Visited today for a couples massage. Great experience. 100% recommended 👌 Appointments are suggested and walk-ins are welcome, I called early during the morning and was able to book a same day appointment. This stablishment is open 7 days a week, very clean with soothing atmosphere.They offer a variety of services such as: facials, massages, scalp treatments/massage. We relaxed and enjoyed 30 minutes body and 30 minutes foot massage combo. Prices are reasonable. The staff was cordial and respectful. Cant wait to return to my next experience 😌

Brought my blind aunt to get her first massage/facial. Staff was amazing; very accommodating and understanding. Our therapists were Grace & Mandy; both did amazing, communication was great and the understanding of the body (especially since my aunt has arthritis). I got my aunt a facial with Ms. July. She was a miracle worker; communicative, understanding and funny. All the things my aunt needed. I will definitely be coming back. Appreciate everyone 🥰 Thank you!

I have loved this place since I first stepped in the door. I fall more and more in love everytime I come. The people, the ambiance, the serenity, and the lighting is absolutely presitine. You can tell that each person that works here love what they do. They all bring something different to the table, and also everyone here is board certified; which is a big plus.I am a stickler about cleanliness, and I have to say it is very clean. The comfort level that you feel here is unmatched.I got the Thai stretching/ massage/ lymphatic drainage w/ hot stones,rose oil, and body scrub. I added on the wellness sauna treatment. I feel absolutely amazing 👏 🥰.SELF CARE IS THE BEST CARE!!!!!!! They make it happen. Please, if you are on the fence; get off and walk in to a beautiful experience you will not regret. Place was clean and service was amazing! I was able to have a 1 hour Swedish massage that included hot stones. Most places have this as an additional charge and I am so happy it was complimentary w the massage. This was one of the best massages I have had by far. I have been to the Grove Resort Spa, Shingle Creek Resort Spa, Ritz Carlton Resort Spa, and Hard Rock Resort Spa. This was amongst the top choice! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a 120 minute massage from Sarah and she was great! The entire experience was excellent. I arrived early and was immediately checked in and taken to the massage room - absolute no waiting. Sarah also arrived a little early to begin the massage. One of the best things about Herbal Health is that you get a massage for the full time you sign up for. My massage time was a full 120 minutes - none of that 10 minutes to dress/undress that cuts into your massage minutes like other places. I previously had a monthly membership at Massage Envy but canceled that so I could come here on a monthly basis. I just wish they had a membership plan for the 90 or 120 minute massage times, and not just 60 minutes.

I had a 1p.m scheduling made online. They on time and I was on the table. The facility was very clean and smelled great. My person was Tony and I received a deep tissue. It was my very first due to a shoulder injury I need to get rubbed out. While it did have its moments of discomfort the goal was achieved and the price for an hour long session was spot on. Definitely going again when necessary.

I treated myself today for all my efforts. I just had a WONDERFUL facial, foot reflexology, and herbal scalp hair treatment. Elaine and Grace were both outstanding! … and the prices were so reasonable. The setting was delightfully clean, pleasant and soothing. It is an easy drive and nice open entryway. The staff are so considerate of one another and all clients in attendance. Upon departure, I see men and women entering with poise and sense their enthusiasm for what’s in store for themselves.I wish I lived closer to return again. Grace is awesome -i pass out every time without fail! been to this place over 10x! i cant believe this is my FIRST review!place is clean, ample parking.. they have rooms for couples and singular ones.. staff are always nice, but i usually stick to one until that employee leaves or unless i move to a different location.. pricing is fair, and they have a loyalty program where when u get 10 stamps, u get $10 off next visit.. (this needs tweaking, imo)

It was Amazing!I was leery of getting one due to past experiences whereby I felt like my face was beaten up afterwards, but to my surprise this was deep without the abuse. Grace was a godsend. I was not expecting how strong she would be and she got right into my extremely tight muscles. She worked on the spots that really needed the attention for so long. I did an 60 minute appointment but it almost felt like two with how in depth it was. I can’t rave enough about this place. I also got the scalp treatment which I had really been wanting to try and so glad I did!

Ive visited a lot of spas, but this one is the best. Everything is always wonderful, and as soon as I come in, I feel at ease. The waiting area is comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, and Sara gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. Her hands are really smooth, the pressure is incredible, and I left feeling like a completely different person. I can’t wait for my next massage.

This was my First time getting a scalp & shampoo massage. Let me tell you. I upgraded so fast. That was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had!!! I ended up getting not only the scalp treatment but the massage & foot massage. Hot rocks on my back. & the Tea at the end sealed the deal. Staff was nice & I loved the decor. First visit - pretty and relaxing ambiance with delicious herbal tea. Its great to have a local place that uses Chinese medicine. The sauna capsule is intense but amazing (I only lasted 15-20 minutes but plan to go back and last longer). I had a deep tissue massage with Bruce and I feel like he got every knot out of my body 😉 I would highly recommend him if you have very tight muscles and can tolerate pressure points. I am sure their Swedish massage is just as good. I also did a foot exfoliation that was very helpful. Plan on returning and bringing others.

They hit all the spots and found some that we didnt even know were aching. They kept making sure we were okay with the pressure, but I feel like they knew exactly how much to apply. I’ve been to the spa twice. I’ve had the head spa and it was amazing. July is a wonderful tech. My sister had Ester and she was amazing. She had a facial, head spa, and foot massage. On our second visit my daughter and brother came. They loved it as well. My daughter did the head spa and foot massage. She was in heaven. My brother did the Thai massage and foot massage. The foot massage wasn’t reflexology, but it was still nice.

I would like to say I was not pressured or even asked to give a 5* review.Dont let the outside of the building make your decision to go or not. It is very clean and nice inside. This was the best massage I have ever received. I went with my husband and our two daughters and we all had the best experience. They work hard from start to finish to get your knots out! If you want a deep tissue massage this is the place to go. They dont spend all your time moving and folding the blanket like Massage Envy. I also did the herbal spa treatment that was very nice and the health benefit are even better. Everyone at Herbal Health Spa & Sauna were very friendly and helpful and listen to your needs! You also get your full time from when they start not when the tell you to undress like other places.I liked it so much and bought a year membership. Was a bit hesitant to come here. Walked in and they were so friendly. I had hair massage and shampooing. I found it a but strange she asked me to take my shirt off. (So it didn’t get wet and so she could massage my shoulders). She stood there and waited, in this open room with three other massage beds in it. Yes, there was a curtain between them. I thought it was a bit weird, but I did it. After that, I laid down, was covered with a blanket. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. As a matter of fact, during the hair massaging, shampooing neck massage and shoulder massage, I was so relaxed I fell in and out of sleep. Waking myself up by snoring a little.Elaine massaged and used pressure points on my face which made my jaw and headache pain go away.Will I be back, yes.

Elaine messaged & scratched (🤤) my scalp over and over, nourished my hair with several different products, and the warm water coming from the halo massager all around your head was unreal!!!
