

I found this place through the Wesley Chapel community page after my current hair dresser didn’t correct the awful haircut she did. Not only is she conversational and quite talented, I believe it is her dedication to her clients and attention to their needs that makes me keep coming back. Never before have I had a hair stylist take their time to address my concerns about new styles, help me find pictures to explain what I want in a style, and offer me wine! KORI has been my hair stylist for 6 years. I was desperate for a change after a different salon make a mess of my hair. I searched Angies list and found Pulse Salon and Spa. Kori had an appointment so I took a chance and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Kori does excellect work. Her haircuts are precision cuts, fix it and it stays for days. Love love love what Alberto did with my color. l didnt even know what I wanted and what I thought I wanted was so far from his vision for me and Im SO glad I trusted him. Hes magic! He told me he loves what he does and it shows. He was patient while he educated me and no matter how many times I asked questions and for clarification he was happy to answer me. Im not shy about asking questions and for clarifying when it comes to color on my hair and he was okay with that. We moved here a few months ago and its so stressful finding a stylist..
