First customer here but it won’t be the last! I had Jasmine and she was awesome! Her voice is so calming and her touch was very light. I felt relaxed and loved the attention to detail she had. I’m very happy with the way my lashes came out!The facility is nice and clean. My only gripe that I had was the A/C was broken so the office was warm despite fans running. I think in the future it would have been nice to alert incoming customers the issue going on because some people may not want to be there for 1-2 hours in those conditions.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the team here at amazing lash studio! The ladies here keep a very beautiful, clean, and classy shop. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The waiting area provides beverages and merchandise to browse. The individual private rooms are very comfortable and relaxing! Each room has dim lights, relaxing music, a table bed, and a comfy cozy blanket to use during the visit.HEATHER is the master tech that I have seen now twice. She is professional, courteous, and listen and looks at what you want for your lash style. Heather is able to fix it and resolve any issues or questions 100%.The ladies at the front desk are very knowledge on their products and services and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Hannah is amazing! I have had a lot of issues with lash retention with other estheticians in the past and she honestly resolved that problem, she also educated me how to properly wash/care for my lashes. What I really appreciate the most is that she writes notes about her clients to always remember what products and adhesive to use on them to avoid having allergies and it just helps the client to not feel like they constantly have to remind the esthetician their allergies/sensitivities to the products. If you are looking for a good lash artist definitely book with Hannah, she is a true professional and will make your experience of getting lashes done feel amazing 🤍🫶

I honestly do not know who hired that manager with extremely short hair working the front desk, but it seems like she has no idea what’s going on. When it comes to explaining the terms of my contract, she seems to be so lost. Any time I come in and she’s there, I always seem to have a problem in one way or another. She basically embarrassed me in front of another customer during my last visit making it seem like there was an issue with my account and insinuated that I would have to pay for this appointment. All she needed to ask was if I would authorize them to run my card today to obtain credit for this appointment. Instead she told me she’d have to “review” my account when I knew there wasn’t ever a problem to begin with! All of this took place in front of another customer, which to me was highly inappropriate. I almost wanted to cancel my membership because of her, but I absolutely adore my lash tech and couldn’t imagine looking for anyone else. If I continue to have an issue every time that woman is running the desk, I’m going to have to cancel my membership. Other than this issue, I’ve never been so satisfied with my lashes before. The cleanliness of the facility is superb. I like being a customer there, but that manager has to go!

Kudos to an amazing job! This was my first time trying the full set of lashes and it will not be my last. The Amazing Lash studio team in Wesley Chapel was phenomenal!! My experience was great from the beginning to end . It started when I was greeted at the front desk by Kamani and experienced a 2 hour relaxing and soothing session with the lash stylist Stephanie. Stephanie was gentle to the touch and was very knowledgeable and experienced. It was great to also receive a courtesy follow up call on how to maintain the lashes from Kamani and the manager Amber to ensure my end to end first experience was great!

I love this place! This is the first time I’ve ever had lash extensions and was apprehensive when I called for more information. I spoke with Amber and she was outstanding. She answered all my questions and even offered up personal experiences with her own lashes. I was scheduled an appointment later that week with Alyssa. I was still a tad nervous On appointment day but Alyssa listened to what I wanted and gently and meticulously applied the most amazing lashes EVER!! I will definitely be back for refills and look forward it!

Love Alyssa J.I have been a loyal and faithful client to this location for over a year. My lash Stylist Alyssa J is simply amazing. She knows just what to do to enhance what I already have and I have nothing but praises to sing about her. However, the front desk assistant manager (thats who they told me she was) left a bitter taste in my mouth today. It started with the phone call to ask me if I was still coming. I advised that I would be there shortly and she proceeded to tell me that if I wasnt there by 12:15, that I would be made to reschedule and I reiterated that I would be right there and ended the call. Upon my arrival....3 minutes later, I was greeted by said individual who proceeded to tell me that if I would have come two minutes later she would have made me reschedule. As I was sitting there, with my sunglasses still on, I looked at her in a state of disbelief because I couldnt believe that she actually fixed her mouth to talk to me in that time. So I let it slide. Then after that she dismissively told me/instructed me to go wash my lashes. At this point I was frustrated and said as I walked past her that I am too old to be scolded. At this point I kept it moving and she came to the entrance way of the servicing area and questioned, What did you say? I responded and let her know, I am too old to be scolded! Her response was its our policy. At this point in order to diffuse the situation and also so I wouldnt come out of a bag, I told her to shush ..i shushed her.. Now mind you, I dont have a problem with the policy, if I did, I would not patronize the business or pay for my membership and faithfully come every two weeks for over a year. It was how she said what she said. Let me repeat myself, it was not what she said, it was how she said what she said. Ones tone of voice and body language is everything. Im not sure what this young womans challenge was today, but I will tell you that customer service is what sets a business apart from other businesses offering the same service. In the vicinity of where the studio is located, there are countless other salons that offer the same service. However, they dont have Alyssa J and for her alone, I come and utilize the services offered at this location. To speak with Kimani and the new lady is always a pleasure when I come in. This was the first time Ive seen you, but Im obliged to say that if I do see you again, I hope that you will have your best foot forward and providing an excellent service experience. I was glad the new young lady was there to check me out and schedule my next appointment. Because I dont think it would have been a good thing to further engage. Rather than say I wont be back, I hope this will serve as a teachable moment to assist you with improving your customer service skills.
