Monica, Monica, MONICA!!!Ive been a member of the lash lounge for a year and a half. Prior to finding the lash lounge, I went with independent lash techs and had some pretty awful experiences. My past lash techs horror experience include caked up glue, eye infections, poor technique, back pain from hard table beds, canceling appointments day of, coughing in my face and giving me the worst cold ever, just to name a few. Fortunately, at the Lash Lounge in Winter Garden, I have not had a single bad experience, not one!! I am so happy to have found the company. I attribute my amazing experience to a couple of things.1. The service format is really good and you know exactly what youre getting. Theres no surprises or hidden agenda. The membership is straight forward. Im not a fan of monthly withdrawals from my account. But when I did the math and factored in the quality of service and convenience of never having to deal with unprofessionalism I feel like Im getting a pretty good deal.2. The comfort. I would have to schedule my chiropractor after my lash appointments for previous techs because my back would be in such pain! The beds at the Lash Lounge are top quality. They have additional pillow supports and blankets which makes the experience so much better.3. And lastly the best part of my Lash Lounge experience is my lash tech, Monica! She can do it ALL! Cat eye, bright eye, mega eye! You name it and she will make it happen. Her skill level is the best Ive seen and Ive worked with at least 5 different lash techs prior to coming to the lash Lounge. She takes such great care to understand your needs for the look you want to achieve and makes sure you have all the knowledge and tools to take care of your lashes in between appointments. Additionally, I couldnt ask for a more kind, talented, and professional person to work with.I am for sure fan of the Lash Lounge in Winter Garden and I highly recommend this location for all your lash extension needs.

I had my first ever lash lift and tint with Lizeth and I am so pleased with the result! She was very attentive and careful. It came out beautiful - natural looking, like I have mascara on without having to wear makeup. She did a great job on my eyebrow threading as well. I will have to see how long the lift/tint lasts but I would definitely go back.

My eyelash tech was Lizeth . She was awesome . I asked for a wispy hybrid look but not too full . She made me feel super comfortable. She asked me lots of questions to make sure the service I was getting was exactly what I wanted . Her hands were super soft , I barely felts a thing . The environment was super pretty and comforting . Although the session wasnt as private as Id hoped , she ensured me this was a safe and secure place . The ladies at the front desk were also super nice

The service at the Lash Lounge is fantastic! Every stylist I’ve seen has been amazing. I’ve seen Kat, a master stylist, for more than half a year. She’s absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had brow laminations, lash extensions, and now microblading done by her and every time I’ve been so happy with the results. She takes time to make sure I’m comfortable with the plan and is always clear with the process. My lashes point downward and don’t hold curl well. Kat’s work makes my eyes look big and open, could not recommend her enough!!The front desk staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. Definitely recommend them for any of your lash or brow needs!

I’m not always in town but when I get the chance, I love getting my lashes done here. The girls are so sweet and they make you feel comfortable! When I first went, Mairim did an amazing job with my hybrid lash set. It looked so natural and cute with the wispies that I asked for. I was asked to model for a trainee and everybody loved the volume cat eye look. Based on my experience here, it’s been wonderful and I can’t wait to get my lashes done again when back in the state!

**EDITED 10/03/2023The manager Alisha got in contact with me and she was absolutely lovely and understanding of the situation. She made the recommendation of either a lash lift or even a smaller lash extension so that we could really nail the look I was looking for. Though I will be giving my lashes a break, Alisha rectified the situation with such elegance, I will definitely will be giving them a second try in the near future.....Really disappointed…I had such high hopes for this place and had paid an extra $75 to get a master specialist with whom I spoke to about my concerns, the look I was going for and it just came out to look like your typical thick eyelash look that makes you look a lot more tired and make your eyes way more hooded than you wanted. Unfortunately I did this right before leaving town and had to call them not even 12 hours after getting them done to get these things off of me so I wouldn’t have these tired / hooded eyes for the weekend. They booked me the next day for a removal and was expecting to talk to someone about what really went wrong - the expectations were not met. The master stylist I had met before still didn’t seem to understand my frustration as she thought it looked great - but it still wasn’t the look I was going for. She removed them just fine but the front desk ladies were completely reluctant to the fact that there was 0 customer satisfaction and when I asked them “so I did pay over $150 for lashes that weren’t even on me a day…is it possible to get somewhat of a credit or refund so that it wasn’t a complete waste of money?” The young lady at the front desk just looked at me blankly and simply said “yes but what about the lash artists’ time?”…that still has nothing to do with customer satisfaction or the fact I just spent 3 hours in a chair for having lashes I was evidently not happy with. This shows that it is not their priority to do right by their customers…apparently the artist’ opinion is much more important than the time and money of a customer. I paid an extra amount just to make sure the service was correctly done (aka ensuring the expectations are met) and yet the establishment was reluctant to even recognize this. I asked the young lady to contact her manager and told her to give me a call back about this issue as I found it ludicrous that there wasn’t even an attempt made to help a clearly unhappy customer…and top it off I still haven’t heard back from management or anyone from Lash Lounge Winter Garden.

Especially my stylist Mairim, who not only provided satisfying results but also made me feel comfortable and informative during the process. This was very important to me since this was my first time ever getting any form of lash care. Will definitely come back in the next 6-8 weeks to get done again.

I used to go to the Dr. Phillips location but this one just opened up a few days ago and it is so much closer! I got a brow lamination and lashes done by Toni Ann and they look so amazing! Just like the Dr. Phillips location, the facility is super clean and beautiful, and the staff are very sweet. I’m so happy they opened this new location, I got their lash extension membership so I will be coming a lot more often!
