I have developed such a love for this store. The associate who was helping me find the items I needed was amazing! If something wasnt available, she directed me to another brand that had a very similar item. I found several new brands I had never used before...but now I cant go without!

I really like Ulta, its a very pleasant place to look around and shop. But once I needed to use the bathroom with my kid and they really need to reform it. Its ugly, dirty, it seemed like a bar bathroom not like a beauty store bathroom. They have a salon inside the store, so the women doesnt deserve to go in this kind of bathroom that is completely out of tune from the store.

Kamila is very beautiful inside and out, having received customers service like the one from today 4/23/2024 makes my daughter and I want to come back, we were saying how nice she was and extremely helpful with my daughter and I. Every time we ask her a question she answered is with patience and explain everything very good. Store is very clean easy to shop and if you need help just ask.

I FINALLY found a stylist that can work with my extremely fine, thin hair and didnt recommend numerous services to increase the volume with coloring, etc. I am a low maintenance gal and because I have lupus, its difficult to have chemicals on my scalp without them burning and possibly causing a bad rash, hives or pushing me into a horrible flare. Mayra was WONDERFUL! I left so happy. She recommended shampoo and conditioner and handed me a kit that contained a few products to try. Unfortunately, I have to return them since there is an ingredient in them that I am allergic to. I know Ulta is amazing with their return policy. I would love to know which shampoo and conditioner she used on my hair before the cut. My hair looked awesome and still does the next day. I will be returning to see her for all my cuts and blow outs! Thanks Mayra for being so sweet, listening and delivering a fantastic service. God bless you!!

I wanted to share an extraordinary experience my daughter and I had recently at Ulta Beauty. Today is my daughter’s prom, and we had meticulously planned a full day of hair and makeup at a nearby salon. The hairstylist did a fantastic job, but unfortunately, the makeup artist fell short of our expectations.My daughter was left in tears, her confidence shattered. Desperate to salvage the situation, we rushed to Ulta’s. That’s when we met Racheal and her team. Racheal, with her warm smile and reassuring demeanor, immediately put us at ease. Her schedule opened up due to a recent cancellation, and she graciously offered to help.What followed was nothing short of magical. Racheal not only fixed my daughter’s makeup but also restored her confidence within minutes. The transformation was remarkable—flawless, glamorous, and utterly amazing. My daughter walked out of Ulta feeling like a true prom queen.I cannot recommend Ulta Beauty enough, especially if you’re looking to have makeup done for a special event. I really like Ulta, they have a large selection of both drug store and high end brands and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason they arent getting 5 stars is because they usually dont carry the darker shades in the store. The whole idea of coming in to the store is to try out products before purchasing. As a woman of color, it defeats the purpose if I cant match my shades in the store and I still have to go online to purchase.

So not much really for me here, but my family members like it, so I tagged along. The store is nicely laid out, and it is very bright. Easy to find your way around, and not a shadow in sight. Plenty of samples for people to test out before buying a product. They carry some specialty items that Ive heard are a really good deal compared to other establishments. Staff was friendly.

Beauty Consultant Kamila was AWESOME! I called the store to see if someone was available to help me find the right shade of foundation. She was knowledgeable, patient, and definitely understood undertones and nuances of melanated skin. She didnt mention anything in particular, but her attention to certain details let me know she understood. She answered ALL of my questions and added complimentary products when requested. The consultant in the salon department helped me find the curl refresher and curl definer for my daughters hair. I expressed to her the brand and type I was looking for, and she was extremely helpful. The cashiers were friendly and inviting. My whole shopping experience was amazing, and I am not really a makeup kinda girl. I will be visiting again soon for some new matte lipsticks and for a tutorial on applying eyeshadow. Nice work Ulta staff.P.S. Stock more Donnas Recipe and Pattern. Wesley Chapel and its surrounding areas are much more multicultural and diverse now. Nicole gave me an amazing blowout for my cousins wedding. I have curly hair. It didnt frizz up when it sprinkled outside because of the products she used. Mia was extremely kind with helping me pick a foundation and moisturizing lip tint. I dont know anything about makeup. She gave me good tips and was very patient. She even applied the foundation and some eye shadow for me! I left ulta feeling awesome. Thanks ladies!

