    Cynthia was great. She applied pressure & worked several knots out of my shoulders & neck without being too rough. I peppered her with questions that I had. She was patient and willing to educate me. She addressed all of my concerns. She was respectful & professional in the way that she handled me. I got the impression that she has been doing this for a long time. Sheā€™s great at what she does.

    I took a bad fall well over a month ago and suffered whiplash in my neck and shoulder muscles. I am currently working with a physical therapist, but I thought a deep tissue massage might speed up the healing process.To my rescue came Michelle. She worked diligently on my neck and shoulder muscles for a solid hour. I do think this helped, and if I was going to be in this area for a while, I would be making a following up appointment.Highly recommend Massage Envy to anyone considering a theraputical massage or just a relaxing massage.

    I am mostly on my feet at work, which causes much tightness around my lower back, calves and shoulders. This has been an ongoing issue for me. Tracy listened to my concerns and addressed them. In the end, I was relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this therapist! He is an expert at this!

    I went to massage Envy yesterday and this was definitely no run of the mill massage. My massage therapist Sheila is a true healer!! We talked a little about where my pain is and what my profession is and she just intuitively knew exactly what to do!! She was able to release years worth of stuck energy, stress, tension, and physical & emotional pain in just a 60-minute massage. Iā€™m truly grateful & I cannot wait to book with her again šŸ’«

    Leigh Ann was amazing, my wifes facial was very relaxing, informative and as my wife said, She was so loving, caring, and so soothing. Membership is the way to go(Update)Victoria is awesome, polite, very informative, gentle but effective, master of her craft. She has become my wifes and I go to, she did both our first massages ever, and does a great job. We only did hour sessions, trust its not long enough, but Victoria is thorough, attentive to your reactions, never felt like she rushed, you will leave very pleased and addicted. Services from facial, to back facial, and massages, every visit has been enjoyable and results were noticeable upon completion.

    Writing this after my first visit - the massage therapist Sharon clearly knows what sheā€™s doing. She follows the body and treats what needs to be treated rather than just performing the same techniques on both sides. Iā€™ve had many massage therapists over the years and I can tell when they are well trained and experienced and intentional. Sharon is one of them.

    This was the first time visiting the Wesley Chapel Massage Envy location. I have previously frequented a Massage Envy in another state.I was warmly welcomed and checked out by Christy. Nola, my therapist, was wonderful. She has such an engaging spirit and a calm, soothing voice as she gently stretched my body. I felt so relaxed, like a natural high, when I left AND she helped me find my *bliss*. I recommend this location and will return.

    I came to my appointment on the wrong day and they just so happen to have a canceled appt and an open slot for Elizabeth who id never seen or had a massage with. The receptionest suggested seeing her and im telling you, BEST RECOMMENDATION EVER! Thank you Elizabeth you will now be my new go to!!!

    I have scheduled appointments with multiple staff members and all of them have been very kind and courteous. Each person brings a unique experience and I havenā€™t had a negative experience. My best experience was with Barbara. I really enjoyed her methods and pressure. I reluctantly accepted her offer of a head and face massage and boy am I glad I did! That was incredible. I liked that she started me on my back which usually Iā€™m started on my stomach and I ended on my stomach for my 90 minute massage so I could really melt into the face cushion towards the end there with how great the massage was. I almost canceled my 6 month membership now that itā€™s ended just for personal finances but Iā€™m keeping it for another future 90 minute session with Barbara!

    Shelia is outstanding. I have seeing her seven plus years. Never a bad session. I do two hour sessions.As for Massage Envy (ME) Wesley Chapel, I do not recommend using this location. I will be ending my 20 plus years as a customer. Over time, management has taken service in a negative direction. The loyalty to the customer is absolutely horrible. Tried to not honor payments from Covid shutdown, meaning i paid for two memberships for eleven months. Another issue is not honoring credits if you dont have an active credit card in the system. Basically, the customer prepays for service than management refuses to honor your payment unless they have an active card n their system. Very shady practice.

    Sheila is hands down amazing! She sees your bodyā€™s tension even before she touches you. She pays attention to the knots and tension spots you have. - I would like to say sheā€™s ok so that way I could have time on her schedule bc she books out fast. But- the right thing to do is let everyone know about her. Massages for me are a necessity they help me function bc of all that I have. My visits allow me to function above my Normal baseline. She went through and found problem areas with a massage before she used the gun and then went back to those areas. She also found time to massage the forehead and temple areas.     Annie is truly a gem! I have been receiving facials from her for almost 2 years and I couldnā€™t recommend her more! When I first came to her I was dealing with hormonal cystic acne, uneven skin texture (oily and dry patches), and in need of an improved skincare routine. She not only gave me the care and attention I needed but within 3 months (3 visits) had reduced my acne by more then half, allowed my skin to glow and recover, plus gave me a recommended skin care routine that I could follow at home and was the right price point for me! Now, here we are 2 years later and I wear makeup less then I ever have because Iā€™m just that confident in my skin!! That confidence even allowed me to feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day knowing that under the makeup was healthy and happy skin!P.S. Annieā€™s personality is delightful! She is kind, funny and can chat about anything. Her warm and positive energy only adds to the 60-minute session and you walk away feeling like you chatted with a friend! She is an expert you can trust :)

    Deanna is the only reason I drive from plant city to Wesley chapels location. Iā€™m not sure what the technique is that she uses, but every time I see her my low back pain gets better within a few hours and Iā€™m back in the game.
