Tori is amazing! I followed her from another nail salon in Windermere to this location because I do not trust anyone else with my nails. She is always willing to try new designs that I find online or on Pinterest and she does an amazing job. I usually stick with grays and blacks - because they go with everything, and make my fingers appear a bit more feminine. Yesterday, I was brave and went with a more natural look and couldnt be more happy with how they turned out! I LOVE THESE and will most likely do these again, and again, and again, and again. Love this salon, everyone is very polite, sweet, and hospitable. Would recommend to everyone!Here are photos of my favorite gray nails and the ones i had done yesterday.

Dip gel- make sure you get a tech that evens them out. I enjoy going here and tried dip poweder... not sure if Ill try it again. Will most likely stick to regular gel polish.I enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of chairs for a group. Make an appointment if you have a group 4+ so you can sit together.I really enjoy the venetian pedicure.

Great service. Nice and tentative staff. Spacious with semi-private pedicure rooms. Good place to go with a friend and catch-up. Pedicure was nicely done. Toes look great, leg mask/scrub smelled nice, and leg/foot massage felt relaxing. Manicure wasnt quite thorough. A buffer tool was used instead of trimming my cuticles. Weeks later my finger nails look pretty good considering how rough I am with my nails.

Im sad to see so many negative reviews. Ive been visiting (without an appt) every 2-3 weeks for over a year and never had a single issue. They always seat me immediately. In all my visits, Ive only had to wait once and it was still less than 10 mins. My manicures always look great, regardless of nail shape, length, tips etc. At this point I feel like Ive seen every tech that works there and theyre always friendly. Plus, the spa is clean and quite pretty. No complaints from me!

This was my first manicure and pedicure in well over a year and a half. Mary and Lisa were absolute gems. They had such attention to detail and were both so, so kind. It’s so organized and clean inside this place. I felt so warmed and welcomed in here. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. I never left feeling so relaxed and spoiled before, even on a very tight budget. I would love to keep coming back someday. An amazing place to get nails done!

Just tried this place for the first time since I’m new to the area and need a new “go to” nail salon. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and I took a chance going without an appointment knowing I may not be able to be fit in. The front desk associate was very nice and asked if I could come back in an hour, so nice to be honest up front and not just have me sit there waiting. I came back and my manicure was done by Rick, he was excellent and took special care to repair some of my damaged/broken nails and save them from just cutting them off. I also especially like how he applied the gel polish as some salons I have been to apply it too thick but this was done perfectly. My nails look and feel soooo much better. I will be back!

I’ve gone to Venetian Nail spas in Miami. Found this one here on recommendation from my sister. Beautiful and clean salon. Staff is nice. It’s very busy but they know how to keep it professional and still attend to the customers.Summer is amazing!!! And Ryan was very helpful checking me in and getting my colors. I will be going back!

I have been going to Venetian for over a year now and I will not go see anyone but Lisa! She is phenomenal! She does it all... manicures, pedicures, acrylics, designs, waxing. Her work ethic is incredible and is so personable. I will never go to anyone but her, I highly recommend requesting Lisa when you go! The salon itself is gorgeous, clean, and so updated!

My friends and I came here for my birthday. They sat us all down together. Xixi, our nail tech and she was amazing. She took her time, and offered us complimentary wine, too! Made the entire experience birthday-worthy. The ambiance of this place is the best Ive ever seen, with fancy decorations. And the file they used for my pedicure was also one-time use, so I appreciated the sanitation. We will all definitely be coming here regularly!

I can happily say I’ve found my nail place!! Tori did any excellent job on the Dip powder for nails they look fantastic and also on my gel pedicure!! They have a ton of powder and gel colors which is great!!

Just got a gel mani and regular pedi. The staff was very nice and ambiance is great. However, the tech that helped me made my poor toes and fingers bleed and showed no regard for my obvious tense posture. It was a painful experience. The polish technique for the gel is poor. The nails have grooves and bubbles. I’m sure the guy was having a bad day or something, but I wish I hadn’t been the receiver of that frustration. I’ll probably try another tech and give them another chance, but my first impression was a bad one.Came back two months later and met Coco. She was great and understood I was nervous about the last visit. Coco was extremely professional and pleasant to sit with. She is thorough and gave me a great experience. Im glad I gave this place a second chance.

This time the girl was a little careless, scrubbed my ankle and peeled the skin, didnt ask how low I wanted my toe nails cut and she literally started to cut so short it hurt and I had to stop and tell her.
