    Dr. Troiano is an absolute master in her field. She performed my facelift and has added some enhancements to complete the look, achieving flawless results! I am thrilled with her work; she adopts a perfectionist approach and dedicates ample time to each patient. Her bedside manner is impeccable—she truly cares about her patients, taking time to explain and educate you at every step of the process. I wholeheartedly recommend her for this type of surgery and services. Dr. Troiano is not only an amazing doctor but also a wonderful human being.

    I had an excellent experience with Troiano Facial Plastics. Dr. Troiano and her assistant, Kimberly, were professional from start to finish. I went into my appointment with a lot of questions about the different treatments available to address my areas of concern. Dr. Troiano was patient and thorough. She walked me through each procedure in detail and was able to translate medical terms into terms I could easily understand. This is important to me when opting for treatments that alter my physical appearance. It helps me get comfortable with the decisions I’m making. Dr. Troiano also provided me with knowledge on other treatments to consider for more permanent solutions down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m looking forward my next appointment with Dr. Troiano’s practice.

    Dr. Troiano is a little GEM! She is a perfectionist which makes her work perfect and even more than expected! She is an all star and on top of the newest trends and equipment in the field. What I like best is she is honest and takes her time to make you look your best. She caters to what is best for you as an individual. Since we are all different this matters so we can look our own best and she does this through her work. I have gone to other doctors and places and she stands out because there is no rushing and you are valued as a patient. Dr. Troiano and her staff are professional, kind, helpful and beautiful! Highly recommend and proud to give them 5 stars, wish I could give 6!

    Dr Troiano is really nice, and did a beautiful job on my chin/neck liposuction. My experience has been great, no complaints. Anytime I have any questions she answers everything and reassures me. I definitely recommend her. Also, Kimberly, who works the front,Is great too! She helped me with appointments and helped me make sure the process, payments and everything gets done and it’s easy. The office is nice and pretty as well.Thank you so much 😊 💕

    Dr. Troiano is AMAZING! She listened to all of my concerns and actually explained everything. Everything turned out better than I could have even imagined. I will never see anyone else again! Her assistant, Kim, was also excellent. Whole office was clean, beautiful, and my experience was great from the moment I called there.

    I have wanted a rhinoplasty for over 12 years and I am so happy that coincidently, when I was ready to go through with it, Dr. Troiano was one of the first places I called. Kimberly, the office manager is AMAZING! She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, all while putting absolutely no pressure, which was very important to me. I went in for my consultation and WOW, what a beautiful office space!! Kimberly was even better in person and Dr. Troiano was everything that I wanted in a surgeon, from her specialties and broad knowledge and experience to her warm, positive personality and her esthetics! She answered all of my questions very honestly and thoroughly. What really sealed the deal for me was seeing how excited she would get talking about the surgery, her eyes lit up, her passion for this is undeniable. My surgery was spotless, I LOVE MY NEW NOSE, I could not have asked for better! And as if that wasn’t enough, I felt almost no pain afterwards, I could not believe it! It was definitely uncomfortable for the first week, but very very minimal pain, if any. Everything about my experience was a 10/10. I would 100% recommend her to everybody, it’s not easy to trust someone else with your face, so I feel VERY lucky to have found someone, she will be the only one working on my face from now on!!! I am in the process of booking an otoplasty with her and I can’t wait!

    Dr.Troiano is absolutely amazing, she did a nonsurgical rhinoplasty or “liquid rhinoplasty,” tear trough filler, lip filler, and the most amazing Botox on my forehead, crows feet, and neck. I have ZERO bruises, no pain after, absolutely impeccable results and they will even get better over time. Kim is also so kind and really helpful in the entire process as well. I love them both. I can say with certainty that I do not want my face touched by anyone else. I am so impressed and satisfied with the results, I booked additional appointments. I highly recommend Dr.Troiano!!!

    I had a liquid rhinoplasty - I was very nervous and even thought I should cancel. I didn’t like my nose, but, it is my nose and I was a bit afraid it wouldn’t look right. I was amazed!! Dr. Troiano was very comforting in that she is very subtle in making changes. She has a great eye for aesthetics and I could bit be happier with the results. She said it may even last up to two years (depending) which I am ecstatic about because I want it as permanent as possible without a full on rhinoplasty.I also had Botox while I was there for my frown lines. I’ve had Botox before which just barely erased the deep frown lines. It totally erased any trace and gave my eyelids a nice uplift as well.And Kim, her assistant, is amazing as well. Very professional and attentive!I will be going back to see her for maintenance!

    Absolutely love this office and the ladies that work in it! Dr. Troiano is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable about all the products, procedures. I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome of all of my procedures and the products I’ve received from them. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and the office is super cute and very clean. I couldn’t be happier to have found this place after moving to West Palm!! 10/10 for their services and client satisfaction!!
