    The service was Awesome!! I look and feel beautiful!! As an African American with natural hair, I am sometimes skeptical about who I let style my hair. Iva’ exceeded my expectations! Not only was the price less than what I expected…. but the stylist gave me priceless information about how to maintain my style and was clearly taking her time making me feel like she really cared about her work.     I went in to SmartStyle to get a cut. The lady there was very good. She ask me how I wanted it cut. I explained. She cut my hair perfectly how I wanted it. She was very kind and thoughtful. Next time I need my hair cut I hope shes there so she can do my hair again. Thank you for a great job.

    Took a chance to try out this salon and it was the best. Never thought Id get a true salon experience in a Walmart. Ivá was extremely attentive and informed me of everything she did throughout the process. Her hands are amazing. Found my stylist!

    I had the best experience today with Iva’!! I love how she explains her process every step of the way and takes her time. I was very indecisive and had so many questions. She was so patient and knew what I wanted when I couldn’t find the words. From the small talk, the compliments and the professional courtesy amongst all the stylists working while I was there… I felt like I was surrounded by good friends. I have walked past this salon more times than I can count while shopping at Walmart. I never would’ve thought that such a little gem existed here! I have found my new hair home! Kudos to this team and I am looking forward to bringing my daughters for a wash and cut very soon!

    Ivá was so awesome! She asked me questions about the style I expected to see at the end of my appointment. Every time she did something to my hair she explained what she was doing and the reason she was doing it.When she turned the chair around at the end of the cut so I could look at my reflection in the mirror, Wow! were the words that came out of my mouth.Extremely impressed with her professionalism as well as technique.

    My stylist was amazing, I believe her name was Maria. I had green hair and in one session she got me to a beautiful blonde. She worked miracles! 10/10 recommend!

    Mae did fantastic with my son. Hes autistic and very rarely lets anyone cut his hair and she did amazing with him and making him comfortable. Definitely will come back with my other kids

    Kinzie never misses with my appointments, they are always great. she lets me fall asleep when rinsing my hair (im sorry if thats rude), or take test as she puts in color. she is very sweet, and makes the hours feel like 10 minutes.i always enjoy the way my hair looks after, and i couldnt be more happier with the outcomes.

    Can’t remember the name of the worker but will be coming back to get her card. She was so nice and knew exactly what to do. Checked in with what my mom wanted made sure everything was okay and was very detailed about the state of her hair and what would work best with it love her so much. And with my mom not being able to speak English too well she was very patient with me translating for my mom

    I was skeptical of going here but after my last botched haircut, I figured how much worst could it get? I happened to get Grace. She listened to what I wanted and cut and styled my hair and it looked great.( Which they all know how to do so it looks great when you leave,) However The real test for me is how it looks when I style it myself the next day. It went perfect. Everything was finally even and laid great. I will be going back to her again.

    I have been getting my hair cut by Amber for over 3 years now. I met her when we were both working at this Walmart. She is so sweet and always fits me into her schedule.She recently gave me a whole new look and chopped of over a foot of hair from me and gave me an edgy Pixie cut to try to take the weight of my hair off of my head. I have medical issues that cause me to lose hair. I get so many compliments on it and am so grateful to Amber for helping out my situation. The benefit is now I get to see her about every 6 weeks because when I had long hair I used to get it trimmed only 1-2 times a year.

    I have to say, what a great experience I have had at smart style, Chelsey always do a wonderful job on my hair, she is amazing sweet and kind and very knowledgeable, but not only that, she also had step up and done an awesome job on my 3 year old autistic kid, the entire staff was soo nice and made me feel so comfortable doing their best they could do to give my child a really nice hair cut !     Fairly new to area, appointment challenged and decided I needed a haircut today. Of course couldn’t get in to any higher end salons and spend way more which I would usually do so Smart Style popped up with good reviews. I thought well, it grows back and called Winter Haven to ask about appt. They could get me in at 10, which I found out don’t actually need as they do take walk in. I show up only to find I’m at wrong Walmart but they could get me right in. Just dumb luck but Jessica was awesome! I love my haircut, I love that I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she honestly told me her opinion and what she recommended. I basically said have at it and couldn’t be happier. I will be back.     People! This is the place to be when you need a pick-me-up after a rough work day or relationship crisis and this close to wanting to shave your head! Haley did an amazing job on my haircut, helping me decide what would suit my face best after telling her I was tired of long hair. I think it was Michael who was cheering me on to just do it, trust the process with her, so the dynamic with these two is more like that of fun siblings. Wish the app would allow us to select more options because it was haircut only, which does not include style or dry- this is not the stylists fault but that of the app. Would recommend Haley 100% for that boost of confidence!

    Kelli is the best! She does my hair- cuts, colors the works! She’s great at your normal highlights, balayage you name it- she can do it! she’s also excellent at the fun colors- my purple lasted beautifully! She created a color for me that was a mix between wild orchid and magenta, I got so many compliments on! She cuts my sons hair as well and does such a wonderful job. He has autism and is very sensitive to having his hair cut but she has been working with him for years and he has gotten used to the routine - she is so loving and patient with him! I highly recommend Kelli! Go see her!!

    Update: Went in today to have cut my hair and blow it out. Jen B was amazing, very light heat on my curly hair to keep from damaging it. very pleased with the experience.Overall great customer service, very welcoming. they always surpass my expectations. Definitely will continue to see Kelli, Amber, and Jennifer for my hair needs.

    I met a stylist by the name of Chelsea and she cut my hair to perfection...she knew what I wanted. My hair was to the middle of my back and i wanted short but long enough to put it in a pony tail....she did exactly that...she was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable...not to mention she was hot too 🔥.

    First time going to SmartStyle staff was very friendly, I had Jen Schub she was great, professional, very friendly which I loved because I have been to places and it all about work and no interaction with the customer, she followed the cdc guidelines, gave me great tips for my hair. Now the only thing I would suggest is getting a better product to remove the dye of the customers face. I went in to get my ends trimmed and full color well my dye was jet black so I left with dye on my forehead which I had to remove with rubbing alcohol at home. But will not let that stop me from returning.

    I went to SmartStyles inside Walmart on Cypress Gardens Blvd in winter Haven store number 17666 and got my hair cut by Michael Moscarell and he was very nice and polite and did an amazing job on my hair. I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything done to their hair.

    First let me say I took my kids last night to smartstyles a new stylist cut their hair(she stayed late and I appreciated that BUT, saw their hair next day and I had to get them fixed went in met, Kelli Chavez she was very professional took care of all three of my childrens hair (Did such a GREAT job and even styled their hair for them).I decided I wanted to get mine done because she did such a great job with them!She colored than put highlights in and she took ALOT of time with me (put a deep conditioner -which I needed!!!!)Than cut and styled my hair ,I am soooo flipping happy with the outcome! I feel like a new person!While I waited for the heater for my hair I watched Mrs.Kelli cut and style others hair all while being very professional,so respectful to some grumpy customers.One woman came in looking for the manager bc she had an apt with (over heard conversation) The manager had left for the day but Mrs.Kelli got her right in (customer was NOT happy) .Mrs.Kelli was amazing with her and she was very happy when she left with her new hair cut!Mrs.Kelli should be store manager she handles each customer like they were her own family.She was the only stylist on the floor but made sure everyone felt liks their needs were met !She went above and beyond for my family cant THANK her enough!
