Wax Haven/Mrs. Erica are the absolute best! Finding her when I first moved here from Orlando was such a blessing. I was a member at a Wax spa in Orlando for years and was hoping I could find something similar in WH. But what I found was even BETTER. Firstly, the spa is spotless and so adorable. She and her staff aren’t transactional, they are always so kind. Even as the business owner, to be honest you would never know it. She is as humble as can be. She offers a plethora of services and always explains everything. From what to do or expect before, durning and after a service. Which i greatly appreciate, especially if you are a first timer. If you are, Don’t be scared, trust me it’s a game changer! Erica/Wax Haven are stuck with me. :)

Omg… Bri was my tech and she reassured me I was good in her care and baby she didn’t lie the previous girl I used 2years ago traumatized me like I stopped going afraid of excruciating pain but this was a breeze, it did hurt a tad bit because it’s like I’m a newbie all over but it was bearable and I know it’ll be better because I’m staying with her period. THE best wax experience ever, and it was my first one. I went in with a whole lot of anxiety, as expected for a first timer who only gained knowledge from tv shows and tiktok videos - that quite honestly should have detered me but I went anyway because I wanted to experience it at least once. And I am glad I did. I came out of that experience anxiety free and way more educated than I was before. I had a vacation right after (literally the next day) and it made my break so much easier, carefree and relaxing, almost as relaxing as the enviroment in Wax Haven. Erica was pateint, informed and efficient. Defiently a regular now.

Not only is the room completely sanitized in-between appointments but the dreaded double dip is never an issue at Wax Haven. A new popsicle stick is used for every wax application. As an added bonus she fully describes the aftercare process. Lastly, she is kind and easy to talk to making the entire process much less painful. I fully recommend Bri at Wax Haven!

Erica was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I basically received a full body wax, including the bikini line, with very little to no pain. Her work has long lasting results so throw out your razors guys. I also love how cleanly and sanitary she is because that’s a number one in my book. My skin looks and feels AMAZING!!!!
