I go in monthly for a pedicure and have had mostly 5 star service. The team really goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. I noticed the last couple of times that they have new chairs. This makes the experience that much better. As long as they continue the 5 star service, they will have my business. Also don’t forget to tip! 🙂

I truly must say … This was one of my best experiences at a nail salon. I have been here before and the experience was great! But I had the pleasure to have services provided by Huong Vo. When I tell you she was gentle and made sure I was satisfied… that was just my dip nails … she did that. When it came to my pedicure, she again, took her time and made the experience awesome. BTW … I have sensitive feet but when I tell you she did them and I was very comfortable… oh my. She took her time and did an awesome job. The atmosphere here is awesome and very welcoming. Highly recommend Lucky nails and if you have the opportunity to have Huong work on you, I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

Great nail salon! Great service, friendly staff. My tech was great, I barely felt anything between the pedicure and manicure. My wifes tech started on her nails after mine and was done almost at the same time, we had the same package, and she got polish. Her tech was a little rough. Place looked amazing inside. Prices were good, well be back.

Quality of work: I have been here several times, even to get my wedding nails done. I have had several different techs for both manicures and pedicures. The quality has never been anything less than stellar.Service: I am a cuticle biter and I am allergic to superglue, so when I want add, length it’s very difficult to find a salon or tech who can accommodate both. Lucky has a couple of techs who can. My favorite, by an absolute mile, is Kenny. He is gentle, precise, attentive, and professional. If I had only ever gone to him, my review would be 5 stars; however, with other techs, the service can feel a bit rushed. Quality is still great, but it might not be your cup of tea if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. That being said: Kenny, Kenny, Kenny is the greatest!!

This was my first time getting my nails done and I was soooo nervous. But I’m thankful that I got Kenny because he did an amazing job. He made sure I was okay with what he was doing and that I was happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back here and hopefully get him again. The place itself was pretty nice as well. The clients around me seemed pretty nice as well. Overall a good atmosphere!

I come here often! Trish has been more than a nail tech to me. She has also been a blessing. She and her husband are the owners and work extremely hard to accommodate every customer. However, I do recommend the staff smile a bit more. I understand they work extremely hard and too have families to get home to but if they could be a bit more discreet about it, it would be more pleasant.If you like up to date designs and styles this would be the place to go! But, do not go with the mindset of receiving a $20 full set. That is a thing if the past. Also, please tip your tech for God sakes they are providing a service and working on your feet 🤔

The BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing Talia for years and she’s amazing! Never disappoints and always gives me exactly what I want. I’m leaving a 5 star review because I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 6 months. I’ve always had the same nail tech except for yesterday because he wasn’t there at the time of my appointment. I made a new appointment when someone else and he wasn’t there at the time so I was placed with someone whom I’ve never seen there. To make a long story short she was rude and her attitude was horrible however the owner assisted me did an excellent job on my nails, her customer service was excellent and definitely made up for my bad experience earlier with the nail tech she sat me with. I appreciated that.

The prices are normal & the service is outstanding. There is not a long wait time for walk-in service, I would recommend to make an appointment. I get my nails, toes, eyelashes, waxing, & facials here. The shop is newly remodeled & it is so elegantly beautiful 😍. The owners work here & they are the best! So understanding & caring. Let me first start out by saying, I wish I would have visited here sooner ! The decor inside is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. I was given a free glass of wine during my pedicure, which was awesome although it was an older lady and she hurt me quite a few times. T was my nail tech and she was so amazing ! She pointed out everything that I hated about my nails before I could even tell her. My acrylic is thin so it looks natural ❤️ and the shape is beautiful too ! Would def recommend and will be going back!

Been going there since December, have had some beautiful nails done there. Went Friday and it was a mess had to wait 4 hours to get nails done. Owner was walking around but not ever addressing all the people waiting and getting aggravated. Was sat down in a chair finally to be told rudly that she does not do design. She walks off to go get next customer without any explanation or anything. Young lady that was running front all by herself (who was doing an amazing job) sat me in a chair to wait another 30 minutes while tech finished with his client. I was extremely happy with my nails like normal but the prices are starting to make me find somewhere else. There really isnt a chart to go off of for prices, and I feel as though each tech has their own prices. Have went twice to get fill ins and spend $95 on my nails. If pricing isnt fixed I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hate to leave some of the great talent but to pricey for plain nails.

I am 37 years old and I went today for my very first pedicure ever along with my mother. It was an experience of a lifetime. The tech named was Gold and he was a really nice. They had these massaging chairs while you are getting your toes done and it was the bomb.com. Very nice and clean place and I cannot wait to go again

I just read someone’s review about the wait time.. Just put it in perspective that they don’t rush to do peoples nails.. They take their time to make sure they look neat. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The workers are quite nice and get to know their clients. For example I was pregnant getting my a pedicure and came back after I had the baby to get a gel manicure and two or three of the workers asked about the baby and how I was doing. They’re very personable and do a great job. And yeah the prices are expensive but these people went to schooling to do this, they’re not your friends, they’re making a living. Thank you! 😜

From the beginning of the experience to the end five stars we walked in mind you on Valentine’s Day weekend to a full house having missed our appointments at a different location we usually go to my sister in law and I I asked about four sets pedicures and eyebrows the wonderful woman at the front desk iridian acknowledge that it would be a wait and she offered us a seat at the wine bar she also gave us valuable information as to what pedicure packages we might like then my nail tech Gold was amazing! Super amazing service his techniques and fast service were appreciated! And he did my pedicure... MAGIC HANDS ladies “Gold fingers” if you will 🤣 Every staff member that encountered who wasn’t even servicing me were smiling and offering advice five stars all around highly recommend this is where I will go from now on!

Made an appointment for one full set and one fill in... Was 10min early for mine but had to wait 40min PAST my appointment time due to them allowing a customer who was 1hr late for her appointment to hop in front of me and everyone else waiting. Finally sat for our appointments and we both left happy. Thank goodness for nail specialists who are specialists. We will definitely be back.

Was kinda confused when arrived. I was told to complete info on computer . Said again want mani3 pedi’s not just one. Definitely communication barrier. Still not clear if they knew what I needed . But we got it done. Need clearer communication!

This was my first time trying Lucky Nails. I’m fairly new to the area, so I wanted to try it out. It’s much bigger inside than I thought. The place is beautiful inside. Very clean, and very well organized. Friendly staff. Not everyone speaks English, but i think it went well. Very relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back.

My experience was great i got a pedicure and my eyebrows done . I put a five star rating i dont know how it only shows 2 stars. I will change that now. The only thing I would like to say is that I would like to see the ladys giving pedicure speak more to me as the client more then speak across the room to other employees. But other then that my manicure and eyebrows were on point. 👍🏼
