Waxing isn’t exactly a pleasant thing to do, but Angie makes great conversation and keeps you relaxed through the entire process. She’s so thorough and does an excellent job every time!     Lorrie literally could not be more wonderful. At this point, shes more like a friend than a wax specialist. Shes kind, respectful, and all around a perfect service provider. Shes waxed me for a whole host of happy life occasions, and offered encouragement & support through difficult seasons, too. Sounds funny, but I look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks!

    Raquel is literally the best. She keeps me talking so I barely feel any pain. Always checks to make sure I am doing well throughout the entire session and she is super quick and efficient. 10 out of 10 recommend Raquel!!

    Sharlyne was great! She was patient, and listened to my concerns. She wanted to ensure that I left satisfied with her work…which is not the norm in customer service anymore. When I return, I’ll ask for her as my “wax-ologist”. I, also, appreciate the -affordable cost of the service.

    I go to this location about once a month to get a basic eyebrow wax to clean them up. I usually just select any specialist to make it easier for my schedule as opposed to having to work my schedule around a specific specialists availability. Recently I have been lucky and gotten the same person to do my eyebrows and I absolutely love Rya. She does a great job and I enjoy the conversation time. She is very accommodating when trying to get my eyebrows just right. The conversations arent just a superficial and dry How are you doing? Do you have any plans this weekend? etc. During the conversations, it seems like she really pays attention and cares. I previously worked in retail for 11 years and it is nice to see someone who truly cares about giving memorable customer service and not just a conversation to get an extra tip.

    Got lost trying to find my way to the location but that is aside the point.Upon checking in, the front desk staff was very friendly in regards to check in/check out procedures. They asked if I had any questions and gave me some information on the products made available while I waited for my session. The check-out process was quick and again, front staff was kind and showed me a break down (as well as other options) on their passes and was rather prepared on what I would like included on my pass if I went that route.Shantavia was really great! She was personable and did quick work of all the areas that was scheduled. She made sure to check in when needed and absolutely appreciated the pep talks. We had some relateable topics while stripping away time and would absolutely rebook with her.

    First wax. Was nervous. The staff was very helpful. The environment was very peaceful. Lorrie was amazing, very professional and efficient . I felt very comfortable (getting a full Brazilian).     Going in I knew this was gonna be a painful experience but all in the name of smooth skin and not shaving had my beard ripped off by choice she was Sharlyne great at what she did she did her best to keep me at bay and got the results I was looking for I tried their slow and treat serums * HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR AFTER CARE!!! Slow is their aloe lotion and treat is the serum to prevent ingrown hair!!! It’s a lil red after ward again to be fair they ripped out a full beard from the root !! But I got the smooth face I wanted and the cream and serum help!!! Price can be a lil high but I was welcomed when I came in got a slight discount for being referred Soo yeah go for it 12/30/2023

    Outside of the parking being a bit challenging. The staff was very friendly. My wax artist was fast and efficient. I was litratlly in and out for my Brazilian in less then 15 min.     Noemi is the best wax specialist out there. I’ve been going to her for 5+ years now. Anytime I saw another specialist because my schedule and hers didn’t line up there was always a problem with my wax. Noemi always does the best and most thorough job. I really can’t recommend her enough. I’m not normally one for large corporations, in terms of getting a service done. But Noemi makes it such a fantastic experience. Also, don’t forget to tip your specialist 20 to 25% gratuity every time. They are staring into your goods.

    I enjoy going to this location particularly because of Raquel! She’s amazing. Takes her time, is confident and makes you feel calm because she’s so professional and makes the experience seemless. She is always pleasant, and has thoughtful conversation which makes the wax go quicker. Very compassionate and as gentle as she can be. The facility is clean. Relatively easy to make an appointment. They have discounted monthly packages. I’m usually in and out in about 25 mins. I recommend!

    Why am I rating this visit/experience a 5? Because Raquel was great!What did I like? Raquel did a quick and thorough job (Brazilian wax). In fact, Raquel was so good that I booked my next appointment with her! In addition, she was authentic in her conversation. I’ve had several technicians at this location do my Brazilian waxes and they are all friendly but Raquel felt more authentic in her conversation.
