Just went in for a trim, Not happy my hair is not even cut straight in the back. When put up in a pigtail it’s so uneven. How can someone mess up cutting 2 inches off on a simple haircut with no style?This is the reason my daughter stop going there with her long hair. Several of stylists can’t even cut straight even when it comes yo a simple haircut.

The one down the street in Tampa is $5 less for a senior haircut. I don’t understand why this place here is more money. It’s still Supercuts. oh well. Prices tripled since I have been going to Supercuts, Im not happy about paying $24 or a Haircut when I used to pay $9.95 up to $14.95 and keeps going up.. Also used to get $3 to $5 Coupons ea month for Discount now 0. now they sent me email and texts and never have a coupon with it. What a waste. If there’s no coupons, don’t send me mail.

I’m usually weary of going to fast haircut places like Supercuts but let. Me. Tell. You. My hair was blunt cut, like, 2 layers, straight across, down to my waist. I cut it to just below my armpit with a tiered layering in the front. Jessica, the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and asked more questions about how I wanted it that I didn’t even think about. She did AMAZING. I haven’t cut my hair this short in about a decade. I was so happy with the cut I cried. 10/10 recommend Jessica at Superclips. She’s also very warm, friendly, and just seems very grounded. I felt very comfortable. Love love love her; love this haircut.

I have been going here for years. I have always had pretty good experiences. Their service is very quick and very good. Just recently they have gotten a few new employees, and they are awesome! The day that I came in, it was actually pretty busy, and somebody what’s quick to address me, and told me that I needed to make an appointment. I was only sitting for maybe two or three minutes before they came up. They were asking everybody if they were waiting on someone, had a reservation, or were a walk in. Very attentive and very efficient! When I came back an hour later, the stylists recognized me and kindly asked me to sit while they finished with the current customer. I only sat for a few minutes, and the stylists were very talkative and welcoming to not only the people in the chairs, but also the ones sitting. Once I was in the chair, I explained that I simply wanted a trim, and he got to work immediately. I have wavy/curly, breast length hair. At some quick service hair cutters, they can be a little rough with my hair, and treat it like they would straight hair. But here, they made sure to fully wet my ends, keeping my middle and roots completely dry. There was no tugging or painful detangling. I asked the stylist to only trim my split ends, and that I wanted to keep as much length as possible, as long as it was healthy hair. He explained to be how he would cut off an inch to start, then see how I liked it, which was very nice. During the process, the stylist was very nice, talkative, and made for a great experience. The stylist right next to us also talked to us, and it was a very positive, naturally flowing conversation, and I left feeling very confident and happy. I’m excited to come back!

The haircut I got was fine and just what I asked for. The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five is that their pandemic sign in procedure was on three different signs and they didnt follow it. The signs, one on the outside of the door, one on a freestanding sign inside the door, and another taped to the desktop where you sign in... all said to sign in and wait outside or enjoy the shopping plaza and they would call you when it was your turn. So I did just that.When I signed in they said it would be 10 or 15 minutes. When I didnt hear from them in about 15 minutes I went back. I was greeted with somebody that said Oh, we thought you left. And they were cutting the persons hair who had come in behind me.I pointed out to them that they had three signs with protocols. I had followed the protocols. They said Oh yeah we need to take those signs down. Were not doing that anymore.It would have been helpful to have been told that. No big deal, just a time delay. But I really didnt get any kind of apology just an excuse.

Jessica is the best and the most friendly hairstylist at the Supercuts at1924 Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel. Highly recommended her. When I find someone who will cut my hair to my liking, I stay with them for years. I have been with her for over two years now and won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She is fantastic!
