    Excellent experience at Hammer and Nails Winter Garden/Hamlin! This place is top-notch from the atmosphere to the customer Service of the staff. Itā€™s easy to see that all the employees (artists) enjoys working their, and they take their time to pamper you and make you as relaxed as possible. Itā€™s a membership based manā€™s spa if you wanna call it and to it is well worth the money. The manager, Lydia is so professional and kind. I had my pedicure done by Marisol and she was amazing and we had a great during that But there are TVs in front of each station and the seats are very comfortable so you can just sit back and relax and watch the TV with the noise cancellation headphones if you choose. The next day I went and had my haircut Beard done by Angel who was very detailed and did an outstanding job. I should also recommend Kim who sold me on Joining the VIP membership versus the other two. I believe the VIP The middle of the three and it cost $129 a month and that includes three premium services and one Add-on, small service, such as a trim or touchup on your beard. This place Is exactly what every man wants But feels uncomfortable, going into a salon or a mani:pedi surrounded by females. This is a gentlemanā€™s club And I donā€™t see myself ever canceling my membership unless Their services were to change.Thanks to Lydia and her amazing team of artists!Ross

    Lillian was the BEST hairstylist I have ever seen. She is amazing professional and very pleasant to talk with. She has this incredible personality to make you feel comfortable and special!! Big Thank you Lillian. Paul was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Lillian if you are searching for a perfect hair coloring expert. Paul is artistic and cool to hairstylistā€¦.

    Iā€™ve really enjoyed this place since they opened the atmosphere is always professional yet welcoming and the staff is always attentive. Iā€™ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kylie, Leanh, and most recently Grissel all of whom were great and well informed. Not to mention the drinks are great!

The membership-based model is definitely worth the investment and has great flexibility on what services you want to use throughout the month.Kylie, at the front was super warm and welcoming and made me a fantastic old fashioned.Angel S. gave me a fantastic haircut and I was thoroughly impressed with the results.Grissel R. did my pedicure, which was my first one, and she was fantastic. She was attentive to my preferences and was determined to make me feel comfortable and understand the benefits of step in the experience. The atmosphere was so comfortable, with TVs at each station and noise-cancelling headphones if you want to really unwind, but she also carried a comfortable and welcoming conversations with me which I appreciated. I also appreciated the high-quality seating, which made the entire process even more relaxing.Lydia, the manager, is incredibly professional and kind, and also went out of her way to get feedback on my visit and experience.If youā€™re looking for a genuine a gentlemanā€™s club and want to experience true care and pampering, look no further. I used to get a haircut once a month at best and I now see myself looking forward to keep the look maintained more regularly because H&N makes it so great!     Marina has done my boyfriendā€™s hair a few times previously. She has great sportsmanship and sheā€™s very sweet and professional at that. Her work is top tier and if anything Iā€™ve never seen someone do his hair so well. Great prices an a beautiful shop. I definitely recommend Marina, to anyone who really wants what you asked for, she listens to you and takes the time to give you exactly what you want. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better barber for my man.

    Fantastic establishment. I have been obsessed with the barber experience in London and have not found anything comparable back home - enter Hammer & Nails. The monthly membership had me hesitant at first, but now I regret not being there since the beginning. Perfect for the guy who wants an elevated Barber experience. Every haircut has been great - still working through to see whos my favorite, but just had a Classic Face Treatment (mini facial) with Kylie B and will have her locked in moving forward for those services. Kylie was super friendly, knowledgeable and found the perfect social balance of not too chatty but also not too quiet. Highly recommend. ...and no complaints about the complimentary beverage before service.

    Awesome experience! Used to go to Windermere location and with this closer location, the service is just as amazing. Great haircut from Wes and pedicure from Leanh! You cant go wrong with a membership here...enjoy a drink while you relax and get great service!

Sheā€™s incredibly skilled, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfectā€”from shaping my nails to giving me a soothing foot massage. The results were flawless, and my feet have never felt so pampered. Kylieā€™s attention to detail and gentle approach truly set her apart. I always look forward to my appointments with her.     Today I received a a Classic facial from Artist G. She welcome me with a warm smile. Once in the chair she explain to me what products & steps sheā€™d be using and then proceeded to give me the best facial Iā€™ve ever had. Hands down my favorite part was the scalp/neck massage portion. Donā€™t walk, run and book her for a facial. G was amazing. Iā€™ll definitely be back.

    Such an amazing experience! Leanna took good care of me! I signed up for the VIP experience on the spot! Highly recommend as a guy that used to go to spas with my wife. I will still do that from time to time, but this experience is much more focused on the guy and making it comfortable for him

    Marina always has been extremely consistent with the way she keeps my hair the exact same every time. Shes courteous, professional, and always puts her all into making sure that you are happy with the way you look.If there was more than 5 stars to give, she would get them all. I have been a loyal customer of hers for years, and will continue to be. IMO she is the best at her job.

    I have been coming here since they opened and I have to say that the service they provide is on an exceptional level. I have the monthly membership and I feel it is very worth the price that I pay compared to other places that Iā€™ve been to. I always get my haircut with Wesley and not only does he take the time to know you as a customer he also takes his time to make sure the service he provides is excellent.The Establishment is very clean and everybody that I have come in contact that works there since Iā€™ve been going there has been on a very professional level. I highly recommend to at least try once and you will be convinced that this is a place to go on a continual basis.

    Wes is an absolute pro. He has styled my hair twice and each time the hair looks great and the conversation is even better. A truly great guy with so much talent.     First time customer. Excellent customer service the minute I walked into the store. Got a tour of the entire place which is awesome and very luxurious. Comes with a bar and got myself a welcome drink. Marina was my stylist. I usually do a basic haircut and it came out awesome. Overall a fantastic experience and will be back.

