I have long thick curly hair. I always feel a little anxious when trying a new salon but Rose did an amazing job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and checked in with me as she was cutting. She helped me find some products for my curls and I have honestly never been happy with a new cut! I will definitely be back to see Rose.

Brittany is such a great person to work with! I’ve gone to her twice now and both times she’s been very attentive to my needs and wants for haircuts and colors. I trust her suggestions for coloring and they turn out great! The atmosphere is so welcoming too. I couldn’t recommend this place or Brittany enough. She did my split color today and even suggested doing darker ends to ombre my red and it was perfect!

I moved to Florida at the end of 2021. I gave this salon a try and my first experience was with Ms Jennifer Austin and I don’t regret it. Ms Austin has a great personality, is very friendly, professional, always listen to what you want, good communication skills, detail oriented and have an eye for what looks good. I could not be happier with my results every time I get my haircut. I always feel great after getting my haircut. My family of 5 get haircuts with her. The salon is clean and organized.

Rose was amazing and gave me the exact hair cut I was looking for! I went in for a simple trim, layering, and to get my bangs cut, and she was so wonderful from start to finish in understanding what it was that I wanted to achieve for my hair. She and another lady (Im not sure if I caught her name) were also very helpful and understanding when I had difficulties with my payment, allowing me to make it to work on time and pay this morning. Ill have to stop in soon to tip Rose, as I couldnt afford much more than the standard hair cut price but she did such an amazing job! While I would say that the price is a bit high, I expect its the same way with any other nearby competing hair salons, and in the end it is worth it anyways because Rose and the rest of the SmartStyle team are all great at what they do. Ill be back! 💇‍♀️❤️

Moving to Florida and finding a good hair stylist was very hard for me, Then Jennifer Austin came into my life. WOW! She is amazon, she is spot on, with cuts, styles and my COLOR is great. I leave the salon and get nothing but complements.The manager Jen T is always very friendly I have seen her work as well and she also does great work.If you dont want a cookiecutter hair style or an old time style I would say either one of these stylist can do it hands down.I Love the pinks, blue and green colors styles the do - Wish I had the nerve to pull it off, I dont so I do peek-a-boos at times.I have recommended Jennifer to everyone I have come in contact with. My husband sees here also. My parents moved to Florida and my mother now see Jennifer A, My sister and her family moved to Florida and also now see Jennifer A, I have several employees that travel over an hour to see Jennifer A.

My long-time Stylist left Florida last year. I tried five other salons in Wesley Chapel and was not satisfied. We shop at the Wal-Mart on S.R. 54 and one day, on the way out of the store, I noticed the Smart Style Salon.I was so happy to discover Jennifer Austin and became her client. Shes not only a delightful person, she is a great sylist and colorist. I like my hair lightened with foil. Jennifer has a deft touch. Whenever she does it, the color looks great, blending in and augmenting the natural color variations in my hair, and brightening it all up. She does excellent haircuts as well. Ive given her somewhat free reign to try some new styles on me several times - both longer and shorter, and they looked great - complimenting the shape of my face. I just LOVE HER!! she is an amazing person and her personality just adds the icing to the cake!! but what I love is how knowledgeable she is when it comes to hair products! And hair period!! I’ve been natural for going on Four years now and I was having trouble with finding products to keep my hair moisturized, Chasity was able to help me find an amazing product that worked well for my hair!! The attitude is pretty good but the skill is just ok. I asked the barber to cut and copy the hairstyle of a girl I got from the Internet. She said she had done this style many times. She strived but the result was not very satisfying. The bang was not really straight horizontally. The hair on the ears was not the same length. In general, the hairstyle I got is fairly different from the model one.