I’ve been coming to the Salon at Wesley Chapel, FL for over three years. I had just moved to Florida without know a soul so didn’t have any trusted recommendations. Ulta made my first appointment with Maria and she is the BEST! Curly hair is so hard to manage and maintain. Then add in colors and cuts for a full & round face - makes for a tough job. Maria has always done a fantastic job. Her “beside chair” treatment is also great. She easily makes you feel like a friend when in her chair. Another stylist whom I’ve never had an appointment with but see her working with other clients, Jenny, also does great work. These ladies make you feel like an afternoon with friends and you walk out looking and feeling great! Highly recommend!

Eva (the skin specialist) helped me find what I was looking for when it came to finding a good skincare routine for my skin while on accutane. She was so committed & helpful to get products that would work for me & also shared that her daughter went through something similar. It was absolutely the most delightful experience Ive ever had in an Ulta. The guy who first offered to help me admitted that he didnt know much about skincare so he directed me to Eva which I really appreciated that. Would recommend to anyone who wants to change their skincare routine with excellent professional help. She was very caring + sweet 💗

I love Ulta. They have a wide variety of products, the store is always clean and there is always an employee making sure you’ve received help. This particular store has improved over the years. I use to feel like the employees were very snobby and I did not feel comfortable asking for help. Now, I don’t even hesitate to ask for help and when I did the employee knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. The cashier was very friendly, as well. She even suggested that I check the palette to make sure there was no damage to the product before leaving the store. I’ve worked retail and know that she did not have to take the extra step to make sure my purchase/visit was pleasant.

Great place that has a large selection of beauty and skin products with good prices and deals. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find what I needed plus the place smells great when you walk it! My one and only complaint is they did not have soap so I can wash my hands in the womens restroom. The bottles were there but empty. They just need to keep up with the soap and hand sanitizer if they have it. Because of this virus going around people are washing their hands more often and you want them to so please keep up with the soap. This is crucial to your customers, employees and the business. Thanks Ulta Beauty. Other than that one mistake your stores are great! ❤❤❤

During a sale any Ulta store can be chaotic. That being said, the employees do their best to acknowledge everyone as they arrive and offer as however you need. Inventory can be an issue as there is often a shortage of one product or another, but the staff is always quick to help with an online order that usually includes free shipping and is time efficient.

Ive gotten my hair cut here for over a year now and I love it. This Ulta salon sure knows how to pamper, and Ive never met a worker that wasnt helpful, friendly, and willing to explain products to a customer. They also have a greater variety than other makeup stores because they sell drugstore brands as well as high end stuff, so theres something in almost everyones price range.

Christian is hands down the best person I’ve ever had cut and blow dry my hair. He listened to me completely and even recommended how much to cut in his professional opinion and also what shampoo, conditioner, and leave in I should use and I bought all three. Maria SNAPPED on my hair yesterday. Asked her to do a gloss and a last minute trim for my hair & she was ON IT. I do recommend booking your haircut at the same time as your other services; in case your stylist is busy and has other clients coming in. Don’t inconvenience them. Maria just luckily had some extra time and fit the trim in. She went off on my hair though! I’m so happy with the outcome and she’s now the only person allowed to touch my hair lol. Love this store. The employees are super friendly, and I cannot recommend the salon enough! Samantha has cut and colored my hair several times, and always goes out of her way to make sure I am happy. Ive even come for late appointments and shell keep working past store close - even when I tell her she doesnt need to blow dry or style since its so late. My hair type is normal but I have a ton of it, with plenty of frizz and damage. My hair is so much healthier now thanks to Samantha.

