    My wax, shape and brow tint was expertly done by Toi at the 3203 Daniels Rd Ulta. My brows had not looked this great in forever. She was so knowledgeable in mixing the right tints to give my grey haired brows just the correct color and coverage. Wow the shape was perfect! Very happy with results and professionalism.

    Toi is the most wonderful Arch Expert! She always is so sweet personable and professional. So knowledgeable and informative throughout her services and then afterwards recommends the perfect products so I can maintain my brow routine at home. She teaches what will give you the most perfect brows for your facial structure and I really love the eye mask she gives during the service too.     I’ve been coming to Toi for a few years now and absolutely love her service every time! She is gentle, soft spoken, and very polite. She does an amazing job on mapping out my brows, asking me on what I want, while also checking in on me to see if I am doing okay throughout the service.She also asked me if I needed to restock on any Benefit products after my service and even though I did not need to at that time, I appreciate her asking me and will ask her for her suggestions next time. Love her!, you can NEVER go wrong with Toi doing your brows❤️

    Crysie is such an absolute sweet heart. She keeps your brows clean and perfectly shaped, all while keeping them thick. I always feel my best when I get my brows done with her.The wax itself doesnt hurt very much and, as someone who has very sensitive skin, it doesnt break me out.     Toi was my Brow Expert and she truly lived up to that title! I walked in and was able to make an “appointment” for brow waxing about 30-45 mins later (which gave me time to shop around WGV anyways!). I got the good fortune of having Toi do my brows - she shaped my brows perfectly and waxed quickly + efficiently making sure I was comfortable the entire time. On top of that she was so friendly and pleasant as she worked on my brows! On top of that, I asked her about some products for specific concerns about my brows and recommended some great products I’m really happy with! This is a much more convenient location than my last brow place as well and love that I can get some shopping done nearby. Definitely highly recommend Toi to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future!

    Crysie is absolutely amazing, I refuse to get my eyebrows done elsewhere because going here is such a great experience. Always professional and friendly, my eyebrows always look absolutely spectacular.
