    Came here for my bday & the owner went out & bought me a ballon & cake which was so sweet! I got a gel french manicure & a pedicure. A week later it still looks good (pic is from 1 week after). Thank you Susan for taking your time with my nails & doing a great job!

    I was nervous about trying a new salon because Ive never had good luck with them, but this one was recommended by my neighbors. Upon arrival, the salon was calm and relaxing and not overly busy. We had made an appointment the day before, so we were treated immediately. The staff was very friendly and did great work for both of us. They treated us as if we were good friends. I will definitely be going back here for all my nail tech needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I have had many manicures but Missy gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. The acrylic was the perfect thickness (not too thick, not too thin!). Looks and feels very natural and was a great price for gel. I cannot say enough good things about Missy’s work and attention to detail. I will be back!

    This was by far thee best pedicure experience. I’m so happy i listened to my husband who goes to the barber shop right next door ! Susan did my pedicure & she was so nice & sweet. She took her time & patiently removed the acrylic i had on my big toe. The owner offered snacks and water ! That was very courteous of him. Their massage chair are BOMB ok ! Wow i got up feel so relaxed ☺️. No exaggeration it’s worth every single penny!!! 1 was my first time & i will be a regular 🩵🩵

    I have been coming here for about 3 months nowLove the atmosphere and attention they give you they make you feel comfortable and like to have conversations. Feels like you know them for a long time.Especially Danny who did my nails for he always tries to hook up the nails and they come out fabulous. The pedicurist Lisa has an amazing hands to do feet and her massages are so good. Love it love it. First pic is today and second pic was 3 week ago .

    I got a pink to white ombre with hologram, coffin shaped. Turned out exactly as I wanted. My pedicure was good and got hearts for design for Valentines day. I love my Valentines Day nails and Diamond Nails. Staff felt like immediate friends. Was a comfortable and relaxing experience. They are top notch!

    I have been to several nail salons for a pedicure and I have never found one with an awesome massage chair as the ones they have. OMG! I sit all day at my job and I was feeling sore. Once I sat at the grey chair, wow, it hurt at first due to all the soreness. Let me tell you that I feel so relaxed and relieved. Not to mention the hand massage I got as well on my feet. The one working on my pedicure took her time and did an amazing job. I got the Volcano Pedicure and for the hands I got the nail dip powder on my natural nail as well. The lady also gave me a complimentary water bottle, which took me by surprise. They have wine, juice, smoothies, etc… to order as well. Overall, I think I found my forever nail salon!

    I have been trying to find a nail salon that is professional, on time with their appointments, and do a great job!! I finally found the place!! The staff here are so friendly & professional, the prices are reasonable and they did an amazing job on my nails!! I couldnt be any happier with the service I received!     My daughter brought me here for a pedicure together for a Mothers day gift. We both got the seasonal Pedicure with gel color. It was so relaxing. Professional and courteous, clean and comfortable, the work is clean and well done. The wine was a nice touch to the pampering. I will be returning for my regular pedicures for sure, just moved to Winter Haven a month ago and was looking for a new place.

    Today was my first time in diamond nails to get my pedicure done , Kim was my tech she did an amazing job I highly recommend her and coming here. Her massages were incredible. She was very friendly and makes conversation with you she was lovely. And prices were good.

    Went here today after a bad nail job elsewhere locally. Did black powder tips and after just 10 days they were awful. Missy fixed them up right. I am so happy with them now. My mom was with me and she did a manicure with regular polish and her nails look beautiful also. So glad to find this place. Super nice too!!

    I have been going here for years now. Dani & Missy, the owners are AMAZING & have a wonderful staff as well. They always do an excellent job and are super personable. They have great prices & they create a relaxing environment. There are alot of options for Manis & Pedis too(I always do the deluxe pedicures). Highly recommend! Plus, Dani does amazing nail designs! Go here & I promise you wont want to go anywhere else.

    I have recently moved to Winter Haven found them on Google Maps. very friendly staff. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I got a full set with gel color and a pedicure. my nails are beautiful. I also got my eyebrows and my lip wax very well done. I will be returning to this place and would recommend it to anyone

    I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure and an acryclic removal which wasnt planned. Upon arrival i was greeted and made to feel welcome. I had to wait a little but the wait didnt feel long as they made sure i was okay, offered beverages and thats when i had my acrylic removed quickly and painlessly. My toes were done beautifully to the design requested and i can confidently get back to myself with my nails looking beautiful. Thank you so much to all who helped me today. I highly recommend and will be back

    I’m in love!! I was a walk-in that came from another place (Lovely Nails II by Walmart) that messed up my full set. I forgot the guy’s name that did this set but he was professional, patient, and kind. He told me this was his first time doing ombré but I couldn’t tell because this was wonderful work. I will only go to them for now on. Thank you! -I got almond cut, ombré w/ a matte finish.

