    Ive been using Heathers services for a few months now. I highly recommend this particular Salon and spa. I get the Brazilian wax, complete facial waxing as well as spray tan. Her personality is such that is compassionate, caring and trusting. I am always comfortable and feel at ease knowing that she will take care without judgement.

    I went to Marie nearly three weeks ago, and my nails still look amazing! I put them to the ultimate test by gardening, working, and (extensive) cleaning.     Heather does such an amazing job when it comes to waxing. She makes sure to prep you first to minimize any pain you may feel and the wax she uses is great. I have been coming to her for 2 years and will keep using her services as long as possible. I also recently got my first spray tan and she did a great job with that as well. Made me feel very comfortable and didn’t turn me orange so I’m thankful for that. She is my go to for everything.

    Heather is AMAZING! I started going to her in October 2021 as a first time waxer. Now I can’t live without it! She makes you feel so comfortable, we talk the entire appointment.     Heather is the best. I waxed a couple times 15 years ago and said I would never do it again. I started going to see her when I was pregnant and couldn’t see what I was shaving lol. She is so quick and it’s so much less painful than what I previously experienced. She has the best attitude and is the sweetest human. When you meet her it feels like you’ve been friends forever.     Today was my first Brazilian ever and let me tell you Heather is the sweetest! I was super nervous going in but she talked me through the whole process before she started. Heather explained what she was doing as she was doing it. She made my first time the best experience.     I absolutely love KayMae Salon! The best in Winter Haven! I moved up from Sarasota so I was very resistant trying to find a good salon that did a good job with a Brazilian and that used good quality products. From the first call to KayMae Salon I was already convinced this was the one, the owner has such a welcoming demeanor and very knowledgeable. She knows her work and has a passion for it. I go routinely and would not change it for any other Salon. They also do hair and nails and massages! 5 star Salon and local! I highly recommend!

    Let me start off by saying that as far as salons go, this has been the best salon I have ever been to! Everything is clean and organized; you truly feel safe when walking in the door. As soon as you walk in, someone is there to ask you how you are and make sure you are taken care of promptly. I was getting a Brazilian wax and Heather was my waxer. She is by far the most knowledgeable person on waxing. If you have a question, she answers it. If you are worried about something, she puts your mind at ease. She is the best and is very sweet! I will not go anywhere else for my waxes and other services (ie facial, haircut, nails, etc)! Go here if you want a clean environment with even nicer staff that walk you through everything!
