I had the pleasure of visiting Tips and Toes last week and I was blown away by the service and quality of work. I was greeted by the friendly staff and immediately felt at ease. Lisa, my nail technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the perfect nail polish for me. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and I couldnt be happier with the results. I didnt know what designs I wanted and she showed me some from Pinterest that I loved, she was able to freehand the designs it was so amazing to see. The salon is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tips and Toes to anyone looking for a great nail salon experience. Im so glad I found this place!

I took my 82-year-old mother-in-law for her very first pedicure. The people were amazing with her and did such a fabulous job! I also had a pedicure and loved it. She had a manicure as well and we both left smiling. I highly recommend this place. We will be back 😍

This place exceeded my expectations. The place was super clean and very nice. Very new and modern massage chairs and friendly staff. The prices were great and I was treated well. This is the first nail salon that I have been in that isnt ran down and dated. I finally found my place! Don was my tech and he was great. He was very professional and kind and he did an amazing job on my nails. I will be back.

Five of us went together to get pedicures today, best nail salon experience we have had in a long time! Each nail tech took their time and did a very thorough pedicure. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. Love the way they have their nail polishes displayed, they aren’t in a cluttered mess like most salons. They also have a huge variety of polish colors. This will definitely be our go-to nail salon from now on!

Went to Tips & Toes Nail Spa today for the first time… best gel mani and pedi ever! Mai did a wonderful job . She was detailed, took her time, gave me a great massage, and my hands and feet look great. Loved every minute of it. The place is immaculately clean and organized. Felt valued as a customer and not just as number. Recommend this place 110%!

Took my 96 year old mother there for the first time because the place we had been going was closed for vacation. Really impressed with both the pedicure and the nail trim she received at 75% of what we had been paying. Was also impressed by the overall cleanliness of the shop, new modern, equipment some of which I never seen before, and the effort made to sanitize the stations in between clients. Rivals what you see a doctors office.Last but not least for us is the fact that all the employees wore masks, gloves, and uniforms. At moms age we try to be exceptionally careful with who she comes in contact with. We had 2 neighbors die from covid. Highly recommend the place we will be back.This is only the second time I have given a review. I was getting tired of my previous nail salon, I won’t mention names, but it has become very loud, busy, the staff was getting rude and it wasn’t worth the high prices in my opinion. They only offered one thing, most others don’t (a beverage 😉) but it still wasn’t worth it to me anymore. My mother in law goes to Tips and Toes so I thought I’d try it out. My sister and I had a wonderful experience here! Very clean, and relaxing. The decor is pretty and the staff is very nice. We had pedicures by Ken and Maiya, both were incredible!! Will definitely be changing to this place for all my future mani and pedi needs!! Highly recommend 😊

We’ve searched high and we’ve searched low all throughout Polk County and either I am not happy or my hubby isn’t happy with our pedicures. Not here! We are both EUPHORIC and so EXTREMELY PLEASED!!!!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!! Don and Lena were absolutely phenomenal!!!!!!!!! We LOVE this Tips and Toes!!! ❤️❤️❤️A month later update… Today I received a gel manicure from Lisa after I read a 5 star review of her knowledge and strive for perfection. I haven’t received a manicure in YEARS because I get the heebeegeebees with the nail file. She was patient and she did a beautiful job and I squirmed only a teeny bit! LOVE this nail spa. They spend a lot of time and attention working on each client. They take necessary health/safety precautions.Lena and Ken are my favorite! Ken gives the most incredible foot/leg massage on the planet. They do impeccable French gel pedicures.I usually get the detox pedi, and it’s so dreamy. They also have these super cool padded bench things that go over the seat so I can bring my laptop and work from the spa (they have WiFi too!).The only thing missing is a glass of wine! 🍷 ♥️