    This is my third time coming here and I must say that I love it the people in here are very nice and I definitely will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done. I get my nails done by Danny and when I do it lasts a long time and hes very professional he knows exactly what hes doing whatever you show him he gives you exactly what you want. I was getting my pedicures done by Lisa and she is so awesome she has a very good spirit and she does a great job at the pedicure the place is relaxing and spacious and people out like they enjoy working there.     Had a great experience. Lily was so patient and gave me a wonderful pedicure. She is a real sweetheart. And Missy did an amazing job on my full set.     I had a wonderful experience at Diamond Nails and Wine Bar. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to. Danny was my nail technician and he addressed all of my requests for my Birthday nails, he took his time and did an amazing job. The wine is good too! They are my favorite nail spot in town! Definitely recommended!

    Very relaxing and nice environment, the staff that helped me were very friendly and understood what I wanted. Danny who seems like he owes the place has a good personality when talking with all the customers and great work too. My nails and toes look better than most places I’ve been to.     If I could give this place 100 stars I would!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks. They are affordable, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and they do a great job. I have also gotten my gel nails done several times I love it every time. Plus an additional bonus there is wine that is served in plastic cups upon request!!!!

    This place is amazing! We went for my birthday and felt like a VIP! They found out it was my birthday and brought me a happy birthday balloon, as well as special drinks. Their spa pedicure is a great value. So relaxing and my feet and nails look great. Highly recommend!

    This place was one of the best places I have ever been. I got there a little late to have a manicure and pedicure with gel. The lady that attended me by the name of Lisa, was so bubbly as if her day just started. She gave me the different prices and products they have and was very thorough and took her time working with me. I also had my daughter go as well, being that she is a very sick girl.     I visited this location for the first time today for a pedi. Dianne did a phenomenal job. She took the time to do the job right. The massage was amazing and she was such a perfectionist with the nail trimming and polish. Definitely recommend it and will definitely be back!!

    Took my wife here for manicure and pedicures. We felt safe. We had to put a mask on first and hand sanitize before going inside. All the stations were wiped down. My wifes hand and feet nails looked great and last a long time. Danny and Missy are a great team here.

    Gf got wasted and was laughing so that was good. She did say the oysters were meh though. Owner not the coolest also for being a bar in a tourist trap location. Especially after spending $200+ you would think she would brush it off but nah, attitude and proceeded to go out front of the store to hangout with her friends.     I have tried almost every nail place there is in winter haven but I have to say that diamond nail is the best! They are very clean, super polite, and genuine. They take so much pride in their work and really take their time. Danny and Missy always take good care of me. By my second time there they knew me by name. I was especially surprised with all this Covid stuff how cautious they were. Danny built dividers for each station and they only allowed 10 costumers per day! Needless to say I love Diamind Nail Salon!

    This is the by far the best nail and pedicure salon in Winter Haven. Their work is excellent, especially the nail art. After a customer is finished, the staff cleans the whole work station, pedicure chair, acrylic dividers AND mop the floor! I understand they will soon add a wine bar, so they will be serving wine and assorted beverages as an added feature. Sounds very promising!

    I went in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I was seen within 15 minutes. Im a diabetic so I wasnt sure if it would be ok. The place is very clean & everyone is so nice.     Danny is the best !!They make sure everything is clean and are maintaining 6 feet distance making sure that all customers are safe.They also wear face masks and require that all customers do as well, if you do not have a face mask they can provide you with one for a 1$. Also now it’s appointment only but they make sure to protect and keep their customers safe while enjoying their spa day 💅✨

    I just moved to town and this is the first and only place Ive gone to. The prices are good, people are friendly and the place is extremely clean. I suggest making an appointment with them but they do take walk ins. Their foot massages are AMAZING.

    I Me and my baby girl loved our experience at Diamond Nail and Spa had a lovely time getting our pedicure and Nails done this is absolutely my favorite spot I totally recommend this place yo anyone they are polite and they are taking every precaution there is to keep you safe upon arriving for appointment they will be checking your temperature out the door making sure your hands are sanitized and then washed before proceeding with any service I highly suggest this place yo everyone.. I see things they use here as extra safety measures that I dont see other salons doing. (ERICA)
