I was so impressed with my service today. To start off, it has been some time since I had a mani/pedi, so my nails (toes especially) were not in the best shape. I explained on arrival that I have stage 4 breast cancer, which has spread to my bones in my hip. This has made it extremely painful for me to bend even just to clip my toenails, let alone give myself a proper clean up. Additionally, I have extremely brittle and thin fingernails, which are ridged vertically and split constantly.I am horrible with names, but I believe it was Tina who recommended their vegan nail polish for my thin nails. She was spot on with her recommendation! She didn’t have much to work with, but I was so happy with the results! Hannah did my pedicure. I let her know I have neuropathy from my treatment, and asked her to be gentle. She was very careful not to hurt me, and was extremely thorough in clearing away my overgrown cuticles.All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back! Thank you ladies for making me feel just a little more alive! 🥰

Atmosphere and employees were very friendly. I initially only went to get my toes polished and was serviced by Jhoe. She did a great job with the service and made the experience very pleasant. I enjoyed her so much to the point where I allowed her to do my nails. The salon promotes Non-Toxic chemicals. They had several different displays of nails options, nothing like what I’ve seen before and the Non-Toxic Gel Builder nails captured my attention. I’m glad i decided to give them a try as I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed to get my nails done after breaking one. I was worried about losing the nail completely, and my sister recommended this new salon and encouraged me to give it a try. Im so glad I did! Jimmy worked on my nails and not only saved my broken nail but also gave me a beautiful manicure. My nails look amazing, the service was outstanding, and the salon itself is very nice. I highly recommend this place!

Came here for the first time and I was NOT disappointed. I usually have a difficult time at nail shops with even the simplest styles but Tara did her big one. I am very satisfied 🥰 I will definitely come back bc these workers know what they’re doing. They are also super friendly and have excellent customer service.

BYE, BYE ACRYLIC, HELLO HYBRID GEL!! I am so impressed by the look of my nails using non- toxic products! This is a nail salon unlike any other that Ive visited... and Ive visited a lot! I am more concerned with the health of my nails and at Lavish Nails ll, that is also their concern; this is comforting for me! I was greeted with a smile and experienced nothing but courtesy and professionalism from everyone I interacted with! Jhoe was an amazing nail care technician, and the owners (Cindy and her husband), were nothing short of great! This nail salon is changing the world of nail care in Winter Haven, and I have found a new home for these services!

She even provided me with a warm eye mask, while my legs and feet were getting massaged! I fell asleep .. which is a first for me!I like that they use the polishes that are not filled with tons of additional chemicals. Didnt need a mask nor was i coughing from the removal of the old acrylic. I want to thank the staff at Lavish Nails and Spa they are really a step above the rest and Ive been getting my pedicures and nails done forever these young ladies were very professional and was great at their respective jobs. Ms. Shoe gave me another sense of natural nails with a special protective non toxic coat. I arrived at 12:10pm on August 6 21024 I told the guy at front that I had an appointment at 2:00 pm for a Facial in a business close by. He said waiting time takes 30 minutes but at 12:40pm 30 minutes exactly after 12:10pm I wasn’t call until 1:15pm. A lady was having a and another a pedicure. When Hanna took me I let her know of my Facial appointment at 2:00pm she barely speak English although she did a great job on my nails she finished at 2:20pm. However they need to be more punctual. So I got to the spa at 2:25pm and had paid a fee of $25.00 cause the spa had to cancel the facial appointment

Came to Garden Nails and drove an hour to get my nails done by Tony. He and I have a lengthy history. I moved from Massachusetts to Florida, and after three long years, Tony has finally made his way here. Tony has always been the best at what he does. He never disappoints and delivers 100% of satisfaction. From the shape, to the color, to the length and to the design he never fails. I cannot stress how appreciative I am to have him back in my life. Hands are everything, and with the touch of his art, your hands would never fail to be unnoticed. I highly recommend Tony if you are in the area or even surrounding an area, as I am in willing and to drive the hour. I will say it is well worth it.

My husband and I have been twice. I had Jhoe both times and I really like how she does my pedi. The first time we went my husband got the Gentlemens pedi and he said it was wonderful. Although it is no longer available , theyve combined several services. Its more expensive but its still good. I would ask that they have an ala carte menu so that you can get the services that you really like. For instance, the warm wax in the bag for your feet. The hot stones are another one. The tier of pricing is nice but, can actually get pricey. I like to include a nice tip as well but, the higher the price of the pedi, the more it cuts into that tip.Their instruments seem to be sterilized as well. Thats important as I dont want to come away with a fungus from unclean tools.All in all Jhoe is my go to lady and will keep coming to her on Saturdays.