Ive been using Jason at this location for about 2 months now. He is phenomenal. I did not know how to describe how I wanted my haircut so I took him a picture of what I wanted it to look like and he did a perfect job. He knows his stuff. Im the kind of guy that ifIm going to have to sit in a chair while someone cuts my hair for 20 to 30 minutes I dont want it to be boring. Jason makes it anything but boring. He is a great guy with an excellent attitude and he is well skilled in what he does. Not only do I go to him to have my hair cut but my wife goes to him to have hers cut as well and to have hers colored also. My kids go to Jason as well and everyone is thrilled with the job that he does. I would recommend him for sure.

It’s an awesome place with great staff! I went in to get a free 15-minute eyeshadow makeup session with Savannah and she was FABULOUS! She took her time with me and was very kind and skilled at what she was doing! I appreciate the accommodation and the help with getting my makeup done for a photoshoot. I highly recommend y’all stop in here for whatever makeup, hair, face needs you have. If you’re wanted a makeup session, ask for Savannah with Clinique! She’s the best!

I want nothing more than to give Arelene a million stars for being an absolute gem and pleasure to have spent my birthday with. She was so incredibly patient, kind, thoughtful, caring and empathetic when it came to my experience and budget. She worked with me through and through. After having a traumatizing experience at the Wiregrass with Raed, who burned my entire scalp, bleached my entire head for over an hour when parts were already level 10s and then verbally threatened and cussed me out-I had lost all hope in finding someone that would be able to take care of me. Arlene heard, really HEARD me and worked so unbelievably hard to ensure I was taken care of, that my hair would turn out how I was hoping for and checked in with me every 10 minutes asking if my scalp was okay. To say this woman went above and beyond is a complete understatement. She treated me with so much dignity and respect, it restored my faith. You can truly see her integrity and love for her job. Id like to give a shoutout to Sabrina as well, whom did my consultation the day before and was super knowledgeable as well and such a blast to talk to. This location right here is going to remain my go-to for all of my future hair needs. Please, please reach out to Arlene and know you will get taken care of and have an absolute amazing experience!!!

I rated Ulta a 4 out 5 because the store was a little disheveled and a few of the products I liked were out of stock, with only a tester on the shelf. I appreciated the variety of high quality products, which was refreshing compared to going to a Walgreens, Walmart or CVS. Brooke helped my sister and me pick out some new products; she was super knowledgeable and friendly. All-in-all, we left happy!

Ulta in Wesley Chapel, Fl -The Groves has excellent service as well as their superb salon! I took my child there as her hair became very matted and unmanageable. First met with Kaitlyn who reviewed her hair, and advised me that it probably would not be a good idea if she attempted to fix it. Which I highly appreciated,Instead of her trying to do it when she wasn’t comfortable and that she would do the best job, but she did recommend an appointment with Robbie. It took a while but Robbie persisted she was able to save more of her hair than we thought possible and gave her a really cute cut and treatment. My child was thrilled as were we. What a great experience I had at Ultas at the Grove in Wesley Chapel, FL as always but THIS time was over the top and I HAD to write this review. I am a regular there and always purchase certain items I only get at Ulta, well they discontinued my color (Whyyyy Ulta Whyyyyyyy???) and L.A aka Lori-Anne and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to help find a substitute lipstick to satisfy the color I could no longer get, the attention to help said ,We have to find this lipstick! LOL! I was just AMAZED at their willingness to help me find what I was looking for; I wasnt demanding it, I wasnt one of those crazy customers, I just had to look for a new lipstick that I was stuck on and their customer service was 5-STAR!! The range and selection of beauty products is massive. In addition, signing up as a club member earns $$ for every purchase that you make and you can then use on future purchases. This includes premium brand names.

Taylor Santos in the Salon at Ulta is the BEST colorist in the industry! She understands the chemical formulations of Redkin hair color like a science so your hair color will be better than any other stylist will attempt to do. If you want the best possible color for your hair I HIGHLY recommend that you book an appointment with Taylor!
