I was seen by Aditi Mas, PA today at the Wesley Chapel location for an annual skin check and acne consultation. Aditi was fast and efficient with my skin check. She answered all my questions about any spots I was concerned about. She also did a consultation for some hormonal acne I have been experiencing and recommended/prescribed products that were very cost effective. Overall she was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! I would recommend her to all my friends!

Ive been a patient here for about 2 years. I started going here for hair loss/regrowth issues and have remained a patient ever since. I was given a treatment program that has shown outstanding results. The staff is friendly and I like that I can communicate with the office via text message rather than waiting for a callback and whatnot. My doctor is Jignesh and I would highly recommend him and the staff at the Wesley Chapel location.

I am not one to go to a doctor, and if Im being honest, I had only been to a dermatologist one other time in my life. I have spent my entire life in the sun and more importantly, unprotected from the sun. When I went to my first visit I wasnt sure what to expect, and all I can say is that from the very first visit with Amy to my surgeries with Dr. Amby to my skin graft that was done by JP, I was treated in a manner that made me feel so comfortable that I will never again be hesitant to go to the doctor. The graft on my nose had me very nervous and I will tell you that with JP there was nothing to ever worry about, he was very friendly and in only 4 weeks time you can barely tell that a skin graft was done. If you are like I was and are second guessing going to the dermatologist let me reassure you there is nothing to worry about. The staff at 360 from the front desk, the doctors, nurses, and everyone else you come in contact with are great! I highly recommend this group!

I recently went in to 360 Dermatology at the referral fromMy PCP. My experience was beyond good. Dr.Ambay was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and her expertise in her craft was life changing and most likely life saving for me. Five stars and a thank you doesn’t adequately describe how grateful I am.The entire practice at 360 was and has been very accommodating , understanding and extremely polite and personal with me. The practice facility in Wesley Chapel and land o lakes were extremely clean and set up very professionally.Lastly Dr Augilla was also a tremendous doc with great bedside manner . Living here in Florida I recommend regular dermatology screening and highly recommend going to 360 Dermatology and Dr Ambay. They’re the Best!!!

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Jignesh Parvadia (JP) APRN-C for all he has done for me. Not only has he essentially saved my life through multiple melanoma surgeries, but his passion expressed to me through his skills as a surgeon and compassion as a person has truly changed my life.After weight loss a couple of years ago I noticed my skin sagging around my face and neck. While spending time during multiple visits for skin cancer screening and removal, I learned about threading so I met with JP who assured me he can make a difference and that he did! I was amazed at the results! I plan to use this as a catalyst to get back to weight loss focused on health and well-being. I’ve been a patient of 360 for a good while. I have to give much praise for Aditi Patel PA-C. I have horrible skin issues and she has single handedly helped me get through it. Aditi takes her time, answers questions and then educates you on any issues you may have. She has figured out my skin problems where others in the past at other clinics couldn’t. Her bedside manner is truly phenomenal, she makes you feel so comfortable. With Aditi you are not a number you are a person. She has called me multiple times checking on me to make sure all is good. She has started seeing my teenage daughter for her acne and treats her the same way. I was very comfortable talking with Ashleigh. She was wonderful. My procedure was done on 11/30/2018It was done by Dr. Ambay & Natalie. They were very compassionate & caring throughout the procedure. I also had interaction with Angela at the front desk. She helped me with my post procedure products. There was another staff member, I am sorry I didnt get her name. she made me a wonderful cup of tea. They were running a little behind but that didnt even matter because the wait was very relaxing. Dr. Ambay is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate physician. She certainly knows how to hire staff to represent her in a very positive way. I have been treated by Dr Ambay and now Dr Harb since 2016 for skin cancers. Dr Ambay has built a staff with expertise and experience which is unbeatable. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with first class service each and every time you go. The facility is wonderful and almost new. The nurses, med techs and other support staff are very knowledgeable, listen well and show they care about you as a patient.I used to live in Land O Lakes and moved about 2 hours north in late 2017. I never even considered a new dermatologist. I happily drive the 2 hours each way because I know and trust the care I receive will always be in my best interest. In my opinion there isn’t a better dermatologist practice.

Dr. Ambay performed Mohs surgery on a very large squamous cell carcinoma on my leg in April. Because of the size, the Mohs took two nearly full days before all markers were negative. Jignesh Parvadia (JP) was tasked with closing the crater left from the excision. Because of my reaction to epi, he was not able to do a flap-closure as he had planned and had to do a straight incision closure. JP worked a true miracle (while standing on a broken foot)! I had absolutely no complications and the incision has healed beautifully! I highly recommend Dr. Ambay for Mohs and JP for closures!

They were so compassionate & caring throughout the whole procedure. Brenna stepped in to help and she too followed in the footsteps of Dr Ambay & Natalie, compassionate & caring. Angela at the front desk helped me with post procedure products. There was another staff member, I am sorry I did not get her name, but she made me a wonderful cup of tea! Dr. Ambay spotted a very small freckle (that I never noticed) which ended up being a serious cancer that she had to surgically remove. The care and follow-up was impressive. I was referred to Dr. Ambay for a Mohs procedure due to an extended trip scheduled to Florida from Illinois.A thumb nail size cancerous area in the middle of my forehead was addressed and removed by Dr. Ambay resulting in a wound slightly larger than a half dollar requiring three layers of stitches. Vanessa did an absolute remarkable job of stitching up the wound, resulting in a barely noticable line. Follow up care was on a nearly daily phone call for the next two weeks.