    One of the best if not the best experience getting a hair cut.Concierge is friendly and accommodating. You are treated VIP and the place is designed to impress. Very proud to be able to have Hammer and Nails in Horizon West.That being said, the establishment is only part of the equation to my satisfaction.Wess was nothing short of amazing.     Wow where to begin? I was blown away by this place I had recently been introduced to male grooming salons, while out of state. I was hooked and knew I wanted to find one back home. I booked an appointment at Hammer & Nails for the day after my return and it was so worth it. Lydia was professional and kind giving me a tour and making an awesome old fashion. Wes was terrific and did a great job. Really knew his stuff and took time to make the experience great. I loved how my hair came out! I also had a pedicure and manicure from Leanh and it was amazing. Sheā€™s super sweet and it was such a relaxing and comfortable environment. I signed up for a membership and already booked my next appointment. So excited to come back already

    I had the pleasure of sitting in Granadaā€™s chair for a classic face treatment. G is very knowledgeable in the trade and gave a facial/scalp massage that put me in a trance. She recommended products that would work for my skin type as well. I would highly recommend booking with her.

    I took my son for a haircut. Not only was I treated with kindness and professionalism, we were provided a tour of the facility as well. Wesley was who my son was scheduled with, and he is the only barber for us. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very detail oriented. The consolation truly shows his wealth of knowledge in his field. My son left feeling confident, handsome and walking tall. Thank you Wesley. We will be back. Your work is outstanding.

    Once I entered into the H&N establishment, I was immediately welcomed by Samantha at the front desk. They offered me complimentary drinks while I waited for my barber. Today my barber, Wes, took great care of me. It was a very enjoyable experience and the atmosphere of the whole shop was amazing.If you are hesitant about coming to get a haircut here, I would highly suggest pulling the trigger as the shop is very friendly and nice to everyone who comes through the door. 10/10 Experience.

    Great experience today. I have a membership and its always nice to be greeted by a friendly face. The person welcoming at the desk on 9/13 was extremely friendly. Marisol did great with my pedicure and Angel was great with my hair cut. The membership allowed me to roll over points to get two premium services today and a complimentary drink. Just another great visit at Hammer and Nails!

    I had an awesome experience at Hammer and Nails in Wither Garden in the Hamlin area. The ambiance was modern and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. Samantha was the office manager and showed me around the entire facility, where they offer hair cuts, beard grooming and manicure / pedicures along with various combinations of services. Kylie treated me to Sports pedicure and manicure. Kylie is very experienced in her profession and is extremely friendly, make one feel welcome and valued as a customer. Hammer and Nails has extremely values in both professionalism and customer satisfaction. I booked a return visit and can not wait to try another service. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a superior grooming experience!

    Arielle and the whole staff here are fantastic. Iā€™ve had 2 haircuts and a beard trim so far with Arielle, she is very gentle yet detailed.     Wanted to jump on here and update my review, didnt have the greatest experience last time I was there, but the Manager (Maddy) contacted me the next day and wanted to know details about my interaction and how they can make it better. They did offer some compensation, which I thought was very nice. Most places dont go that extra mile anymore, so its great to know companies are willing to step up to fix things.Always said I like going there and will continue to go there.     Had a great experience with the sports pedicure! I run a lot so my feet get sore and the skin tough but Marisol did a great job and was such a pleasure!     I became a member/tried Hammer and Nails in Horizon West/Winter Garden because my old barber relocated to Texas. So I was in need of new barber. After trail and error of other barbers (one of which messed up my front hairline) it was a pleasure to have Wesley as a barber. He was/is knowledgable and did a great job on my fade. I also appreciate that he is skilled enough to start to fix my hairline and I could tell the difference after one cut. He has attention to detail and I will say he will be my barber moving forward. The vibe of the place is welcoming and the staff was great. So much so that I went ahead and booked a facial (with Wesley), manicure, and pedicure while I was there. Aleysha was the tech for my manicure and pedicure and she did a great job. Only feedback I would give is for those of us guys who want a high shine without the need for clear nail polish, supply the techs with buffers that can produce the high gloss natural shine for the nails.

    Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for guys is the only place my son will go for his haircuts!!! Always greeted by warm and welcoming staff. They have a gorgeous bar and a very chic ambiance. My son usually gets an ice cream or a soda and feels pampered. The barbers are called artists and weā€™ve tried a few different ones and they are all excellent. The membership brings the price point down 20% so we opted to go for that. Sometimes I use his credits and treat myself to a manicure or pedicure with natural nails. The have these gorgeous over-sized leather chairs and massive 55 inch screen TVā€™s with Bose Noise Cancelling headphones. I sit back relax and enjoy me time šŸ˜Ž

    I visited Hammer & Nails today for the first time and had a top notch experience from start to finish. It started with the friendly front desk staff welcoming me, giving me a tour of the swank facility and offering me a great cocktail (smoked old-fashioned - excellent!). From there, it only got better with the amazing service from Leanh for my premium pedicure. It was a great service and Leanh was truly fantastic.     Wes is the best with kids. He talks them through the process, talks about math, styling at home, and really gets kids to understand taking pride in their presentation. We subscribed so myself, and three boys, could all get great cuts.

    Came in to try it out today and got the facial waxing and grey camo services. The facility is very refined with nice perks like a cocktail when you come in. The cut & shave and the hand & foot rooms are separate and both look so nice. I look forward to some time in the darker hand & foot room watching some TV in the future. I loved the services I received and felt more confident and rejuvenated afterwards.

    Went in today for foot care , this was my second visit in a month . My both feet were recovered and good in shape. Service here at Hamlin location is really good and I do recommend kyle for others and very well experienced personnel
