Went in to get my eyebrows done which I haven’t done in 5 years since moving here. I was a little hesitant but Angie was phenomenal! She is very gentle and walks you through everything. She’ll start the process by discussing everything with you with a mirror in hand. Definitely recommend Angie and I will definitely be going back!

I typically NEVER leave reviews, but I can’t give enough highlight to Angie! I have been waxing for going on 4 years now, and recently wanted to try other alternatives due to the experiences I’ve continuously went through with waxing. However, a girlfriend of mine couldn’t shed enough light to Angie that I had to try waxing one more time.I came in extremely nervous and already in a sweat due to what I am use to, but this angel of a woman changed my mind. You will not feel rushed like you are just a time slot! She is a perfectionist and educated me! I left so relaxed, confident, comfortable, and truly with the most positive experience.

WOW!! What an amazing experience. A friend was telling me about a Nostril waxing, so my wife and I had some time to kill, so I googled who did that service in the area and I found Angie, she took me in as a walk in and she treated my wife and I like we have known her forever, would say she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The first time I went to get waxed by Angie I was in love. She’s so sweet, by far one of the best waxing experiences I ever had. The space was clean. Oh I forgot to mention the most important part, there was no hairs left behind, she made sure to take all the hairs off (something I’ve never experienced before). And not to mention, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Book with Angie, I promise you will NOT regret it. I can’t wait until I get serviced by her again.

Wow! here is my honest opinion on my first experience at Waxing in the Chapel… I have never felt so comfortable getting waxed. Angela spoke to me throughout the whole process and brought the mirror over for me to make sure I approved of where she wanted to wax and the design. That made me feel valued and not rushed. Angela is the sweetest as well made me feel like I was talking to an aunt lol. I already booked my next appointment and even trying something new. I am excited to continue going to Waxing in the Chapel in the future. I think I finally found my waxing spot! Thank you Angela, you were amazing!!

Angie is the best! I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for over a decade and there is no one who does them as well as Angie. I didn’t know Brazilian waxes could be painless until I found her ( so grateful I did!). We also have the best chats and we just laugh and talk about life, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable. I definitely recommend her!

I visited Angela on Saturday, 02.17.2024. The appointment was excellent! Angela surprised me by having baby wipes and a towel readily available before my procedure started. I have only had wipes available at one other appointment in my nearly 15 years of having waxing done in the states of Florida, Missouri and Texas. Angela stepped out when I undressed and I had the towel to cover myself up with as she knocked and entered when I said COME IN. Angela is the first person to ever offer a towel to cover myself up with - kind of like the doctor gives you a sheet at pap smear appointments. The towel and the wipes spoke volumes about Angelas respect for her clients. Angelas waxing technique was gentle and swift! She made me feel comfortable and welcome in her cozy space. A main difference between Angela and others - only have to visit Angela every 5 weeks vs 4 weeks with everyone else. Glad I found Angela and look forward to booking a second appointment....a third appointment.....and a grand future of appointments. Next time I am going to let her tackle my brows and mustache too ha-ha!

Angie is the best! Ive been seeing her for almost 11 years, first in Virginia and now in Florida. As others have said, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, not necessarily an easy task given some of the positions you may find yourself in. I would recommend her for all of your waxing needs. Im so glad she moved down to Florida.

My first time waxing was soooooooo comfortable and easy with Angela. Literally in and out in 20 minutes for a full brazilian! As a first timer I was so nervous especially for such a sensitive area but she was so thorough and you can tell she loves what she does. So inexpensive and so easy and so fast. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!!

This was the first time I’ve ever been waxed and it was a Brazilian at that. I had been nervous walking into the appointment and Angela made me feel comfortable immediately- I was no longer nervous to be half naked. Since I have no prior experience with any waxing I have no idea if it’s just her technique or my pain tolerance but the pain was 100% tolerable (and I have coarse hair). I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I wont be looking for anyone other waxing technician, Angela was amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their wax at Waxing in the Chapel - especially nervous first timers like I was!!

Waxing in the chapel is the best waxing place hands down! I always feel so welcomed and always leave feeling balder than an eagle!!! Angie always waxes in style and she makes you feel like you’re swimsuit model ready. The aesthetic of the place just makes you feel like you’re in a spa. I have never once felt uncomfortable while getting a Brazilian because she keeps me laughing up a storm. Waxing in the Chapel and Angie will always have my heart 💜been with her since 2017, highly recommended!!!

Angie is the ONLY person in all of Tampa that I let wax me! I’m a long-time waxing supporter who moved from Miami in early March. Formerly a loyal UniKWax girl, there aren’t any of those located in the 813 - so I did my research and found Angie. Not only does she have the personality of an angel, but her waxing skills are out of this world. No issues with melanated skin and very meticulous with her work, I have always left happy and with a perfectly smooth full Brazilian that lasts no less than 2 weeks. She is quick, pretty painless, and has her own unique techniques that should be common law in the land of beauty. Just go! Tell her Bianca sent you. You’re welcome.
